Breakfast was very good- everything we could want to start the day.Our room was spacious and the bathroom was amazingly roomy. The closet space gave us enough room to get out of our luggage for a week. The staff was so very helpful with tickets and taxis. The location so close to the Warren Street Tube Station was a huge plus after lengthy days of sightseeing.

The hot chocolate dispenser in the coffee station makes a cup of chocolate that is too watered down to be drinkable. Not once, but every day for a week. If it isn’t going to be at least good, it shouldn’t be offered. And something in the water from the same station made my always pale yellow chamomile tea look green. Dinner meals- not great. Soggy crust on the fish & chips, so-so salmon with fettuccine Alfredo. Is it really an entree portion Lobster Mac & Cheese with two small pieces of ?lobster? We paid a premium for convenience, but still expect better quality.

I booked a twin room, but got a room.with a double bed

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and check in was efficient, the room was large and comfortable. I had requested a quiet room and was on a quiet side street far away from the lifts so no issues with noise. Amenities provided in the room were sufficient and liked the decor. Choice at breakfast was plentiful and well prepared. Location was easy to find and convenient being close to several tube lines.

I expected room to be dated based on some other reviews, but it wasn't and looked quite new, although the floor had a couple of marks. Outside the hotel entrance is a bit grubby, but clean inside. Lifts could get busy at check out if the hotel is full.

Location was absolutely amazing, the staff were wonderful and they gave me a free upgrade when I checked in. The bed was fantastic, very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee was incredible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, for the price and given it's location it was brilliant.

Really minor petty issues, no coffee in my room which I don't doubt for a second the wonderful staff would have sorted for me if I'd asked. As it was I was in a hurry so I didn't. I did have the coffee with the breakfast which was amazing. Couldn't seem to get 24 hour news on the TV. Again, certain the staff would have helped.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and spacious (we were upgraded). This hotel has THE best pillows I have ever tried and I have tried finding them online to purchase. The location for those who use the bus and tube is really good i.e. bus 24 and 29 go all the way from Charing Cross and onwards to Camden. Warren St or Euston tube stations are very close by with easy access to wherever you want to travel. If you are on foot, it is a little far from Soho or Oxford St (no problem if you are healthy and like to walk). Our room was very quiet (as we had asked for) and staff was great. The building is beautiful.

There is SO much homelessness which is a sad reality but when I lived in the area a few years ago the issue wasn't this bad. I would wish for the council to assist those living in tents (the tents are turning into little tent villages and there are even semi-permanent fences around some of them with clothing lines for washing, stoves for cooking etc.). You will see lines and lines of tents outside the shops on Tottenham Court Road and in every corner available, as well as near Euston Road. It is really bad and I feel for those who end up in this situation, but camping out in the area is not the solution. It used to be a few tents only overnight, but now they are camped out all day. Nothing really that Radisson can do about it, but the council really needs to step up and assist.

Great location just across the road from the tube station (Warren St) quick check in, easy to sort extra breakfasts so our daughter could meet us the following day. Lovely big bathroom, room not the biggest but every facility you could need including lots of sockets. Bed was comfortable, aircon worked well, really good breakfast including excellent Eggs Benedict on sourdough We had dinner 🍽️ in Steak and Lobster and it was superb / and you get 20% discount as a hotel guest. Good selection of beer and cocktails. Great service from all staff- special mention to Lipashka and Manuel who were friendly and helpful. Gym is small but fairly well equipped too!

The only thing, and I’m being super picky 😀 is that there are no softer bedside lights, just the single spots.

Exceptionally clean hotel, I clean the table in hotel rooms with wet wipes to put my toothbrush etc, first time I did not see black dust. Close to subway, starbucks, many restaurants and 10 minute walk to the theaters and main shopping avenues (Oxford and Piccadilly). Very hardworking staff, special thanks to Abdurrahman for his professionalism and patience. Worst thing about the hotel was the breakfast but I always left the table full. I think this was English breakfast tradition related (beans, stinking sausages, mushrooms etc.). The continental breakfast elements were weak, there can be more cheese types, jams butter etc. Good pastry section and fresh coffee espresso machine compansated it.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade which was lovely, the location of the hotel is great for exploring London and well situated for some amazing restaurants. The staff are lovely and very helpful

Breakfast was good but not as good as it used to be. My wife is Vegan and was slightly disappointed compared to her last visit. I was very disappointed with my Eggs Benedict, since when was this served on a piece of toasted French bread?! and includes a very poor portion of very very thin ham, whatever happened to the bacon? The introduction of coffee machines was also disappointing as the staff had previously made me some lovely coffee

The location was perfect for our needs very easy to travel to Wembley, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. There was plenty of choice for breakfast from continental to full English. The best bit was it was walkable from the train station and we walked along Tottenham Court Road where there were loads of cafes and shopping.

Would have enjoyed more tea in the room instead of coffee but that is just our preference and I feel sure I could have asked and they would have supplied it and 2 pillows each would have been good we did ask for 1 more and the staff seemed happy to provide one even though it was quite late.
