Outstanding Hotel Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I cannot express how much I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to everything I needed while still providing a peaceful retreat. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens and a luxurious blanket that made for a perfect night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the room, including a fully stocked kitchenette with everything one could need. The highlight, however, was the shower - an experience in itself. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower was spotlessly clean, making for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. As someone who is typically quite critical of hotels, I must say that this one truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We had the Junior Suite, which of course is spacious enough. The room was impeccably clean. Highest rate possible is for the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, competent. Cheers to Seema, the friendliest lady-concierge in the world.

It is of course expensive. You pay for the fact that you stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden and everything is a short walk away only. And you pay for the fact that your room is not the size of a shoebox. But well as a seasoned London traveller I know all that and am prepared to pay for the things I think important.

The staff were the highlight of our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and consistently received professional, personalised service throughout our visit. Every request we made was met with kindness and handled promptly. The exceptional service and positive attitude of the staff were so impressive that we rebooked our two-night stay on our way home—purely because of them. Their dedication and work ethic truly made our experience unforgettable.

Nothing! A modern boutique hotel, tastefully renovated, both cosy and charming.

We love the Resident Covent Garden for its wonderful location, making London very walkable with its rail and subway connectivity. The team is so warm, welcoming and helpful, settling us in very quickly and comfortably. They were the stars in making our week in London totally awesome. It feels like home coming back to The Resident Covent Garden at the end of each tiring day exploring London and its surroundings. I have to add that I love the walk-in showers at The Resident chain, good water pressure and well built showers with no water leakage.

The bed and pillows can be improved.

This place was great for us. Three tube stations within 5-10 minute walk. Very close to some great restaurants,bakeries, coffee shops. There were multiple theaters within walking distance. The staff were there all the time ready to help. They were great in helping us with everything we needed. The security of the building,needing a key card to get into lobby and to use elevator, made us feel very safe. Our room was on the Main Street and we never had any problem with noise. The room was adequate as far as size. AC worked great. Bathroom was a good size with a shower that was a good size. The towels were large size towels with a towel warmer in bathroom. Beds were very comfortable,loved having the coffee maker and coffee in the morning. We loved the hotel and staff and location. We will stsy here again

The hotel is in an amazing place in relation to everything, the staff were all beautiful, the room was fabulous and the beds were sooo comfortable

For the price it would be nice to have a breakfast and it’s missing a bar, although the happy hour with a choice of wine or Prosecco was good and we met some lovely people but when we go away as a family we like to sit in the hotel bar at night and chew the fat

Perfect location in the center of Covent garden. The rooms have a good size with big windows and clean, you also have a kitchinette, and tap water with a Brita filter. Beds are very confortable The staff is so friendly and made our stay as comfy as possible (we had 3 double rooms booked and we arrived early at the hotel and checkin was at 15.00, they were able to give us a room upon arrival so we could leave our luggage and have a quick shower before going to my daughters graduation) We definitely will go back at the Resident for our next stay in London !!

one little comment, they could add a bin in the bedroom, there´s only one in the bathroom. The key card automatically stops working after 11.00 in the morning for checkout

The hotel itself is stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the well-stocked amenities, showed a clear commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. But what truly made this experience exceptional was the staff. Every single person we encountered was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Whether it was the front desk helping with our special requests, the housekeeping team keeping everything spotless.

Location great -Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. The staff accommodated our needs. They followed up by calling and about an item left behind.

They hotel has no amenities and the area in the main part of the hotel is extremely limited on testing and any privacy. Rooms are small and tight but Clean. Likley a good location for budget oriented travel or business trip. I thought we were staying at the Covenant Garden Hotel. The picture of the hotel on Booking.com is not of the actual hotel. This should be removed and updated with the correct hotel entrance. It is strictly a a small glass doo entrance.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to Covent Garden and the Strand, just a few minutes walk to Charing Cross or Embankment and the Thames or to China Town and Shaftesbury Avenue. We were allocated a very quiet room, and were pleased there was a table large enough for 2 people with laptops and 2 chairs. Many hotels seems to have little / no room for 2 laptops and only one chair in a double room. There is a cleverly concealed 'kitchenette' with a sink, filtered water on tap, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Cutlery, crockery and ample tea and coffee is provided. The bathroom is spacious. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage, always welcoming you and acknowledging your presence. Although we could only take advantage once, we liked the 'happy hour' offer of a drink.

The design of the chairs in the room with large open backs means they are not very comfortable. It would be helpful to have a list of TV channels available (instead of having to scroll through them all) and instructions on how to use the heating controls in the bedroom and bathroom.
