Location right next to Trafalgar Square, and within 5 mins walk of the beauty and tranquility of St James's Park. Staff at reception were so gentle and welcoming! I was astonished at the hotel's mini-bar policy - excellent snacks and IPA beer that was refreshed free of charge. The rooms were big, modern and clean. The whole experience was like staying at a Buddhist retreat in the centre of London. Frankly, I was stunned and will always stay at this hotel when I visit London in future.

That I couldn't find an excuse to stay longer

Best location in London! This is not my first time in this hotel and definitely won’t be the last. Stuff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cosy and bed is comfy. Downstairs in the lobby floor there’s a Pret coffee 24/7 and it’s very convenient to start your day with a coffee and a small breakfast on site.

Beautiful room, and the street view met our expectations. There was a thermostat to control room temp, which we loved. Cleaning service offered every day. There were snacks and drinks provided in the room and replenished every day, totally complimentary. The staff were all super friendly and helpful when we had questions. The location was awesome—we had no problems walking to the Tube for every touristy place we wanted to travel in London, and it was easy walking distance to the West End theatres, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, etc.

No dresser in the room, just a closet with 6 hangers. We were staying for 4 nights and it was a challenge to put away folded items where they wouldn’t be a nuisance, and definitely not enough hangers for me and my husband.

I stayed here for three nights. My sister's suitcase was damaged at the airport, and we encountered some difficulties while applying for compensation and arranging for a new suitcase to be mailed. We are really grateful to the staff at the front desk on Page 8 for their kind assistance. The hotel is located next to the National Gallery. You can walk to the subway station and major famous scenic spots in London. There are also restaurants, bars and stores with various cuisines nearby, and the location is really excellent. The sound insulation of the windows is very good. After closing them, you can hardly hear the noise of pedestrians outside. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff here once again, especially the two friendly ladies who can speak Mandarin. Their warm and genuine smiles made me feel at home.

The location is outstanding and everything you would to visit is within reach, very safe with security around the clock and finally a very professional and friendly staff that could assist you with your needs as they’ve let us keep our bags with them after checking out for several hours and they welcomed it actually which is a plus

The only down side to my overall rather enjoyable experience was the bed matters, tbh one of the most important parts of my day is laying down on a comfortable bed after a long flight or a walk in the city which was not the case in here. The matters was so stiff and not comfortable at all as I wake up quit sore in the shoulder, and thats why I gave it an 8 out of 10

Decent look. Elegant. Very good bed. Very good location. Right next to trafalgar and Soho. Very friendly and responsive staff.

The shower and the charging sicket in the room needed to be fixed upon our arrival. The shower got fixed. The charging socket remained dead. The room is quite small. The price (380£ a night - without breakfast) is not right for this type of amenities. Even in London.

This is a specific issue to our stay. But the shower needed a deep clean, we had the shower flood over on the second day due to a blocked drain, water ran out into the bathroom floor and the carpet in the room. Let the staff know and it was mostly dried up when we got back that evening. The shower drain was cleared at the same time but the smell of drain water was filling the room by the next day (day we checked out).

Perfect London stay! Like home away from home. The rooms are perfect with every amenity one could need. Nice touches were robes & slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kit, etc. in the bath. Also the mini-fridge was replenished with water every day as was the tea and coffee and biscuits - at no additional cost. Brilliant. Location right next to Trafalgar Square couldn't be better to reach the West End, Oxford Street and Covent Garden with its many restaurants. Really like the snack bar adjacent to reception with the seating there. Fresh baked pastries every morning, coffee, tea, cocoa and they sell wine and savoury as well as healthy sweet snacks. I can't say enough about this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone - can't wait to stay there again!

The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to great London spots and the tube. The staff are super friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. I appreciated how quick they are to respond and offer to direct you to where you want to go. The complimentary mini-bar items was a really classy touch, you don't see that often in hotels, and it really stood out. Internet access was great, which helped with business video conferences. The room size was as expected for London. I went down to order the breakfast and brought it back to my room (so I can work at the same time) - I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money and quantity (and it's made to order).

The windows were great for noise cancelling, as it can get a bit loud in that neighborhood. When you leave them open, it can be a bit noisy, but that's also the charm of London.

This is our second stay at the Page8 and it is a lovely London hotel. We have stayed in London many times and it is quite difficult to find a hotel to a good standard without paying a fortune. The Page8 is well appointed, has great facilities and excellent staff. The location is fantastic and great for the west end. Despite not offering breakfast the cafe downstairs is perfect for delicious get up an go pastries and cruffins, definitely a great spot to stay in Central.

We had a better room last time so were disappointed at the smaller one but this wasn't the hotels fault but a miscommunication on a booking.com offer. The view from the room was sadly fully covered up by scaffolding and sheets which was a shame but again not the hotels fault. Only real issue is despite the air con the room does get very warm and never really gets cool.
