The location of the property is great, close to everything. The room was very clean and cosy. Staff is nice and we were able to check in a bit earlier.

It can get loud at night during weekends due to the pub downstairs. It would be nice to have some more storage space for clothes and specially toiletries- there was certainly space in our room for that. Also, charging £10 per bag for storage is not something we have ever had to do.

Staff were lovely, room was compact but had everything you needed. Impressed with the size of shower they had fitted in - walk in rather than tiny cubicle. As a solo traveller having a double bed is great. Location was fantastic for theatreland and was chosen as I have issues walking. Hotel has a lift to all floors which also helps with mobility worries.

Terrible pillows. I was in a lower floor room. A lot of noise around 11.30 - 12.30 at night and again at 6/6.30 in a morning for around an hour including dragging furniture etc I assume that there was some sort of kitchen/staff room etc above me and it was staff clearing up after shutting the bar and opening up in a morning but not helpful.

Good location : near the subway (3 lines) to go to a lot of places, also easily to go to the airport by subway (central/ elizabeth line). Near also bars and restaurants so you can eat pretty easily. If you travel with a big luggage, the room (with no windows, so located at level -1) is a little small for it but it's written on the announce. The room was clean (including the bathroom), the bed was comfortable. If you are clostrophobic, the windowless room is not recommended for you.

Missing a water-heating kettle on the room (for coffee or tea). But you can ask hot water at the bar of the hotel and they can give it to you. Be informed that you need to pay 10£ to keep your luggage if you need them to keep it after check-out.

The room was very small but we knew this when we booked. it was very clean and the bathroom was good. There were coffee making facilities but nowhere to store your clothes. The small cocktail bar downstairs was really nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, The location was excellent - very central to everything and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

we knew that the room was small but it was a little difficult to get in & out of the bed as it was pushed up against the wall so one person had to climb over the other to get in and out. Having said that it was a very comfortable bed. We stayed for 3 nights but I would pick a bigger room if staying for longer.

Location is perfect. Room is handsome with wood floors and detailing.. great big bed. Good towels. The rooms in the 'annex' part of the hotel seem to either face the street or face an air shaft with a vent. I don't think a window on an air shaft (even a small balcony on an air shaft) should really qualify as a "room with window". After 2 days, I was switched to the front which was infinitely nicer. There is sound from the clubs - but the double-windows almost entirely blocks it out (I wasn't bothered.. but a very sensitive person might be..) The staff is very sweet and charming - thank you to them for arranging the change of room.

It was nearly impossible to close the door (I had to use my full body weight to swing it shut).. and the light switches were very temperamental. The faucet was also coming loose from the sink.. and there wasn't a coat hook or hanger. So it all felt a bit disfunctional. I also can't imagine why there was a portrait of Chairman Mao on the wall (responsible for so many millions of deaths) - but it was easy to detach it and turn it around.. Apparently there is a fee to leave bags - which struck me as really pretty tacky.

Location was great.

When I arrived only the first night had been debited on the card and it was paid by a company credit card and I didn't have the card on me. It was a hassle to get a copy of the card and fill in the authorisation form. I suggest in the future if this is required it is emailed to the person who has booked the accommodation so it can be filled out in advance or there is a tick box at the time of booking to authorise full payment after a particular date. I was told I couldn't have access to the room until full payment had been made even thought payment had been made for one night and I had a meeting I need to attend and did not want to leave my bags in the hold room. Service on the front desk could have been better albeit, it was polite.

I loved the location and hotel. My room worked for my needs but was very small. However, I was only in London for the night and just needed somewhere to sleep. The facilities in the room were very good and the bed was cosy and comfortable.

I planned to do a bit of shopping on my last day but was informed on arrival that they couldn’t store my luggage, which was disappointing and unusual. I appreciate it’s a small hotel but I think reception should have provided alternative options eg. Suggest other places nearby where luggage could be stored.

Location is great, in the middle of the Soho neighbourhood where all the bars, restaurants and shops are located. Staff were polite and professional, cleanliness of the room and toilet was spotless. Nespresso coffee machine with pods is also a nice touch. Hotel itself is very lovely and charm.

The room is so tiny, you have less than one square meter of space where you can walk. Basically, you enter the bed straight from the door. Also sound isolation is very poor, the level of noise coming into the room is tremendous. I understand that room is facing to the street, but with the window fully closed it felt like it was left wide open.

My husband and I had a nights stay at Mimi's as it was his 50th birthday. We had tickets to see Micheal jackson in the theatre just round the corner. So for us, it was convenient and just within our budget. It was compact but enough space for the two of us as the bed was huge, lol. It was very clean with a decent size bathroom. It was quirky, we thought, lol. We would definitely stay there in the future. We were very pleased with our choice, the staff were nice and helpful too.

Was a little cold, and a bit of noise from the fan that might have been to do with the air-conditioning. Oh, and they had no tea in the room other than green tea or coffee. My husband is an English tea drinker, so green tea just didn't cut it for him, and I'm a coffee drinker, so they should cater for all when offering drinks in the room.

Clean cosy compact room was like staying in a historical building with wooden panelling bed and room was comfy too comfy 😊 did plan to go out late evening after I had showered and changed after a west end shows but chilled in the room eating, drinking and watching TV. Loved it the hotel was beautiful and the staff great very friendly and helpful. The shower and toiletries were lush and the area was good for theatre and shopping lots of food outlets. Paid more than I usually do for an overnight stay but right in the heartbeat of London everything I needed within walking distance my experience was worth every penny highly recommended
