Great decor, such a comfy bed, wonderfully clean and all felt very plush and comfortable. It was great to have air conditioning as a hot summer's weekend. A great bar for drinks too. A lovely touch with a complimentary drink and 10% off all food and drink prices after that. A perfect location for what we needed too with good transport links (for an event at Wembley).

It felt like some more attention to detail was needed for the price we paid. Three of the five lamps in the room didn't work, and the fridge wasn't working. Also little things like there were only three coffee pods between two of us, and there was a welcome note on the best which mentioned complimentary chocolate in the fridge - but there wasn't. Very steep stairs, so be warned! We also had confirmation of lunch being booked for the Sunday as it was my wife's birthday weekend, when I double checked at the bar they told me that the pub was closed on Sunday and it was the mistake of an ex-member of staff.

The Grafton Arms is conveniently located off Tottenham Court Road and can easily be reached by underground (Warren street) and several bus lines. There is a Lidl, a Tesco express and a M&S Food as well as places for breakfast on Tottenham Court Road just a few minutes away from the accommodation. The room was spacious. The pub offers delicious South East Asian food.

The bathroom could have benefitted from hangers. Its floor is covered by a wall-to-wall carpet that can become wet when one uses the shower. It seems to dry rather quickly though. Heating could have been warmer to my liking.

It’s a lovely, old and well maintained building, decorated with flowers externally. The room was spacious, nice decor and very clean. The staff, especially Alex at the bar and Canadian lady who checked us in and out, were excellent. Cosy roof terrace.

Just that our room was on the third floor and obviously no lift in a building of this type. We were though offered help with our luggage and room service was freely offered. The bathroom was smartly appointed but having the shower over the bath wasn’t ideal so a grab rail would have been helpful.

The location is excellent, super convenient for Tottenham Court Road. The pub itself is a very nice little pub - we didn't have time to stay there for a drink which is a shame. A team member welcomed us, and once checked in, walked us up to our room. He then told us about the complimentary items in the room, showed us how the keycard access worked, and asked if we had any questions. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and had coffee pods rather than instant.

The inn does have a warning when you book that the rooms are not wheelchair friendly or anything, so we were aware of this, but yeah, the room is up quite a few flights of stairs so if you have dodgy knees, be careful. The cleaner also tried to come into the room while we were still asleep on the Sunday morning so that wasn't appreciated.

Great location, easy access to the tube and pleasant walks. The pub is nice, and many other restaurant options are within walking distance. Pleasant staff, easy check in and check out, side entrance to avoid the pub crowd. Great vibes. Nicely stocked with tea, water, and a chocolate bar. WiFi works well. Air conditioning works well (if needed during the summer). Highly recommend!

Note there are lots of stairs if you’re on a higher floor, and the stairs are a bit narrow. No lift. If you’re concerned about your luggage or your joints, keep that in mind! One window in the restroom wouldn’t close entirely, but it was no big deal. We kept the bathroom door closed and noise, heat, etc. weren’t a bother.

The room was spacious with nice decor and was very clean and quiet. Complementary chocolate and crisps (as well as the usual biscuits and water) were a nice touch. Air conditioning was good. Bed was very comfortable. It was in a pleasant location close to Great Portland Street. No breakfast included but good breakfast options nearby. Would stay again and recommend. Pub has a lovely roof terrace.

If I was picking holes (which I don't really want to do as overall it was an excellent stay and no one should be put off from staying) the shower needed de-scaling as it was a bit all over the place and perhaps staff could have been a little friendlier.

This hotel was a great find. Rooms were clean, modern, with amenities, etc, and the location was super convenient (but it felt nice to be on a small quiet street). The restaurant/pub was delicious and obviously well liked by locals. If mobility is an issue, might not be for you as there's no elevator. Could be considered loud by some before the pub closes at 10 — but really not an issue for us. Our window was open the whole time even tho we were over the top of the rooftop terrace. 10/10, would recommend, would stay again

Nothing. Even doing the stairs every day was a bonus BC of all the food we ate 😂

Great location, super friendly staff, the Thai food from the restaurant was great(far better than many restaurants)! Great standard in the room, coffee, tea, complimentary snacks and so on. The policy is flexible, they would let you check in slightly earlier if the room is ready, you also get discount for your meal as hotel guests.

Just a reminder for others that there is no lift in the hotel, we didn’t mind, but will be a bit challenging for elderly people. Also, the pub gets incredibly extremely busy in the evening, if you want to have a meal there, you need to book in advance. Although the food is fantastic, definitely worth trying, it won’t be a relaxing meal that you can have a quiet chat over dinner, we had to shout while we were sitting next to each other. And we stayed on the second floor, it was still a bit noisy at night. And a small funny point, the bed and toilet are all very high, a bit too high for short people lol

Second time here and it met our expectations. The room was very big for London's standard with plenty of space for two people and the right temperature. There was even a bath in the bathroom! The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up and put more toiletries/snacks/water in the fridge. Very useful also having a bathrobe as well as towels. Thery changed the entry system to a card one, but the staff was happy to help (sometimes it does not work straightaway). Plenty of privacy thanks to the side entrance and very close to public transport and Euston station.

Not good if you struggle with the stairs as it is an old building. We were right above the roof bar so people could be a bit noisy, but it stops at 10pm and after that it is quiet.

The hotel is located very close to the Warren street metro station. The staff is very friendly and the cleaning service is really good. The room was spacious (compared to London room sizes) and there was enough storage space. You also have an iron and ironing board. They also offer you small complementary goods.

The pillows are quite thin and too soft. Might need an upgrade to firmer ones. The heating seemed a bit too strong. The shower cabin is way too small. Just be aware that the staircases are really narrow but once you get used to them it's fine. The toilet needs a toilet brush.
