Fantastic hotel – one of the best I’ve ever stayed at in Europe. Once you book a Level room, you gain access to the Level Lounge, where you can enjoy complimentary food and drinks throughout the day – a rare feature in European hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast in the Level Lounge is excellent, with even unlimited cava on offer. The patisserie section is also of very high quality. The hotel is also very close to the London Tube (Circle Line), offering easy access to several key locations, including Liverpool Street Station and King’s Cross. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to London – it was a wonderful experience.

A couple of small drawbacks: The sink in our room was clogged. We reported it twice to reception, but no one ever came to fix it. Also, there is no step-free access to the lobby, which makes it difficult when carrying luggage or using a stroller. That said, the lobby staff was very helpful.

Hello, I wanted to share our wonderful experience in London. The hotel staff made a sincere and genuine effort to meet all our needs and requests. Breakfast was much better than we expected—it was delicious. Additionally, throughout the day, it would be difficult to find such an “Executive Lounge” in any other hotel in Europe! But here, they never leave you hungry thanks to their hospitality :) and it is open to all hotel guests. Although there were some issues with cleanliness, you can be sure they are working to resolve them. Dear LENA, dear ZUBAIR (I hope I spelled it correctly), we would like to thank both of you :) Dear Lena, on the day we left, you kindly prepared snacks for our daughter without us asking. It was a very kind gesture. I’m sure we’ll meet again. Thank you. ............

Leave as many towels and slippers as there are guests. More thorough cleaning (especially when guests first arrive and after they leave). Check frequently to make sure sinks are not clogged.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Considering that London is often known for average-quality hotels and uninspiring breakfasts (unless you're paying for luxury), this place was an absolute surprise. I had three key priorities: excellent breakfast, proximity to the metro, and a comfortable room for a family of three — all of these were perfectly met. The staff were extremely professional, helpful, and the communication was simply outstanding. The hotel is also very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was brilliant! I definitely recommend keeping in mind the peak hours, as the hotel is large and the breakfast area can get quite busy. I will definitely return — one of the best experiences I’ve had in London!

Amazing location next to Regent's Park. Walked through the park, along the Regent's canal to Primrose Hill. Also easy and not too far to walk to Oxford Street area and other attractions. Bed very large and comfortable. Shower good too. Ate in the main restaurant. Food convenient and good, but not exceptional. Had to send soup back as it wasn't hot enough. Waiters were excellent particularly Herbert and Alston. We enjoyed complimentary snacks in the Level during the afternoon. Nice scones, drinks etc. Even popcorn and sweets for children (not exclusively!)

Would have appreciated some written advice and instructions in the room on restaurant times and TV controls etc. A bit outdated I know, but it's an easy and quick way to learn what you need to know about a hotel.

This hotel was a nice surprise- a spacious room with great amenities including AC as we came during a heatwave. I would recommend the upgrade to the lounge access, which was one of the best parts of our stay. It was so convenient for breakfast, and we found ourselves enjoying happy hour on the patio, resting between a long day of activities and getting ready for our evening. We liked the hotel so much, that we cancelled reservations at another hotel later in our journey to come back and stay here again for our last 2 nights in London. We also ate dinner one evening in 35 Bar & Lounge, and the food was fantastic.

I do have observations: one was that we reserved a similar room coming back later in our trip and it turned out to be a different room, without the same amenities. The difference in the bed and bedding was felt. Secondly, in both rooms, the bed was fairly hard and uncomfortable, we didn't sleep very well because of it.

A lovely reasonably priced hotel in a central location, around a 15 minute walk from Oxford Street, a 25 minute walk from Kings Cross, and very close to a few tube stations, Starbucks and little Tesco. The breakfast was incredibly varied and we particularly enjoyed the made-to-order pancakes. The complimentary soft drinks throughout the day were a lovely bonus and well-welcomed after returning from a day of exploring. The rooms were beautifully decorated and modern, and they had given us the high floor room that we requested when booking. We were even able to check in earlier than the check in time. The waterfall shower was delightful. The Rituals toiletries were very nice. The complimentary in-room water was a nice touch. We loved the addition of Chromecast on the in-room TV. Plenty of large mirrors were in the room, as was lots of natural lighting. The hotel was always very clean and had a lovely scent, and all the staff were so lovely and well-mannered. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stunning building and rooms are fantastic. Very stylish and no complaints whatsoever. Staff were amazing! Especially Sebastian who checked us in. He was extremely professional, personable and attentive. He very kindly upgraded our room free of charge for the night as it was a special getaway for me and my partner. The outdoor terrace was incredible! The sun was shining and it’s in a prime location. Me and my partner enjoyed artisan bread, a mix of flavoured butters etc, as well as ice cold lager and champagne as part of the Level’s offering. We always choose to stay at this hotel when we visit London due to the location, rooms and amenities, and polite staff throughout the hotel. I couldn’t recommend the Level more to anyone who’s looking for somewhere to work remotely, unwind after a day of sightseeing, or relax with some drinks before a big night in the city. Many thanks, Dan

Very family friendly. Our 6yo and 3yo loved the kids room and we appreciated it for some down time too. We loved the lounge and took full advantage of the drinks and food. Location was close to multiple train and bus stops.

I wish the bathroom was bigger but honestly that seems pretty standard for most european bathrooms. No other complaints. Loved everything about our stay.

The rooms were big, nicely furnished. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were kids and extremely helpful. The hotel has a lovely executive lounge serving snacks and drinks at all times. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Saint-Pancras and about 5 minutes away from a street peppered with pubs and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic with both English and Spanish specialties. There was a wide range of foods being offered. The vegetarians in our group were especially delighted. The breakfast space was cozy with lovely music playing in the background.
