Our stay at Hotel Café Royal in London was nothing short of enchanting. Celebrating my wife’s birthday in such a regal setting was a decision well made. From the moment we arrived, the experience was meticulously tailored to make us feel truly special. We indulged in the spa, a sanctuary of relaxation that rejuvenated our spirits. Each treatment was an orchestration of tranquility, leaving us in perfect bliss. The breakfast was a royal feast, boasting an array of delectable dishes served with finesse. It felt like a culinary journey fit for royalty. The personal attention from the manager was the crowning touch, with gestures that made us feel like honored guests. As we moved through the hotel, every interaction affirmed our status as the king and queen of our own little kingdom. It was an unforgettable experience, filled with warmth, luxury, and joy.

From the moment we entered the hotel we felt the generous hospitality all around us. Everyone was kind and forthcoming, especially in our case, Von from reception and Luca the concierge. The room was perfect! Amenities, wonderful bathtub and shower, comfortable bed with and good smell all around. The location, needless to say, was central, and right across from fine shopping, good restaurants and theatres. We shall certainly return to Cafe Royal! Thank you all for everything Shira & Libi

Location is perfect and very close to all attractive places. Room and all hotel facilities are excellent. we didn't try breakfast but especially cakes and bubbles cafe should be visited.

Our room had a wonderful view of Piccadilly Circus without hearing any of the street noise! The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent; the location is perfect for walking to West End theaters (the main reason for our trip). Lots of great places to eat close by. We had a fantastic breakfast every morning at the hotel with excellent service. Arturo went out of his way each time we visited to make sure we were taken care of - whether we were seated in his section or not! The hotel is beautiful and very secure. The gentleman at the doors were always kind and helpful, especially when we needed to be pointed in the right direction to where we were headed. Most nights we were out late at the theatre, and having an excellent late night menu for a late dinner in our room was perfect for us. All of the room service staff were wonderful. Everyone we spoke with at the front desk was kind and attentive and helpful. Overall - it was a wonderful 10 days in a lovely hotel in London!

Staff in everywhere is exceptional and the breakfast is really in good quality, service is gorgeous; overall management is great.

Main entrence to the hotel is too bad, from the tiny road perpendicular to the main street.. Room ( delux?) is ordinary beside lighting is awful; insufficient in the bathroom and also with the automatic curtain system, it is not efficient to fix the comfortable atmosphere. Decoration is like an ordinary city hotel.

Everything was excellent especially the ladies at the reception. The check in process was smooth, they even have a champagne welcome drink. The room size is perfect as well as the bathroom. The best part of course is the location if you want to be near all the shopping areas.

One thing we didn't like is this one door man who was rude to our chauffeur. That kinda turned me off and because of that, I'm now rethinking if we should stay there again next time. Considering we always choose to stay in Cafe Royal. Whether guests, staff, or chauffeurs, the door man should treat everyone nicely.

the location is maybe the best in the whole city especially during the Christmas season. room 222 has a 180 degrees view of the Piccadilly including three balconies 🙌🏼🙌🏼 the staff excellent attitude

the facilities need to keep up with the prices. no usb ports. lights were going on and off on their own and the shower cord was completely destroyed. a sense of decay in the furniture and the food at the brasserie was not up to the standards of a five star hotel.
