Staff were so lovely with my son and so helpful and friendly Room was very clean and nicely laid out Breakfast was nice They organised a surprise cake plate for his birthday Nicely placed - 30 minute walk to London eye, 20 minutes to Buckingham Palace

Breakfast was expensive compared to what other hotels offer Couldn't get TV to work but I didn't ask at reception to sort

The location was perfect for visiting all the main London attractions. The room was great, including a small refrigerator, complimentary bottles of water, and shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast was very good, the buffet had everything we needed, and the food was warm and tasty. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. The hallway was very quiet; we were in room 722. To get to the room you had to go up a small staircase from the landing where the elevator stopped.

One of the two elevators was out of service the whole time we were there.

The location is outstanding and we were able to walk to all the museums, theaters, and restaurants we wanted to visit. The room is small but very clean and comfortable.

The room service was not good. My husband ordered a piece of chocolate cake and it took over an hour to arrive. And then it was inedible. When he called down to say it was stale, the woman said, "It was fresh. We JUST dethawed it!"

Great location. 10 mins walk to Buckingham palace. 5 mins walk to Big Bus stop. Lots amazing restaurants to choose from. We walked 2 mins across from hotel to a fantastic Italian restaurant. We had a connecting room with a king & a double which has a nice sitting area. Great setup for our family of 4. I gotta say tho that the rooms desperately needs renovation. Carpets were worn out, so were the headboards & the floor creaks. Overall we still had a great stay.

We splurged a little for our one night in London (usually this hotel would be way outside our budget) & we weren't disappointed. Some things are to be expected for this price: the comfort of the room, the great facilities, etc. But the friendliness of the staff was exceptional, & of course the location is superb. It was well worth it for us.

I can't really think of a negative. As stated, this would normally be outside our budget but we knew that when we booked it so I can't complain about the price. We're Australian so everything in London is a little more expensive for us (due to the poor exchange rate on the Aussie dollar at the moment), but the room/hotel itself was great.

The breakfast was satisfying, staff was helpful, the room was clean. the hotel itself is in a really good place, every attractions are within walking distance, it is easy to get everywhere within London.

The street on which the hotel is stated, a bit noisy, the traffic quite big and also in the near there are several pub, if you like silence, ask for a room facing the other side - although I don't know how noisy it is. Also the window seems a bit old so hard to close totally.

Lovely interior in the reception lounge with comfy sofas. The room we had was a twin & was sufficient for our needs with a bath & a shower in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable & seating in the bedroom more than adequate. Had a technical problem with the TV but a call to the front desk who sent up the concierge soon had that sorted. Happy to book up again when on a London trip

The requests I made when booking were met, which I was very grateful for. Excellent service from the Concierge, booked our River Cruise and Theatre Tickets

Breakfast! Cereal, dried nuts & fruit looked and tasted a little stale. Not much choice of breads, but staff very helpful and friendly Also the bar staff did not make a very good Pimm's cocktail (Just Lemonade & Pimm's!)

Me and my husband stayed here during a weekend and we were genuinely impressed. The location is unbeatable. The staff were amazing. Everyone was warm and helpful, which made us feel welcome right from the start. Special thanks for the anniversary celebration! We would love to come back!

The First room we were offered wasn’t as beautiful as the room we stayed in. We were given a nicer room within seconds, no problems at all. We had a lovely stay.
