Some of the reception stuff, they need to be more qualified on welcoming all the residents regardless of their nationalities or the status ( family or single). They need to know how to find the solutions for any issues, they asked me to pay and I did then they left me for more than 2 hours while they busy with other residents. When I get tired I went to check what was the problem since they have another room that I can at least take rest! And then I asked again another lady once she checked the room was ready but no body come to tell me! I was who going to check and offer the solution!

From the moment we arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff at Hits London Hotel are absolutely lovely—always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The bar team stood out with their great sense of humor and contagious energy; they were always smiling and made our evenings even more enjoyable. The reception team was incredibly kind to me, especially when I lost my phone. They were so understanding and went out of their way to help. They also offer taxi services through their own trusted contacts, which was really convenient and reassuring. The rooms were spotless—super clean and tidy. We even received a bowl of fresh fruit in our room, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home. It’s clear they truly care about their guests. Overall, I felt not just like a guest, but like part of a family. I can’t wait to come back!

The attentive service is slick without being insincere. Afternoon Tea was elegant and good value for money, with a lovely extra touch of presenting me with a small cake to celebrate the occasion. The room was pristine and the added extras of slippers, water by the bed and bookmarks during the 'turn down' service just go to enhance the experience. Breakfast was faultless. Not sure where they get their berries from that are so full of flavour in March! Everything is served at the table, no buffet style, which is so refreshing as this seems to be the norm at most hotels these days. Altogether, a fabulous experience and such a lovely way to celebrate a special occasion or milestone.

It's difficult to find anything that's not to like about a stay at the Ritz. If I was picky, I would say that the traffic noise through the night was quite loud, but that's hardly the fault of the hotel!

We loved every moment of our stay at The Ritz London. From the warm welcome and seamless service to the luxurious upgrade to a Deluxe King Suite overlooking Green Park, every detail was perfection. The personalised touches, including fresh fruit, handmade chocolates, and rose petals, made us feel truly special. The dining experience at the Michelin-starred restaurant was unforgettable, with exquisite dishes and exceptional service. Breakfast served in our suite with a stunning view was the perfect start to the day. The attention to detail, elegance, and hospitality were unparalleled, making our stay truly magical.

To be honest I was expecting to have tea and coffe in the room, I didn’t mind paying extra but when you pay £1300 for a room I expected to at least have a cup of team and coffee

Excellent bar none. We enjoyed a few nights stay post-christmas for our wedding anniversary. Every member of their staff is exceptional. Expect professional and friendly service and knowledgable recommendations. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The elegant touches make the experience from the heated bathroom floor to rose petals for our anniversary. The experience truly is end-to-end - we have never had such a smooth check-out, from our room to the town car in less than 5 blissful minutes. Keen to return!

Nothing to fault.

The rooms are a stunning example of early 20th century interior design, they really are beautiful, but it’s all about the service at the Ritz, you are genuinely treated like the most important person in the hotel, regardless of who you are, it’s exceptional. Yes it is very expensive but you really do get what you pay for.

The only down side and it really is the only thing, is the road noise, it’s really down to the windows not being double glazed due to the age of the building. You do get used to the road noise, but you can’t stop people using their car, lorry, bus horns……incessantly!

The staff were beyond exceptional. The Ritz has a high standard, but it seems to exceed its own levels of exceptional service. From the minute we stepped out of the taxi we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. The check in process was flawless, friendly and very welcoming. The concierge had made reservations at our request that we needed to amend and they did so seemingly effortlessly and yet we know that it could only have been done with their professionalism and excellent knowledge. The restaurant reservation that was made for us was at a perfect venue to celebrate the occasion we were having. Our room was beautiful and perfect - very spacious and the cake placed in our room to celebrate a special birthday was an unexpected, wonderful gift. Small touches such as tiding up the electrical cables of our phones and laptops with small clips are highly appreciated gestures that only and exceptional hotel such as the Ritz does.

The gym needs some attention and is not befitting the stature of the hotel.

Location is excellent Breakfast was excellent and service impeccable in the dining room. we did not have dinner nor afternoon tea here.

promised king size bed but it wasn’t…. we changed rooms after first night. They did accommodate this but not fun to have to pack up and change rooms. water was shut off during the night for service. we did not learn of this until after check in when we arrived in our room. I understand work may need doing but they could have told us ahead of time, or at least in person at check in and not in a note left in our room. Door staff were a bit unnerving in their intensity to dissuade visitors from wearing “trainers” or athletic shoes in the main lobby and eating areas. I observed this was not implemented equally by guests violating the rule. I complied, understanding this was an expectation, but was amused by the focus on this by staff.
