the location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed and in a great area. Even when I accidentally left my necklace behind, the host was quick to help and arranged for its safe return. Fantastic experience overall!

Nothing bad to say what so ever! The apartment was stunning, super clean and in the perfect location for my stay! The entrance was so easy to find and the door codes were easy to use. I had a lovely 3 night stay and will 100% return to this apartment.

I love everything about the apartment. I would find it very hard to find something that was not to like.

The property was clean, practical and well designed.

The pressure of the water shower was bit low. Have extra toilet papers as my stay was longer than a week.

Kitchen has all utensils except from... Cutting board😅 that's not the end of the world but it got me puzzled when looking for it.

Terrific location close to Soho, West End theatres, Leicester Square etc. The room was fairly quiet despite proximity to the hubub.

I couldn't figure out how to control the heating.

It was very clean and modern. Comfortable.

On the first night I could hear the boiler all night has it was very close to the bedroom. Hard to find at first

Difficult to locate

The position was great and all the comforts were provided. Recommended to stay in London for 4-5 days or a week!
