Great location, just a couple of minutes walk to Leicester Square. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. And FINALLY, I found a hotel with a shower that doesn't flood the room! We travelled to the hotel via motorcycle, so I appreciated the secure underground parking.

The room was quite small for 2 people with luggage. The safe door swung open a little bit every time I opened the wardrobe door, and when I went to close the wardrobe door it banged against the safe. Judging by the damage to the wardrobe door, it had been doing this for quite some time. Basic maintenance! This is nit-picking though and it certainly didn't spoil the stay.

The team at The Cavendish was truly exceptional. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and attentive customer service. Before I even arrived in London, my luggage was lost, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They kept me updated every step of the way, offered helpful suggestions on nearby places to pick up essentials, and even mapped out the easiest routes for me to get there. As someone traveling solo for the first time, their kindness and support made me feel incredibly comfortable and cared for. I’m so grateful for their hospitality.

One thing I didn’t like about the property was the rooms are a little outdated and could maybe use a refresh.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and we were met Ahmed and his team for our bags to be stored ready for when we arrived back at the hotel after exploring London. The check in experience was very good and when we came back we got our room key and then asked for our luggage to be delivered to our room, within minutes our luggage arrived. Our room was clean and tidy and all the facilities were functioning. Same deal on check out in the morning our luggage was looked after whilst we went exploring. When we arrived back to get our luggage before returning home, our luggage was with us straight away and we were also offered a bottle of water which was appreciated. Great team, hope the team all the best in the future. We would not hesitate to return

perhaps more ordinary and decaf tea in the room

Room was clean, big enough for two of us to move around comfortably, bathroom was clean. Complimentary water each day and towels changed each day. Great location, 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus and in walking distance of so many main attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Regent Street, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Convent Gardens and Chinatown.

The room itself was fine but unfortunately being as it was the weekend there was a lot of outside noise from nearby clubs or pubs which could be heard at 3am, even though we were on the seventh floor.

Super location and such attentive friendly, helpful staff

The view and the annoying toilet flusher room 312 was stuck. We were upgraded free of charge which sounded exciting as we were enticed by joining the reward scheme at check-in but the room was no different to how I imagine a standard room. I had asked for a higher floor for a decent view but room 312 looked into a scruffy concrete area with vapes cast aside on the balcony below. Disappointed to be honest and felt a bit hoodwinked into joining the scheme but we got an early check/in which was super helpful.

Great hotel in a great location with almost walking distance to all the popular sites. The staff were super friendly and attended all our needs. Our room had an old-classic feel to it, spacious and clean.

We ordered room service and I’m sorry to say but the food was appalling, we ordered quite late so not sure if the chef has gone home or not, couldn’t eat it and trust me - we’re not picky. This doesn’t take away from the experience and we would definitely visit this hotel again, just not order room service again.

Excellent location. Very clean, good facilities within the bedroom. Rooms of a good standard. Check in was excellent. All but the staff in the restaurant were outstanding. A mention to Ahmed, he really made our stay! Fun, helpful and very attentive.

Breakfast was of a very poor quality, extremely overpriced. The waitress was very nice but didn’t understand the orders, asked several times to check. When it arrived over 40 minutes later it was literally stone cold. This was rectified. However, for two people in the group this was not addressed as quickly and the manager approached them in what can only be described as a rude, aggressive and inappropriate manner. We will be staying again but under no circumstances will we be eating!

Rooms (513 & 511) and hotel extremely clean especially public areas. Location was perfect as we found all of the shops and restaurants close by. Must compliment your staff, everyone was helpful and very friendly. Tess at the lounge bar was exceptional. She started off our morning with a beautiful smile and wonderful demeanour. Ahmed at concierge was amazing. Always happy, always willing to assist in anything. All concierge staff were excellent but he was over and above.

Had no water for half a day right when I was shaving. Could shower but a noticed was sent out. Room service was ordered, soup arrived and soup bowl was still in room 2 days later on departure day.

The hotel and the room are clean. Staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is easy going. The location is very very good, few minutes of walking you reach Piccadilly and Bond streets, few minutes to the underground, however, it is in a quiet and good quality area. The breakfast is convenient and has sufficient variety. Check in and out is so easy.

The room and the bath room are small but in London you will stay most of the time outside and you need the room to sleep at night or to take a rest during the day.

. Big thanks to the staff ... they make the hotel! Ahmed and Sabrina were once again super engaging and helpful. I didn't catch the names of the other concierge team, but they were all fabulous!

When booking in, we were told that breakfast was included ... which was a bonus as I hadn't realised it was. When we went down for breakfast, we weren't on the list and the staff called reception, to be told that we weren't on the list for inclusive breakfast. It also wasn't offered as an option to pay extra. We left and had a very nice breakfast in a local eaterie
