A lovely reasonably priced hotel in a central location, around a 15 minute walk from Oxford Street, a 25 minute walk from Kings Cross, and very close to a few tube stations, Starbucks and little Tesco. The breakfast was incredibly varied and we particularly enjoyed the made-to-order pancakes. The complimentary soft drinks throughout the day were a lovely bonus and well-welcomed after returning from a day of exploring. The rooms were beautifully decorated and modern, and they had given us the high floor room that we requested when booking. We were even able to check in earlier than the check in time. The waterfall shower was delightful. The Rituals toiletries were very nice. The complimentary in-room water was a nice touch. We loved the addition of Chromecast on the in-room TV. Plenty of large mirrors were in the room, as was lots of natural lighting. The hotel was always very clean and had a lovely scent, and all the staff were so lovely and well-mannered. We would absolutely stay here again!

my wife was and is very ill as going to harley street doctors for cancer treatment the next day early w e ha d to stay the night close by as when w e got to the hotel my wife nearly fainted becau e we went down by train and walked from the underground baker steet at the front desk at the side of the recepiton desk a( man ) helped her and sat her down while i checked in and gave her some chocolate that made her fill good and helped so much ( THANK him for me) w e stayed in the upgraded lounge all night long untill they shut the staff was very good not pushing you out and the drinks and food was so very good yes i know we paid more for the upgrade but worth every penny with out question one of the best hotels we have ever been in. and we have been in a lot sadly not for much longer

Booked the room on the basis of location in Regents Park and the fact that breakfast was included. Apart from the check in staff the other staff members were fantastic. Breakfast was included, in addition, drinks in the afternoon and Tapas, brilliant value for money.

The check in staff, one particular person was incredibly rude. Other staff were fantastic.

The rooms were big, nicely furnished. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were kids and extremely helpful. The hotel has a lovely executive lounge serving snacks and drinks at all times. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Saint-Pancras and about 5 minutes away from a street peppered with pubs and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic with both English and Spanish specialties. There was a wide range of foods being offered. The vegetarians in our group were especially delighted. The breakfast space was cozy with lovely music playing in the background.

The AC in the room. There was a malfunction in the AC system at my second night and the room in general was hot.

Clean and spacious. Modern feel all the fixtures and fittings were good quality. The Level is always a great touch at Melias.

Aircon in bedroom cold have been better. Very hot night and aircon didn't cool the room enough.

Excellent hotel within easy reach of the main attractions and a gentle stroll to Regent's Park. Super friendly and helpful staff made our visit even better, Fabulous breakfast buffet and with access to The Level lounge, meant we were never thirsty. Overall a great choice for our stay

Rooms are begining to look a little tired, and could do with a little maintainence and freshening up. And while overall the room was very quite, especially for London, we were unfortunate to have a couple of arguing elephants staying in the room above us on one evening.

Excellent hotel, the Level bar was amazing and plenty of choice on food and drinks that were complimentary.Did not expect to receive this exceptional complimentary experience that it was !

Not being advised how to operate the lifts, need more plug sockets in room as had to use sockets by kettle area and mirror in cabinet back of drinks area to straighten my hair. Needs sockets by bathroom mirror or wall mirror in room. Plus no extractor fan or air freshener in bathroom.Room also chilly at night especially by window.

The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The complementary drinks and bar snacks were fabulous, perfect after a long day travelling. The travel cot was up and ready for us, that was so helpful. We also had to leave very early in the morning so they made us takeaway bags of breakfast.

The air con in the room wasn’t as good as it could be, didn’t ever get cold. Being in central London, street noise is very loud so you can’t open a window as you wouldn’t sleep. A small improvement could be a few more nespresso pods in the room, not decaf, us parents always need more caffeine!
