Staff were friendly and attentive. I signed up for the membership and am looking forward to future benefits. The location was brilliant, can't fault it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The size of the room was tricky to navigate. There was no where to store my hand luggage size suitcase. I travelled alone so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience but it would be a real struggle if there were two people staying in a room of that size. The price, although competitive, was a lot for the size of the room for one night. It isn't a room I could relax and decompress in. I was attending an event so I didn't spend too much time there but in another scenario, I'd have found that difficult.

Even though the room was small, it had everything needed for our over night stay. The bonus of the location of the hotel was also fantastic.

Not having any Aircon when temperatures were almost 30 was indeed not the best, in fact it was horrendous...🤣..but after some cold showers and a fan kindly put in the room, it was thankfully for one night only....of course it wasn't the staffs fault and these things happen, staff were very apologetic and kindly gave us a complementary breakfast, which was served by a lovely young man. All staff in the establishment were very kind and helpful, we will indeed use again, directly. Thank you 😁

The location was amazing being close to the theatres, Soho and China Town, but the sound insulation of the room was excellent so the noise outside was not a problem. The staff were helpful and human.

No hanging facilities in our room and, apparently, very minimal facilities in other rooms. We were in London for a wedding and had clothes that could not be creased and need to be hung as soon as possible. We ended up borrowing some hangers from the hotel and hanging suits, jackets and dresses over the shower door which was not ideal and quite inconvenient. Having said that, if I had been in town for reasons that didn't involve smart clothes, this hotel would have been ideal.

Room was small but this was expected for central London. Location was excellent which was the reason for booking this hotel. We didn't get breakfast as we wanted to eat out, but later found out it would have been wiser to get breakfast in the hotel as most places were either closed or had a long wait time.

Some small, inexpensive items would have made the room a lot more comfortable. For example, there was nowhere to put a towel, no drawers, no walk path for the person sleeping on the left (my daughter couldn't go to the loo at night just to not disturb me). A few practical items would have made a huge difference.

Location, staff, quality of bed and good use of space.

All good. Perhaps a breakfast tray for reading in bed with a cuppa might be an easy touch

Front desk staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful and the location is perfect for sightseeing and going to shows. My only complaint is the tiny size of the room itself……there are no shelves, no place to put anything so it’s necessary to keep everything in the suitcase and getting anything is a pain. The bathroom shower is not angled to drain properly, so water goes everywhere. If you can put up with the truly awful room design, the location and price do make the Soho Z a good deal.

The breakfast buffet is definitely not worth it, particularly in an area with so many much better options.

Location was perfect for me as I had booked to see a couple shows and the hotel location is in the middle of the theatre district, which I thought was great and ideal. My room was small and cosy which is fine for me as I was solo travelling but if it was booked for a couple then would be difficult to move around (maybe the room is for solo bookings, in which case its perfect) The bed was super comfy and bed linens lovely. I didn't use the hotel for food but I loved that there was a cafe on location to get food and drinks if needed. All in all it was a great stay and I will be staying in Z hotels whenever I can.

My only tiny issue I came across during my stay ( and it is minor) was in the shower cubicle, having to squeeze around the door to get in and out of the shower. Had I been any bigger I think I wouldn't have been able to get round it, then unable to use the shower.

We absolutely loved the room, it looked straight at the Cursed Child theatre, and so we loved people watching! The breakfast was lovely and great value as my child ate free. The staff were very polite and helpful when needed. The location was excellent! There were plenty of plug sockets and nice tea and coffee, with actual coffee bags! I appreciate the little things!!! People have complained about the noise but with the window shut it was quiet imo! The AC worked really well too!

The only thing that we couldn’t work was the TV, it was stuck on one channel, but we weren’t there to watch tv anyway!!!

The staff are really very helpful. Ahsan, Pavan, Maggie, Anand, and a few others whose names I unfortunately forgot — all of them at the reception and in the café — are extremely supportive and attentive. The manager, Amir, is also a genuinely good person. The best things about this hotel are its location and the staff. The breakfast is just fine. Coffee is free for members at any time, which is a nice touch.

The only things I didn’t like were the room size and the shower.
