Great location very nice staff

The photos of the apartment were obviously very old. The apartment needs a total upgrade for the price. It looked like it had not been decorated in 10 years or more. The bed linen and towels were excellent but the apartment was in need of an upgrade.

Perfect located small apartments which did the job perfectly for us and our dogs for a short stay in London. Great staff and efficient check in and check out.

The only issue for us were the stairs - we had an elderly dog and there were 3 flights of stairs which had open slats - and they were marble, so very slippy. We were fine with them - but our elderly labrador had to be carried up as he found them difficult and slippery. No lift - but there you go. The appartment was great.

The size of the room was immaculate. There was plenty of space; the bed was incredibly comfortable; the AC was a lifesaver considering how warm it was inside; the shower was warm and property was near various restaurants, shops and sights.

Finding the accommodation was confusing at first but luckily, one quick phone call resolved that very quickly. I also have to say it was disappointing how on the final day before I left no one cleaned my room despite me putting up a sign asking for it.

The location of this property is amazing! The apartment was a great size, had everything we needed and housekeeping tidied up during our 2 night stay.

The downside - although pretty clean, there were a couple of things missed including a pair of used tights in one of the kitchen cupboards!! The shower didn’t work very well either, so we had to have baths (first world problems!). We managed to book the apartment in January for a really good price. If we could get a reasonable price again, we would definitely return!

Spectacular location only a few steps away from Oxford Circus. Spacious for central London. Full sized comfortable bath. Very clean, daily service offered. Great internet, streaming etc. The welcome food and drink pack was out of this world, and an absolute life saver as I arrived in the very early morning before any shops were open. I have already booked for next year and highly recommend the property.

There is no view and some of the windows are blocked off, I suppose for privacy as other apartments back on to them. This really isn’t a problem but it would have been an added bonus to have a view (given the location it would be difficult, I understand). There is no lift, but in business hours the staff will help move your luggage. The only real negative was that some idiot guests decided to set off the fire alarm at 0530 as they left, and as there are no staff on the property outside of business hours we all had to wait in the street until the police and fire brigade had been. I hope those guests are prosecuted.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, the staff are extremely kind and professional, and the overall service makes the stay truly enjoyable. The price is also very reasonable compared to the high level of comfort and quality offered. For anyone visiting London, this hotel should definitely be the first choice.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! If you want to stay in one of the best neighborhoods in all of London, THIS IS IT! I'd give it a walking score of 1000!! Every boutique you can imagine from high end to regular degular 🤗 Restaurants galore, coffee houses, and several Starbucks. We even walked to Buckingham Palace. It's probably a 15-minute walk, but we used driving directions first and got turned around, so it took us about 30 minutes😳 The place was clean and well kept. With all things being considered, I'd have to think long and hard about staying in this particular unit again. On a lower floor, ABSOLUTELY without hesitation, but I honestly don't know if I could do a 5 floor walk-up again. So, did the property meet my expectations? In some ways, it exceeded my expectations and in other areas, not at all.

THE STAIRS!!!!! I wasn't prepared to walk up 5 flights of stairs, and if we had all of our luggage, we would've had to go somewhere else. That should be the 1st or 2nd thing explained in the description of the unit. I have to go back and read the details again, but I could've sworn it said 2 bathrooms. There was only 1 bath and it was quite small. There's a loft that is used as a bedroom, and the actual bedroom does not have a TV, which would have been problematic if we had been staying there for more than 1 day. Be aware that if you want late night coffee or food (after 10 on weekdays), you will have to walk about 13 minutes. We got a great latte at a dessert shop (I can't remember the name), but we had to do carry out because it closed at 11.

Excellent, clean and well appointed 3 bedroom apartment that's a stone's throw from Regent Street. They were able to hold our luggage when we arrived early and left late which was helpful. A very cost effective solution.

If you're a light sleeper it isn't ideal. The road outside is noisy and the 2 of the bedrooms overlook the road. They are double insulated but that doesn't prevent the noise from bars, cars, sirens burglar alarms etc.

Location is on point, apartment has everything you need with added bonus like dressing gowns, tea, coffee, bottled water and every two types of milk. Spacious for two in the one bed apartment. Comfortable and comes with A/C. Staff are very accommodating. You can also leave your luggage after checkout. Would highly recommend and will book again.

The stairs are a killer but I knew there would be no lift. (Stayed on the 4th floor)

Staff was great! So helpful!! Location was great. We got there early, so our luggage was held at reception until the flat was ready. Once it was ready, ours bags were brought up and waiting in the room for us. Very clean flat, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Comfortable beds with all amenities that we needed.

The way the stairs were (very modern, see through in between with no backing) made me a nervous. And I understand being void of stuff is easier to clean, but decor in the flat would be welcome...felt very bare.
