Location was excellent, perfectly located for Leicester square and all the other sights within walking distance. Trafalgar square, Big Ben, London Eye all within easy walking distance. View from the room was brilliant. Clean and modern. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was small but absolutely fine for the amount of time we spent there. Rooftop bar had great views. Would book again

Don't think they should charge £15 for holding your luggage, this should be free. Sofa bed was small but ok for a night or 2 but not very comfortable.

Great room - very stylish and clean. Soundproofed room made all the difference to a great night’s sleep. Amazing view from the rooftop bar. Lovely breakfast and great staff. Fantastic location in Leicester Square.

Lighting switches were illogical - lots of them and no obvious way to put on side lights without the main light. No hot honey and chorizo pizza available (sounds amazing - hopefully back on the menu when I visit next)

super friendly helpful staff, great location. room was modern, clean and quiet.

great hotel with lovely staff but without a doubt the single most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on in my entire life. my husband and I laughed out loud when we got into it because you could feel every spring - it was like someone had wrapped up a bunch of random loose springs in a bedsheet and called it a day. I woke up at 4am and had disappeared into some kind of mattress sink hole where a literal cave had opened up between the springs and I’d fallen through.

Fantastic location, right next to the underground, theatres and major landmarks. Considering the location, noise was minimal! Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect place to use as a sleep base whilst visiting London, either for business or as a tourist. It's a minimal hotel, with the basics you need for a bedroom. Check in is mainly self service, but the staff are very friendly and happy to assist at all times. Reception is manned 24hours. The rooms are spotlessly clean with basic toiletries provided, as well as clean towels, a comfy bed and a small wardrobe space. The rooms are not very spacious, so it may be a little tight for two people staying with associated luggage, but still manageable. If you're looking for a hotel to chill out in and relax during the day, this isn't it - this is a place to sleep and do changeovers between day sightseeing and night activities. It doesn't purport to be anymore than that. Prices are typical for the location in town, which is excellent - close to Leicester Square, Chinatown, Covent Garden, the theatre district and multiple underground stations. Although there isn't an iron in the room, ask at reception and they'll bring one, and an ironing board up to your room within ten minutes.

Lower floor rooms will hear noise from the street outside or the rumblings of the underground, but neither of these bothered me personally. If you're a light sleeper, consider requesting a higher floored room or bringing ear plugs. No breakfast options, but given where you are in town, this shouldn't be an issue, there are so many places close by to choose from.

The room was very good, pretty, comfortable, and was upgraded for us to a window one.Fantastic location.Added bonus was a hairdryer, many towels and aircon. We were on 8th floor with good view over London and 2 efficient lifts. Lovely roof restaurant which we sadly didnt have time to try out.It was reasonably priced for that area.Staff very pleasant and always acknowledged us coming or going.Have recommended the hotel to many friends already.

Needs a chair. No teamaking facilities but for the money thats not a problem it just needs mentioning when booking. Aircon/heating was excellent but no explanation re the use of aircon so there was a flashing green light on it periodically throughout the night which we had to keep turning off.Room 801. In your photos the dark reception area, as pretty as it was, and the unexplained pink rabbits everywhere nearly put me off with visual connections to a Soho Playboy club.Yoi may want to rethink them, or maybe its just oldies that it suggests that to.

Location was just perfect, which was a crucial aspect for us. As for a center of the city- pretty decent pricing, and transport from an airport included! Facility was nice and tidy, lovely bar/ breakfast lounge on the top floor with outstanding view. Staff very nice and helpful, and drinks served on a top floor very tasty:)

Rooms were really small for us, although our stay was probably much longer than average guest of this hotel, so lack of space was not an issue for most of them. Unfortunately there was no table even for a small fridge which was on site. Lack of electric kettle was most problematic. One evening we could not get into our room for almost an hour because of electronic lock which just broke, and maintenance guys were not able to fix the problem. Breakfast was good but honestly, slight variations or slightly bigger choice would do magic:)

The view was amazing. And location was ideal.

It was very basic just a bed and bathroom. No kettle, coffee or tea making facilities no TV. Breakfast not included.

Fantastic Stay at Hotel Assembly I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Assembly, located right at Leicester Square. The location is perfect, with many West End theaters within walking distance, making it an excellent choice for theater lovers. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. One of the highlights was breakfast in the rooftop bar, which offered a stunning view of the city—a perfect way to start the day! Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

Great location at a great price for central London, Room was small, but if you are out and about all day, you don't need much more space than there is. Room was quiet and dark, so sleep was great. Room was clean, bathroom small but workable, and the shower was great!

A small desk (even a drop down one) would have been a nice addition, flat surfaces are always useful for sorting out stuff and charging various electronics. I am not a fan of purple lights, so I was a bit taken aback by the glowing purple light when I arrived, but it switched off once I activated the electronics, so all was good in the end
