The apartment is in a perfect location and is very quiet. It offers ample space, featuring two bathrooms that include a shower and a bathtub, along with an additional toilet. The mattresses are comfortable, and there are coffee capsules and teabags provided. I was initially worried about making the reservation due to some reviews, but we ended up with a lovely, fresh two-bedroom apartment on the second floor.

We were disappointed that the coffee machine only had four capsules for the three of us over the four-night stay. However, when we asked at the reception, they promptly refilled them for us. Additionally, we noticed that the bathtub filled very slowly, and we had difficulty draining the water after our use.

Nice room arrangement and having a kitchen was a great advantage. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Staff was also very helpful and pleasant.

The apartment seemed to be the equivalent of a “smart home” from the 1980s, which meant that the light switches were impossible to figure out. In addition, the tap in the bathroom sink was old and difficult to turn, and also quite rough-looking. As a side note, if you’re a tea-drinker, you’ll be disappointed in the small teacups and small teapot. We purchased some proper mugs on our first day.

The location excellent Staff are very friendly and helpful except operational manager lorint not so friendly. It feels safe and in quiet road, good for family. They clean everyday except weekend. Place is clean Nice place to stay I will comeback if I find it in the right price even with the difficulty I faced this time.

Please very dated even the renovated apartment are dated. The bathroom old the kitchen old. The washing machine didn’t work three weeks we were in the flat and they came to check it but still didn’t work they said they will cool the company but nothing. Some of the TV channel don’t work properly I called the operator manager he said we are upgrading TV Satalite !! Three weeks the channel on and off not repaired. Specially I am watching play off NFL live ( picture attached)

1.Well furnished with latest kitchen equipments. 2.Squeaky Clean with staff ushering in evey time of entry and convenient, adequate lifts. 3.The service mechanics attending to issues and quick pick up of calls by the reception with a nice inside garden space to walk around. 4.Totally sound proof with adequate electric sockets for charging

1. Need to replenish salt/ pepper every day and could not get even after request 2. Need to replenish shampoo/conditioner/ body wash -the firs lot was not replaced even after staying four nights, 3. The Mirror at the wash basis is akwardly fitted with minimal light not making shaving or face wash a good experience 4. There was a small cupboard with hangars and filled with other stuff and the second cupboard ( I presume it was) was stuck and no place to keep some utilities 5.The room sofa was so sagging - not a good experience to sit and get up

we were very happy with our experience the room was specious, the bath room is also very big with a jacuzzi bathtub,it also had a small kitchen with a stove, and small washing machine, if you are planning to stay for a long time they will be useful. the check in was very nice we arrived very early " around 9 am" as per the receptionist due to they were full house they were not able to let us in at that time " otherwise they usually do", so we left our luggage with them and we went out and came back around 2pm where the room was ready the location was very nice, quite, very close to an underground access " around 2-3 mins walk" 10 mins walk to piccadilly square and soho area

the only thing that we were not happy about was the fridge, it had a very bad smell that we did not use it at all. the weather was a bit cold so it was not a big issue, but if it was summer and hot, that will be a big problem

The room is especially spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is very good, traffic and shopping are very convenient, close to Buckingham Palace and Hyde park，and the staff are seriously responsible .

The bathroom equipment is a bit old, and the couch cloth is a bit dirty.

Just a short walk from Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace so ideal location for lots of sightseeing etc and theatres. Comfy and the bonus of having a kitchen so we didn’t need to eat out for breakfast. Also relatively cheaper than other hotels in this area, although still more per night than your average hotel.

The room we stayed in only had 2 small windows which overlooked the rear of the Ritz. Unfortunately there were lots of building work going on at the time too on the Ritz and so noisy in the morning.

Great location, easy check in process, comfortable and clean bedding, and great bathrooms. Very responsive staff!

The downstairs heat did not work so it was too cold to really enjoy the downstairs. The staff attempted to help fix it several times, but it never worked. The washer/dryer did not work appropriately either. It washed the clothes but did not dry. When we asked about it, we were told it was really only good for washing just a couple of light items. One guest attempted to wash very small load and had to hang clothes for them to dry.

Clean, spacious, and had all of the required amenities for a family of 5. full kitchen with laundry services. three bedrooms, huge bathrooms, nice living room and dining area. very clean and modern with comfy beds. Location is next door to the Ritz and a 5 min walk to Green Park and the local tube station. Also, the oarking garage under the building was also great. We would definitely stay again!
