Location right next to Trafalgar Square, and within 5 mins walk of the beauty and tranquility of St James's Park. Staff at reception were so gentle and welcoming! I was astonished at the hotel's mini-bar policy - excellent snacks and IPA beer that was refreshed free of charge. The rooms were big, modern and clean. The whole experience was like staying at a Buddhist retreat in the centre of London. Frankly, I was stunned and will always stay at this hotel when I visit London in future.

That I couldn't find an excuse to stay longer

We love the property because of its prime location. First, the area is vibrant and filled with wonderful restaurants and shops. A bit further from the main shopping areas like Selfridges and Harrods but they can be easily reached by bus (bus station within walking distance), tube or even on foot on a nice day. Second , the rooms are clean and modern. Drinks and snacks are complimentary. Third, it’s very close to Big Ben, London Eye and the majestic Westminister Abby.

If you like to have in-house breakfast, Page 8 doesn’t have a proper restaurant. However, there are tons of restaurants that serve breakfasts around the hotel. There is a Pret right next to the hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay in Page8! The hotel itself is quite simple but it's so comfortable, clean, has everything you need like hairdryer, space for your luggage, a great shower and a comfy bed. Also, they clean your room everyday! The location is amazing, so close to everything. The coffee downstairs is such a nice bonus! The staff was super friendly and we will definitely come back!

The fire alarm went off a couple of times while we were there. One time it was early in the morning and it made us jump out of the bed.

The location is absolutely perfect. The staff were tremendous - incredibly friendly, always with a warm smile and immediately available and most helpful. Excellent quality furniture and nicely designed lay-out of the room and of the hotel. Great street views. Superb food in the cafe - excellent variety. Great snacks and water in the room - we appreciate that these were gratis. Wonderful shower. Great blinds that blocked out the sun.

The mattress could have been firmer. Insufficiently bright light over the bathroom mirror (hard to see oneself clearly). A couple of times the cleaning person forgot to leave snacks in the room.

We stayed at Page8 Hotel during our visit to London and had a truly perfect experience. The room was cozy, clean, and inviting, and the location couldn’t be more central - just steps from major attractions and public transport. The staff were outstanding - always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. A special mention to Katie, whose kindness and warm heart made us feel at home. Oh, and they have the best coffee in the area! Highly recommended - we will definitely be back.

Absolutely nothing!

I stayed here for three nights. My sister's suitcase was damaged at the airport, and we encountered some difficulties while applying for compensation and arranging for a new suitcase to be mailed. We are really grateful to the staff at the front desk on Page 8 for their kind assistance. The hotel is located next to the National Gallery. You can walk to the subway station and major famous scenic spots in London. There are also restaurants, bars and stores with various cuisines nearby, and the location is really excellent. The sound insulation of the windows is very good. After closing them, you can hardly hear the noise of pedestrians outside. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff here once again, especially the two friendly ladies who can speak Mandarin. Their warm and genuine smiles made me feel at home.

Beautiful room, and the street view met our expectations. There was a thermostat to control room temp, which we loved. Cleaning service offered every day. There were snacks and drinks provided in the room and replenished every day, totally complimentary. The staff were all super friendly and helpful when we had questions. The location was awesome—we had no problems walking to the Tube for every touristy place we wanted to travel in London, and it was easy walking distance to the West End theatres, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, etc.

No dresser in the room, just a closet with 6 hangers. We were staying for 4 nights and it was a challenge to put away folded items where they wouldn’t be a nuisance, and definitely not enough hangers for me and my husband.

Excellent Location, friendly staff. Lack of communal space. Rooftop facilities closed most evenings for private functions so nowhere to sit or get a drink apart from small area on ground floor. Towels in Bathroom were small and not great quality. For the money it cost you would expect large luxurious towels. Only 2 teabags and 2 sachets of coffee provided and not replenished one day. Again tpfor the cost you would expect plentiful supply or something saying where to get more. No visible sign of any staff except reception. No door security which you woul expect given the location. All in all felt more like managed apartments than high star Hotel

Best location in London! This is not my first time in this hotel and definitely won’t be the last. Stuff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cosy and bed is comfy. Downstairs in the lobby floor there’s a Pret coffee 24/7 and it’s very convenient to start your day with a coffee and a small breakfast on site.

A new and clean suite in a perfect location. Daily housekeeping was very efficient. An excellent option for those who want to explore Central London on foot (Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, Soho, Chinatown, the National Gallery, etc.).

We asked for a late checkout at 1:00 PM, but the front desk staff member said it was not possible. We then requested 12:30 PM, and the staff member reluctantly agreed, adding, “If you do not check out by 12:30 PM, we will charge you a penalty fee.” It was a completely unnecessary and impolite threat.
