Directions were easy to navigate and everything was pretty smooth. There was a fast response from staff members during the booking and check in process. They also followed up to ensure you checked in alright. Gadgets were easy to use. It’s ideal for people who require less interaction with staff. I didn’t have any issues with any of the utilities so, I cannot comment on when you need to get anything in the room fixed or checked.

They refunded the damage deposit only after I contacted them about it. They should maintain the same energy of communication and efficiency that they have at the point of booking to their refund procedure. Also, the damage deposit should be stated boldly and conspicuously at the time of booking and if possible an estimate of the amount should equally be provided so as to allow people know whether or not to proceed with their booking. My booking was non-refundable as such I couldn’t cancel after discovering that not only was a deposit required but it was set at an amount 5 pounds less than the lodging fee. This meant I was practically paying double of the amount stated at the point of booking.

Perfectly located in Soho, small but just what I needed. Great view of the square. Noisy from the street but expected. Comfy bed.

Unable to fully close the curtains and expected noise. Also really tiny lift. If you are ok with stairs it was perfect. The lift is almost a joke though. And really only for one person at a time.

The location is AMAZING. A 2 minute walk to the nearest tube, which was Oxford Circus. Easy entry, once the instructions had been sent through. Great location for a lot of attractions in the heart of London. Bed was really comfortable. Walk in shower was great. It had a lift, but you would struggle to fit anything other than 2 people in it. Had a quite large fridge and a microwave, including plenty of utensils for cooking ect.

No View. I upgraded and the photos did not reflect the room I was given in anyway... Bed put into the corner of the room, which wasn't good if there are 2 people. They knew I was travelling alone on this occasion, but left me with a fold up bed in the corner, taking up more room, which was pretty dirty to look at... Un able to connect to wifi for the duration of my stay. Room was very hot, with a rubbish standing fan and no air con. Checkout at 10am...

Location was very convenient, only a minute's walk to both Soho and Piccadilly Circus, with Mayfair and Covent Garden also only being a short walk away. Very comfy bed, plenty of storage, as well as a fridge, kettle and iron in the room which was very helpful. Easy check-in to pick up the key, regular contact from the business before arrival so no worries there.

It was quite hot in the flat on arrival, but thankfully a tower fan was provided which we did end up having on for most of our visit. In warm weather it may be a nice touch for the fan to be on and curtains/blinds all open as well as the window, to cool the place down a bit before checking in. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was also very very low, but the bathroom tap and shower both had good water pressure.

Couldnt check in even 1 minute early (app managed check in) so we had to kill time with bags until the check in time. After that it was seamless. Room was not very clean but OK.

Location, cleanliness, and facilities all good. Made use of the tv, fridge and microwave. Slept very very well. Location is perfect, especially if you intend to brave shopping on Oxford Street on a Saturday as this place is a little haven away from the hustle and bustle, but also nearby. Enjoyed sitting in golden square first thing on Sunday morning with morning coffee. Plenty of bars and cafes nearby.No noise, other than a little bit for a very short while from a nearby bar which ceased around 10pm.

Only some small gripes: crumbs on top of microwave, used piece of kitchen towel on windowsill, no earplugs provided despite there being a tray in the room purporting to contain these (i wouldn't have used them anyway as I didnt need to, but they should have been there in case I did). Main gripe: you follow a very specific planned set of instructions to obtain keys. I followed said instructions and the keys were not there. Initially panicked thinking I'd been conned. Fortunately a guy who was walking past me when this was unfolding saw the issue I was having and got me a key in 5 mins (I'm guessing he was some form of on site staff member), so issue resolved.

Easy instructions to locate property and door entry code, then key box code to locate the key to our room. Room on the third floor. Workmen were around but were courteous and polite and not intrusive at all. Our room was quiet. We had views to the internal area outside of the buildings rather than the green which would have been nicer. Nice quiet stay. Didn't hear any other guests. We appreciated the ear plugs just in case! The apartment is a perfect position to visit the centre of London for shopping and the theatres. Everything is just a short walk away.

Our room was very hot with the heating up as high as it would go. We had to unfortunately open all the windows to cool it down, even though we reduced the temperature on the thermostat. A tea towel would have been appreciated. Clearer directions of where the bins were (even a photo) would have assisted us too.

The location is excellent. Close to everything and still quiet. Renovated and modern apartment, strong water flow in the shower. There are enough electrical outlets. Convenient check-in via lockbox. Using the lockbox was very convenient because there was no need to take the key to the apartment everywhere and worry if it gets lost. The apartment I got faced the back of the building so it was quiet. The curtains insulate light quite reasonably. The towel warmer in the bath is a very nice addition.

The inflexibility of the owners to help with a one day change in booking, despite contacting Booking themselves, was a bit disappointing. When we entered the apartment we were greeted by a strong smell of excrement, from a short inspection it became clear that the sewage (including other people's digestive tracts) came up in the shower and I had to unclog the shower and the kitchen sink. I didn't inform the landlord about this, I didn't have the strength to deal with it. The faucet in the kitchen dripped and drove us crazy all night, I didn't inform the apartment owners because I don't have the strength to deal with it.

The premium studio flat 17 was comfortable and quiet being on the fourth floor. All the basics were provided and the kitchen area really useful for storing and preparing food. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. A table and two chairs were near to the kitchen area. The bathroom had a good sized deluge shower. There was more than adequate room for clothes in the wardrobe. The location was ideal being just a couple of minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus. For this part of London, it did offer good value for money and ideal for a short stay.

Although there was a good sized shower, the rest of the bathroom space was very tiny. Unfortunately the bathroom sink was very slow to empty and the tap was very loose. Although the deluge shower worked well, the hand held shower was missing. The two chairs were rather 'plasticky' and the room was in need of at least one comfortable chair for relaxing (there was room for this). The information regarding left luggage in the area was not sufficiently helpful and as the check out time was before 10a.m. it was a bit of a rush to sort this out. There was no facility at 9 Golden Square (or indeed anywhere in Golden Square) for left luggage.
