The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We arrived before standard check-in time and they were able to have a room for us immediately. The room was neat, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The communication with the staff was great and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and special. The location is great, right in the heart of Piccadilly. So, there are a lot of people in the area but you are within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants, pubs and other sights as well as very close to the Underground.

I can't think of any thing to improve our stay. As I said, the room was nice and the staff was great.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Nancy looked after us from the moment we arrived. Paul the doorman entertained my son whose birthday it was. And they went the extra mile for his celebration. Breakfast was top quality and a beautiful setting on the terrace. Location is perfect with London attractions on your doorstep.

You cannot beat the location, you can get anywhere you need to go so efficiently. The service upon arrival was amazing, we arrived way before check in and they granted us early check in and an upgraded room which was a great start to our trip will definitely be staying again next time I am in London!

The location was fantastic

The room was so hot it was like an oven. It was our daughter’s 16 Birthday I had asked if there was anything they could add to the room. I was advised this would be done. Unfortunately there was nothing. After spending so much to stay I was a little disappointed.

Room was a good size for London. The gentleman at the door was super friendly and extremely helpful. Well-equipped room. Location is amazing, close to everything.

Elevator was shaky the first few days. Then one day it broke while I was inside it. The elevator dropped I screamed then called for help and managed to get out on a different floor and took the stair down. I explained to reception, they did not even apologize to me or care! They said we will close the elevator for repair. Then for the last 3 days of my stay it was out of service and took ages to get an elevator every single day.

location is fabulous, staff extremely friendly and helpful, room was dark at night, quiet (at the rear of the property) and big.

bathroom was very outdated, didn't match the lovely room at all, worse than a premier inn. Shower over bath, small basin, old tiles, low ceiling, felt very pokey and old.

Great looking hotel, very classy. Location is excellent, in the heart of London. The exec suite was large and stunning looking. Breakfast had overall good selection of foods. On-site restaurant looks nice, if a bit expensive. The lounge with free snacks, drinks and coffee is a nice touch for sure! The customer relations lady was awesome.

It is a hotel let down by its staff. Cleaning staff did anything but cleaning. Most workers do not speak any english, making it a challenge to communicate. We asked for the cleaners to empty the bin, the made up the bad and forgot the bin... Our glasses in the room were never washed. We ordered champagne and the bucket / bottle / glasses that came with it were never taken away, and we didn't really have the means to remove it. Receptionists seemed a bit annoyed when you asked anything of them after check-in. It took 20 mins to get 2 slices of gluten free bread at breakfast. All small things, but shows how a beautiful hotel can be let down by its staff.

The staff are beyond kind, generous, helpful and all around amazing. Abdul, Henry, Nancy, Marcus and all the staff in the bar and restaurants you are the best. Thank you for a memorable, most enjoyable stay ❤️
