We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Mayfair, London. The location is absolutely amazing—central, convenient, and in a beautiful part of the city. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and perfect for a short stay. Despite arriving at midnight, check-in was smooth and easy through the app, which made a great first impression. The apartment was well-equipped with thoughtful essentials like salt and pepper, iron, dishwasher tablets, soap, and shampoo—small touches that saved us time and money. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a seamless experience in central London

Getting up to the fourth floor with big suitcases could be a chalenge.

The apartment was clean and stocked with breakfast items for us, plenty of towels and even slippers! The rooms were clean and well maintained and the location was beyond perfect!

Only side note would be that although it's mentioned the building doesn't have a lift, it's important to know this 2 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor, so be prepared to climb 69 steps each time you go out and about!

A Lovely apartment in a fabulous location. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The apartment was well equipped and the cleaner came in each day. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable

We were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. We were four ladies and there were not enough mirrors in the apartment. The only ones in the bedroom were wardrobe mirrors and they were a smoked dark glass which made it difficult when putting on makeup. The only mirror we could all use was in the bathroom.

We arrived 2 hours early and were made to feel very welcome, although we could not get into the apartment the we were told we could leave our bags and given directions to local amenities where we received a call when the room was ready, our bags had even been taken to our room on the 2nd floor which was such a help. The area felt safe. The property was spotlessly clean. The seating very comfortable. Excellent location.

There is nothing we would have changed, however bear in mind it is London and there is street noise that can be heard in the front bedroom when you have the windows open.

I was able to retrieve the keys from a lockbox across the street. The location of the property is fantastic near many little shops and restaurants. The property has an app that made it easy to communicate with management.

It is not cheap...but the location justifies the price.! Amazing location within walking distance to parks, attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, and transportation. The staff was very hospitable and provided information and directions. The kitchen was well-equipped. Even though we arrived at 2:00 am, we had no trouble accessing the property, with clear instructions provided by the staff. The place was clean and tidy, with a daily maid service, which was a great plus. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is a little on the small side. the kitchen is tiny, one of the bedrooms had basically zero closet room. Access was a bit challenging - the stairs are very narrow and steep and we got a good workout out of them. This property is not recommended for older folks or families with babies who use strollers. It's a real safety hazard for such persons. Also - there was no coffee machine...good thing there are 5 coffee shops within a stone's throw :-)

Excellent location. Great accommodation for families. Nice, deep bath tub. Loved the bookstore on main level of building.

Recommend purchase of a better french press for coffee. Also would be nice if toilet paper was replenished.

Location and layout and servicing - ideal for a family

Didn’t know reception was across the road at number 44, so panicked initially until a housekeeper from number 10 answered an intercom - luckily. Tried to call but the phone would go to message bank. When we found reception - the staff member was wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful

Lovely location, able to get the room early on check in - greatly appreciated, love the location, would definitely recommend.

Slightly larger bathroom would have been nice but minor issue. Get ready to climb stairs!

The radiator in the main bedroom couldn't be controlled, so it was just pumping out heat the whole time when it didn't need to. There were controls on all other radiators though. And 1 key card didn't work.
