It's in a very central location, so you can easily walk to London's most popular tourist spots. It was great that there was a Tesco nearby that stayed open until 11:00 PM. The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is available for a fee at the reception area on the ground floor (alcoholic beverages brought in from outside are not permitted on the ground floor, but you can consume them in the kitchen area or in your room). Additionally, there is a more than adequate kitchen, laundry room, and luggage storage room below the ground floor. There is an elevator and free Wi-Fi (when we arrived, both the elevator and Wi-Fi were having issues, but they were fixed by the end of the first week :( ) I definitely recommend it for an worth the money you paid :) 8,6/10

we stayed 2-10th of September. During our stay, both the elevator and the internet were out of service for a week :( The day before our leave, both the internet and the elevator fixed. The rooms are getting hot, and since the window doesn't open fully, there's a bit of a problem with ventilation. Despite all this, my grade is 8.6 out of 10 :)

This hostel is really well located in a lovely area, close to UCL and Regent Street. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kirchen facilities are also really good.

Not every bed has a cage or locker that can be used to secure valuables which is not the usual standard of a hostel. Many of the nights stayed in this hostel were really good except for two when a person stayed in the room (six bed female room) who was quite a bully toward the other people staying in that space. Sadly the staff were able to do little about it because the hostel was fully booked so relocating to another place was necessary but hopefully this doesn't happen often.

-The ground floor rooms are spacious and not too warm. -Beds are comfortable. -Generally clean throughout the rooms and communal areas. -Very well located, close to Oxford street and many of London's attractions. Plenty of places to eat nearby, lots of public transport and a small Tesco store less than 5mins walk away. -All the staff were friendly and helpful.

-The lift seems to have been broken for quite a long time, which would be problematic for people who have heavy luggage or are staying on the upper floors. -Most of the rooms don't have lockers and the luggage room is used at the owners risk.

The hostel is located within easy walking distance of public transport, major landmarks, shopping districts, places to eat, etc. There is a 24 hours reception. A large lounge area with a cafe/bar serves coffees, teas, alcohol and snacks at reasonable prices. Continental breakfast is served at an extra cost of around £5. There is a lift serving all floors. In the basement there is a well equipped kitchen to prepare, heat and store food. The basement also has a laundry room ( wash £3, dry £3, soap £1.20), to wash clothes and store luggage. Towels are not provided, but can be hired at an extra cost. It also has an iron/board and hairdryers. There is wi-fi throughout which can occasionally be weak. Each bed has a socket and light. There is also a fan in the room for communal use. Access to rooms, etc is by electronic key card, so security is not an issue but not all dorms have lockers.The housekeeping staff do an excellent job making sure that the dorms and hostel overall is clean every day. The staff are all friendly, and helpful. The hostel is well maintained. On the down side, there are no curtains to any beds. As a suggestion to the hostel, I think it would be helpful if the white key cards had some kind of mark like a coloured sticker on it because very often it is placed on the bed (white linen) while getting ready and left behind when the guest leaves the room. If it had a mark it would be easier to notice. Apart from that no complaints, I had a thoroughly good time and was lucky to share dorms (moved from 6 to 8 bed dorms) with considerate and friendly room mates. Thank you to all the staff. I will definitely be returning.

I was there on Oct 4th. Everything was great. I was in a 4 bed dorm with a bathroom. I requested a lower bunk that I got. Beds had ladders on either end.

Nothing with the accommodations but I am absolutely SHOCKED with the common sense of one of the guests. For some reason, the guest above me used the ladder near my head and left her shoes there. She had absolutely NASTY smelling shoes. And that's putting it nicely. It was revolting. I asked her to move her shoes and she replied "yeah, they are stinky". She took them to the bathroom and I guess she washed her feet as well. Not sure what she did, but it was DISGUSTING. She should have thrown the shoes out or put the shoes in the hallway. She also left the room around 3 am and left the room light on...what the heck??? I probably only managed 2 hours of sleep. I left at 7 am because I couldn't stand it anymore!!!

The cleanliness of the bathroom - No moldy bits and the floor is clean enough to go in barefoot. Having an elevator is also a plus for the hostel. The location is I should say in the posh area of London. There are lots of restaurants and cafe, yet it's really peaceful.

These are things to be aware of, but not to the points that are bad for me. There are only two toilets and showers on the floor I stayed (5th floor) and only one on each side of corridors. The keycard is somehow difficult to get into the room like it only has the exact position for the card to get recognised. There is no curtain for each bed, and I felt a little conscious to turn-on the light to get something from the luggage at night. The pillow is a bit flat for me personally.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and seemed happy to be there, a rarity indeed. Single Gender Rooms, often smaller size too. Bedding was very clean, and mattress & pillows comfortable. I didn't use them but rented towels looked to be great quality. Good, large, self catering and Laundry facilities available. Showers and toilets clean. I will be back.

Unstable Bunk in 1st room, plus light and socket wasn't working. However I told staff and know it will haven been sorted now. In 1st room, the cage under bed storage actually made it difficult to keep rooms tidy. They were too large to pull out and use effectively. Taller storage or free space under bunks would be better. But it is a Hostel, and they do tell us that room facilities vary etc. So its a bit of pot luck!

The location is great (quick walk to tube and buses), the building is new enough, the reception area is nice and inviting (we had a few meals there), the staff was friendly and also quick on check-in/check-out times. I liked that there are vending machines and also a water bottle refil station. Didn't use the self catering facilities, but my friend did and it's nice to know it's an option. The available breakfast is also a nice, though simple, option to fuel up for the day.

The beds were not uncomfortable, but they were definitely noisy. Also, we booked a room for women only, but it was clear there were men in the room right next door who we had to share a toilet and shower with (it would really be great to see some more thought there since many women choose women only rooms to feel safe). It would also be good for the building to have a second lift since there are five floors, but that's more of a plus than a necessity.

Really clean, great location. Easy check-in with friendly staff. Everything ready in the room on arrival.

The room was pretty incredibly hot. There were two fans and it still wasn’t enough to combat just how hot it was.

The location and staff were what we noticed first. Unbeatable! The reception staff were really engaging and helpful. We were 5 minutes walk from all the shops and pubs near Oxford Circus but actually on a quiet street if that makes sense. We booked a four bed dorm with a bathroom for the three of us. The room was small but clean and functional. Each bed had a reading light and a charging port. There were extra lounge and kitchen/meals areas to use which is pretty standard with a large hostel and most people we came across were up for a chat. There was also a local Tesco place around the corner open late if needed. Felt safe walking around the neighbourhood late at night no problems.

The mattresses were on the slim side, but not unexpected in a hostel setting.
