The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We arrived before standard check-in time and they were able to have a room for us immediately. The room was neat, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The communication with the staff was great and they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and special. The location is great, right in the heart of Piccadilly. So, there are a lot of people in the area but you are within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants, pubs and other sights as well as very close to the Underground.

I can't think of any thing to improve our stay. As I said, the room was nice and the staff was great.

The hotel is in an excellent location, near Regent Street and tube stations. Very comfortable bed and nice room size. Staff very polite and courteous

Sometimes long wait for lifts, due to one being out of action Messages from hotel are answered and ignored, link for upgrading rooms was not available

Thomas was the best. Most staff were friendly and accommodating but Thomas went above and beyond-by far the best. The coffee and water was a nice touch. It was clean and the bed was comfy.

Property was pretty but for what you get, it was overpriced. One of the lifts was broken and so was my AC.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Nancy looked after us from the moment we arrived. Paul the doorman entertained my son whose birthday it was. And they went the extra mile for his celebration. Breakfast was top quality and a beautiful setting on the terrace. Location is perfect with London attractions on your doorstep.

You cannot beat the location, you can get anywhere you need to go so efficiently. The service upon arrival was amazing, we arrived way before check in and they granted us early check in and an upgraded room which was a great start to our trip will definitely be staying again next time I am in London!

Central position wonderful spacious swimming pool and friendly staff

Room 523 there was an odd strange old curry like smell in the bathroom and room. It helped to open the windows but it was still there. It was coming through the vents I think.

The location was fantastic

The room was so hot it was like an oven. It was our daughter’s 16 Birthday I had asked if there was anything they could add to the room. I was advised this would be done. Unfortunately there was nothing. After spending so much to stay I was a little disappointed.

The hotel is very nice and clean the staffs are very professional and friendly especially NANCY at the front desk servings with the smile on and always ask us if we are okay.We will come back soon.Thank you The Dilly!

location is fabulous, staff extremely friendly and helpful, room was dark at night, quiet (at the rear of the property) and big.

bathroom was very outdated, didn't match the lovely room at all, worse than a premier inn. Shower over bath, small basin, old tiles, low ceiling, felt very pokey and old.
