The location was amazing! So central and walking distance to Piccadilly, Trafalgar and Leicester Square. Amazing price for the location. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious with high ceilings, Netflix, Disney + and prime were also all available to watch. We had a lovely stay. The staff were also very accommodating and provided everything we needed without hesitation. Would recommend.

The property could do with some repairs, for example the taps on the bath didn’t work, only the shower did so we couldn’t give the children a bath, only a shower and some things could be updated but considering the price, none of this really bothered me too much. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable, and an ideal location for me, although perhaps a little 'tired'. The 'host' was great too - I was able to leave my suitcase whilst I went about my day of local meetings, and it was in the apartment when I eventually checked in.

It was a little chilly - I couldn't get the bedroom wall heater to work but was OK. I also the shower was pretty fiddly but a quick call and the host pointed me in the right direction. Probably more me than anything else. Wifi was patchy other than in the lounge. And the kitchen could have done with a bread/cutting board. Small things that would not put me off staying again.

Amazing location, cosy apartment and freidly team. My family enjoyed the stay as it was easy to get to London's attractions and shopping centers from there-all around 15 minute walk , which was great in the summer weather.

The apartment finishing needs a bit of update, but nothing huge.

The Location was great...as a family with small kids it was a close walk yo hydepark play area and near by grocery stores..and tube station... The beds were comfortable and flat was spacious as a family of 5 we did not to feel crammed The elevator was out on our 1st day then was working fine. Room cleaning was regular. There is netflix Everyroom has modern heaters on and ready for us

Only received an automated response to our sent arrival time (international flight)trying to arrange at least to drop off our luggage while we wait for check in time. We waited a few hours in a near by coffee shop with our kids and luggage until we got an answer but they kindly took our luggage until the room was ready and placed them up in the room for us when we get back

Great location but some areas need improvement The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Green Park Station, which makes it very convenient to get around London. Easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Overall, the stay was good, but a few things need attention: Some parts of the room feel worn out. The bathroom tap was leaking, causing the water pump to run all night. Certain floorboards creak loudly when stepped on. Most importantly, the lift was out of service during our stay. Our room was on the 4th floor, so we had to use the stairs, which was quite difficult, especially since we were traveling with both a child and an elderly person. If these issues are addressed, this place would be much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Fantastic location (very central) close to Green park tube station and short walk to Buckingham palace. We had the ground level apartment which had easy access with pram from street. Good size apartment, with small kitchen with everything you need. Staff were great to deal with.

Travel cot was old and had a broken mattress which was disappointing (also mattress appeared not to be the correct size for the cot supplied). Water pressure in bathroom poor. Shower over bathtub which was high and hard to climb into.

The best thing about this apartment is the location, it’s AMAZING. The most popular spots in london is near you. For example, the Piccadilly is 5 min away, Oxford circus is 12-13 minutes, Soho is about 16 minutes and more places to explore. And the apartment is relatively moderately-sized. The living space is good, the bed is big. I’ll say it can be comfortable for three. In conclusion, would I book in it again? sure but with two more things to keep in mind. First is to book early so it’s cheaper. Second try to book in the 2nd or 3rd floor because it’s noisy.

The main issue of the apartment is the noisement. To be honest, even if someone lives above you, you will hear it.. imagine people walking by the street or a car is passing its very loud. For light l-sleepers like me, you would find yourself walking up to three times at night because of the noise. But overall if you asked me would I book again? Yes but with one more condition. Is to book in the 3rd floor so I can have a more peaceful experience.
