I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Apartment. Everything was beyond my expectations! The apartment was incredibly spacious, and feels like home. It was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere. They have a bidet, which is a rare and much appreciated addition that made my stay even more comfortable. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to top attractions, restaurants, and transport links. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in London. I will definitely be returning!

The location is perfect. Price was good for the location. It was very quiet within. The room was ample size for the two of us. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The only fault I had was with the bathroom. The shower drain needed a good cleaning - had to stand in water while showering - and there is almost no area to place your things in the bathroom.

We had a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apaertment. Very very roomy plus daily cleaning service! The staff was very nice. For us the location was great. Easy to get to many areas by foot or underground within walking distance. Many dinner options near by and a Tesco Express for snacks and water.

I had the room nearest the street. There is a Mosque or maybe just meeting place nextdoor so many people outside talking at all hours. Not so loud you couldn't sleep but more muffled noise.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. The location could not have been better for us. Walking distance from everywhere,really super central. The area of Shepherd Market, with its many pubs and restaurants is not even 5 minutes away, and there is Nobu right at the corer. Staff was nice and helpful as well, to round out a very nice stay.

The property is in a fantastic location, so easy to get to the tube station, parks & shops. It was clean & quiet. The staff were friendly & helpful. Thanks to Ray for helping me with a late check out & storing my luggage for the day. I liked the 24/7 reception, travelling solo I felt very safe.

This is very minor but it would be good to have a shelf or bathroom trolley to put toiletries on in the bathroom.

Property has the best location - walking distance to the Palace, Regent street, Berkeley sq., Hyde Park, etc. Also convenient to underground, buses. Middle of Mayfair, right next to all luxury hotels. The apartment is spacious - large living room + large bedroom, well equipped including real kitchen with all the facilities. In short - A pearl/

Great location, so close from the Hyde Park, there was a mosque next door, stuff very friendly, have heater and have air condition

Furniture and kitchen utensils are very worn, not very clean, the bed not very comfortable and the the baby crib was so old and damaged

Location was the best of the room

I didn’t like the mattress as it was uncomfortable at all. The ironing board was not clean nor the iron. They tool £300 as deposit. Unfortunately nothing deserved to have a deposit for nor they didn’t release the deposit for weeks till this moment.
