It is a spacious apartment with a very convenient location. You can walk to Bond Street, Piccadilly etc from the apartment. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. If u prefer to dine in, the apartment has a sizeable kitchen and it is fitted with the necessary ( and high end appliances) to cook a meal. It is very suitable for family with kids. Rubel warmly welcomed us upon our arrival & was very patient & helpful with my all queries.

I was not aware 1) the building does not have a toilet on street level. I was hoping to have a change of clothes or take a shower before I catch the Peppa Pig show with my daughter after I land into London. 2) the house keeping only comes in once every 4 days which means we need to take the trash out daily & if you prefer clean towels, you will need to wash them yourselves.

Location, Location, Location, 24/7 reception/security, New building with New facilities and furniture, and apartment are spacious. All of these made our two-week holiday feel like we're in a home away from home. Moreover, I have to mention that Mohammed from the guest service team was always there to help with anything, anytime before and after completing our stay in 37GS, Chapeau Mohammed!! 👏🏽👏🏽

Condition of facilities: Regardless that the facilities were brand new and up-to-date, we requested maintenance two times for the dishwasher and blocked sink at two of the bathrooms. That's why I suggest doing frequent quality checks to meet customer expectations.

37GS Residences is not too far from all the excitement, and I stayed in an apartment on the second floor. It was super neat and cosy, and the kitchen was really nice! Soho is just a stone’s throw away, and you’ll always find delicious food. Shopping is a breeze too - you can hit up Soho, Carnaby Street, Regent Street, or Oxford Street. And if you’re in the mood for a musical, there are plenty of options. Also, public transportation is easily accessible with Piccadilly Circus being close by.

En-suite primary bath had a tub shower combination. Height and width of tub and the slippery bottom made getting in and out of shower very difficult for 66 year old couple. Needed grab bars. No ventilation or electrical outlets in this primary bathroom which might be London standard or code requirement.

Spacious flat with modern kitchen, wonderful open seating area for the family. Loved that both bedrooms were ensuite with large flat screen TVs and comfy beds - and there is a 3rd guest bathroom. Absolutely perfect location - can walk to all the great restaurants, sites, markets, and parks around Soho, Covent Garden, Mayfair and beyond. Also appreciated having the concierge to help us with any requests.

Only wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautifully appointed and spacious apartment in the heart of Soho. The location was superb, close to the Piccadilly tube and a fabulous Whole Foods supermarket. We had a fabulous time and hope to return one day.

Nothing of note

Awesome location, very quiet, secure and clean. Apartment was just what we needed for both working, running in the parks, and doing tourist related activities. Whole Foods is just a few steps away. Really great to have a have washer & dryer. The evening concierge, Ali, was super welcoming and helpful with questions we had.

The apartment is nicely furnished and spacious. The location is the star close to everything. The staff was nice and friendly, they tried to do their best to make our stay comfy.

We missed having a clothes hanger rack. The lift was out of service for two days which was annoying, we had to handle my daughter's pushchair up and down from the 5th floor.

Great location. Quality throughout and very comfortable. Good service from desk staff - very helpful with a couple of difficulties.

V noisy heat recovery/air conditioning. We asked for it to be switched off and also very warm. Reception staff came to sort promptly. One bedroom window in our apartment was very badly sealed and let in a lot of noise, in stark contrast to the other room - it could not be remedied but to their credit they moved us to another apartment that had become available. Many thanks to Ali at the desk for helping us get this sorted.

Perfect location for a short trip, 24/7 professional and lovely Concierge service. An amazing apartment with balcony and especially to mention great bathrooms and a kitchen with Gaggenau Appliances (Switzerlands finest !) Thank you and see you soon ×
