Good staff and location

The rooms may need some maintenance and new furniture and kitchen may need it to . Bathroom needs vintlation

Yousif and Zainab were exceptionally polite and friendly. They were willing to go the extra mile and we had a minor incident and the night staff (don’t recall his name) was also attentive and responsive in assisting us. We were able to check out late for 50 percent of the room rate which was very much appreciated. Excellent location near Green park and lots of both casual and fine dining. Also 20 mins walk to high street and high end shops. We had the 2 bedroom and it was very spacious and I would definitely stay there again.

Great, spacious and safe. The apartment was big enough for 6 of us a family. Each room had a bathroom which we were happy with and an extra bathroom for guest outside. Kitchen was fully equipped and most important clean. There was cleaners available everyday for cleaning which made things even better. And the receptionist was extremely helpful with everything we needed.

Everything was great the bathroom were smaller than expected but this is usually the case in London apartments so it really did not lower our rating

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mayfair House Apartment in London, and I can confidently say it was one of the best accommodations I’ve experienced in the city. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless – the check-in process was efficient, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the apartment itself was absolutely stunning. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mayfair, just a short walk to Hyde Park, Oxford Street, and some of London’s best restaurants and boutiques. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect balance of city energy and relaxation. The apartment was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was exceptional – from the high-quality linens and toiletries to the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area, it felt like a true home away from home. One of the highlights for me was the level of service. The team was always available to assist with anything I needed, whether it was recommendations, arranging transport esspecailly after we had a bit of a problem with accsessing the appartment with the smart key or simply making sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality in an apartment-style accommodation. Overall, I can’t recommend Mayfair House highly enough. Whether you’re visiting London for business or leisure, this is the kind of place that truly elevates your stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Great location, close to restaurants and easy walk to Oxford Street. Excellent polite and helpful reception staff.

Flat 406 Dining room furniture has awful chairs.

The Place was easy to find on a lovely little street, Staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, We stayed in a 2 Bed apartment, it was big & spacious, also exceptionally clean, absolutely mint, and well maintained, we did not use the kitchen as we ate out, but it was fully equipped. Air Con worked well. We loved the place, and if we stay in that area again will defiantly look this place back up, is quite Pricey, but its Mayfair, London, to be expected, the Vibe of the whole area is lovely.

The staff was exceptional. They really worked hard to give us an excellent stay. We had problems with the AC units and they brought in a technician who worked on them immediately. He was very friendly also. They upgraded us to a 2-bedroom unit and it was charming. Great location close to many restaurants, pubs, and tourist sites.

The only reason that I didn’t give them all 10’s was because our air conditioning units only partially cooled the unit and it was pretty warm. It should be fine except on hot days, or maybe if you aren’t on the top floor (we were).

Excellent location, could walk to many places. Easy to catch a taxi when needed. Staff were very helpful such as being able to take in shopping if I had not been available. Room quiet for central London. Kitchen facilities were good (and were working when I arrived) as I cooked most evenings and entained a friend on one occasion.

There were some areas that could have been improved, but since I did not ask staff to deal with them it would not be fair to list here. They were not of significance. There was a BT problem with the Wi-Fi all week which was inconvenient.

Mayfair House Apartments was one of the nicest stays we have stayed. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Daily staff cleaning. Location is amazing and close to everything. The best thing about the stay was the staff, I forgot my phone in the apartment, and a parcel order that was late for arrival and the staff helped me with shipping it all, and not to forget their excellent hospitality and welcomness! Thank you for making a terrific trip.
