Excellent location and really good pricing compared to major hotels so close by (ritz, Hilton, jw Marriott). Walking felt super safe and the receptionist was extremely friendly. The unit seems aged but they maintain their unit really clean. No spider webs, no dust, clean refrigerator, smells nice and warm (air conditioning worked really well), clean and crispy linens as well as the clean/white towels are a huge plus. Will definitely consider staying here again. I felt very safe staying here with my teenager daughter. Highly recommend it.

Window covering looks different than pictures but they worked just fine and not complaining at all.

hooks need to be placed in the bathroom to hang clothes and to have a place to let towels dry easily a chair in the entrance and one in the bedroom would be helpful

Great location and really lovely spacious room. Great bathroom and everything was very clean. The bed was really comfy. Reception staff were helpful and polite.

We couldn't turn off the extractor fan in the kitchen. The oven was super hot and tricky to manage. There wasnt much cooking equipment in the kitchen. There was a lot of noise from building work outside but no criticism of the company as they have no control over that.

Amazing location! Great sized room with everything you needed. Has small kitchen, nice sized bathroom and large bedroom with tall ceilings and beautiful large windows.

Not much information on check in. Called up as did not receive any information how to check in. You just have to turn up at the property and there’s someone on reception but it would have been nice to know that before.

The most unique features/assets of 17 Hertford are: 1. Staff - very friendly, very helpful 2. Location - nothing beat the location for the price 3. Cooking - there is a kitchen, and one could actually cook 4. I think it was the website that stated that towels are changed and rooms are cleaned every two days. but I found my room in pristine condition everyday.

Location was amazing. Right by Green Park and then only 700 metres to Buckingham Palace!! Green Park station just a 5 minute walk away which was easy to get back to Heathrow. Had a little kitchen, fridge and all the cooking gear. Table and chairs and the bed folded up into the wall, so you could have more space during the day. Very helpful staff who assisted with luggage up to the apartment and then we stored in reception until we left in the afternoon. Would love to stay and will try and rebook in the summer. Perfect spot to stay. My London friends were amazed at the location and price!!

i had to pay security deposit and i was not informed about this before i book the place. if you have any delivery, you must to go down and pick it up cause there is no intercom.

Great location

Ran out of toilet roll. There should always be a second one in the cupboard. No box of tissues, so used even more toilet roll. The jacuzzi bath obviously hadn't been used in a while and spewed out debris so had to empty the bath and start again. However, it was not instant hot water but a water tank. Had to wait an hour for it to heat up and only just had enough hot water for it to be comfortably warm enough to enjoy.

I stayed 1 night, it was nice and clean. Sameha at reception was very kind and always helpful. The room has a tall ceiling which makes it feel spacious. Place is in a great location and suited the purpose of my stay. Overall met the expectations.

Tiny lift, access card to the room was not working at first but got fixed soon.

I really enjoyed the appartement. I had a really pleasant moment. Everything was clean, and the staff was so nice and professional. Samia was so incredible, she is very very nice, and lovely. She was perfect :) thank you very much again, I would absolutely recommand this place
