To All future guest of this amazing hotel: We are quite picky travelers and spending time selecting our stays. This establishment has exceeded each and every expectation of ours. 1) Location. It is ideal. Right across His Majesty Theater, close to everything such as Trafalgar Square , Wiltons restaurant, National Gallery, London's Eye.. In easy walking distance to Totem Museum a, British Museum .. 2) Reception: could not feel ourselves more welcomed. We were giving a tour around facility for our convenience. 3) Library: We were very impressed. Cozy, with a collection of 19th century books and even " Honest Bar". 4) Room: Large 380 sq Ft ( it is not typical for London). Very comfortable, quite, spotless clean. Bathroom is with TV built into wall. 5) Special mentioning: Air Condition. It is almost completely noiseless. Being in multiple 5* hotels this was still a surprise for me in comparison. Pool is also very refreshing after travel. It is 18 meters long. With a bar if needed. 6) Breakfast. Breakfast. Breakfast. I could choose this hotel for it alone. Suggestions: prepay it when booking. It worth every dollar. Seriously. 7) Staff: Great thanks to everyone working there. Yes, we would be back in a year. It is not a typical " wishing" statement. Well, we did not like staying there only for 3 nights. (:>} Could not invent anything else to complain about and may not understand people who do.

The location, the room and the service were all spectacular. The staff was really nice and accommodating, and the room and bed were the most comfortable in our multiple trips to London over the years.

The dinner in the restaurant had something to be desired. We both ordered fish and chips and it was not to our liking

The staff was very welcoming and took great care of us. The room was incredible, with the best bed we ever slept on. I fell in love with the bathroom products. We appreciated the welcoming notes and the small surprise we found in our room during our stay, as well as the water refill every evening. The swimming pool was incredible and we didn’t find it so cold. We loved ordering food and drinks directly from the pool. Also the in room serviced dinner was perfect.

The breakfast offered limited options for sweet tastes. The buffet was small (a few croissants, yogurt, cereals and fruit) and the “a la carte” menu offered plenty of eggs options (really good!) but limited sweet options (only pancakes).

Amazing hotel! It truly feels like stepping into the pages of an interior design magazine ,so beautiful it almost feels too good to be true The interiors are colorful, full of love, and filled with so many creative design elements that make it much cozier than a typical hotel more like an intimate boutique stay. I was upgraded to the Luxury Junior Suite, which made the experience even more special. As someone who always seeks out boutique hotels with unique interior design, I can say this is one of the very best I’ve ever stayed in. I hardly wanted to leave the hotel, and I even bought the designer’s book online because the inspiration was just that strong🤍

The restaurant downstairs doesn’t provide any chicken options I would have loved to see something like a grilled chicken The additional service charges would be better if shown as part of the final price on Booking.com, instead of added later. Overall, a truly unforgettable stay full of creativity, warmth, and inspiration

Positive energy. Wonderful staff. Interior design. Rooms. Breakfast. Location. We had enter the hotel with a warm welcoming. Thanks to Mr. Alex. All of the staff was very helpful. They were bonded like a family. I think they love their job. They sent my room a very nice little birthday cake, it was nice of them. Interior design of the hotel and the room was impressing. At the breakfast the ingredients were high quality and delicious. We were glad we had breakfast included. The hotel is very close to Regent Street for shopping. The Covent Garden to eat sth. Also, the theatres and museums. The gentleman at the door always smiled to us and wished us a nice day. The reception, concierge, laundry, breakfast and room service were also very helpful. Thanks to the manager, he solved our netflix problem quickly. Very nice people working at this place.

Nothing at all. A minor thing may be, the coffee taste didn't fit to us. It may be improved. Breakfast tea was very good.

The breakfast is not ok the buffet is very small and the prices for the breakfast ist complete creasy ! And the lunch and Diner prices are perfectly ! This policy is 😡😡😡😡 The owner has to change this

Beautiful property and wonderfully designed. Fantastic location. Definitely the best and most well located London hotel I’ve stayed in. Great sized room which was beautifully decorated and super clean. Great swimming pool too. Hotel was peaceful and no noise on a night. If you’re visiting His Majesty’s Theatre The Haymarket is so conveniently located literally a 30 second walk across the road. Picadilly Tube station is only 5 minutes away as is Charing Cross station. You are close to all the hustle and bustle but Suffolk Place itself is nice and quiet.

Centrally located so we could walk to many of our destinations. Cabs were easy to get because the staff went above and beyond. We arrived a day later than planned due to a flight cancellation and they accommodated that without pause. We were allowed to use a bathroom to shower and get ready for our reservation before the room was ready which was so appreciated. And the windows were soundproof. We were at Trafalgar Square, which is BUSY. Our room was completely quiet. Huge bonus. Would stay again!

We didn’t know prior to arrival that there would be huge scaffolding across the entire hotel that was being removed. The street is already narrow so it was a bit awkward to dodge the workers and listen to all the noise. But the freshly painted hotel was beautiful.

We had an incredible stay and highly recommend this place! The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. Our room was a good size, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the majestic theatre. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance and very central. We also recommend trying the massage; it was truly worth it and helped us unwind completely. We will definitely return for another visit. Thank you to all the staff members for making our stay so enjoyable!

Suffolk Place feels simultaneously private and yet is as central as you can hope for being a few minutes walk to Trafalgar Square, The Mall, Regents Street, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the team on reception, and by Ben (concierge?) for whom nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping was on hand to prepare our evening wear for New Year’s Eve and returned it ironed in rapid time. On New Year’s Day we were able to watch the parade from the comfort of the sofas in the lounge with tea and hot chocolate whilst the rain bucketed down outside. We felt very fortunate. The ambience of the Haymarket is special, relaxed luxury with no hint of pretension, it has a very warm feel and is now our number 1 place to stay in London. Bravo
