Incredible location, really easy access with codes, lots of space in the room and just what we needed. Shower pressure was wonderful. Comfortable beds, nice and dark to aide a good nights sleep. Air conditioning was powerful which was a blessing considering the heat wave! Concierge via WhatsApp was really friendly and helpful.

Damp patch on carpet near bathroom, may have been from the air con, or from the bathroom. Bathroom very small. Not a problem as only there for one night, but if we were to stay longer it wouldn’t be ideal. Lots of dust and rubbish under the beds which clearly hadn’t been moved for some time. Had to move a bed to access the plug for the charger next to the bed. Very minor issues.

Perfect location for the purpose of our visit. Clean, warm, comfortable. Would benefit from having bedside lights. Seals around doors and windows allowed in a lot of light at night, so the room was not truly dark. We learnt the difference between a Private Bathroom, as described, and the En-suite Bathroom that we expected. Visits to the bathroom entailed a trip along the public hallway leading from the main entrance to the rest of the rooms; this is less than ideal, especially during the night. However, the bathroom itself was in good order and well equipped.

Great location. Very clean and good beds. The balcony was a bonus.

Location, Cleanliness, spacious room - lovely terrace and comfortable beds. Nice en-suite bathroom with and shower. Very clean.

Nice bathroom but unfortunately there was no bath plug so we could not have a bath. We did request plug but it never arrived. Not enough towels for three adults. No full length mirror. Beds could be better arranged as one side of double against the wall. And the single bed could have been situated else where in the room. Room was sparsely furnished - could have done with another chair and more coat hangers.

The room was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The security was excellent and the location was amazing, definitely happy with the stay and will 100% come back

It would of been nice for the room to have a lamp in it, as it was either the big light to use or nothing, when we got back for the evening we realised there was no smaller lights or lamp so we had to have the main light on which wasn’t an issue it just would of been more relaxing to have a lamp in the room

No Breakfast facility.

Location was excellent for me. Shops and restaurants close by and near tube station. Easy access instructions. Good for a family with two double beds. Bathroom was a little cramped but had what was needed.

A minor detail but the tap in the bathroom sink splashed when turned on as it’s so high up. Very small issue. The dials in the shower don’t function too well as too close together. Would benefit from a dimmer on the lights or a lamp by the bed. All very minor stuff.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is fantastic, with so much to explore and enjoy nearby. The place itself is clean and well-maintained, with a charming and decent ambiance. The highlight for me was the balcony – it offers absolutely the best view, making my mornings and evenings truly special. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip to London. Highly recommended!
