The hotel is even better than the pictures. The style and comfort exceeded my expectations as did the standard of food and service. I feel I need to mention the staff as they are outstanding, with nothing being too much trouble for them, you feel they genuinely care about your experience in the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable and very quiet despite the amazing location in Soho.

There was just one thing which I felt could have been clearer which was the taxes and service charges. When we booked with booking.com it mentioned breakfast included but actually it is a £40 credit of which £12.95 is taken from that for service so £27 or so in real terms. The coffee and juices are also extras. Also there is another tax added 5% i think it was for housekeeping etc on the total bill. I think this is an oversight with booking.com saying taxes included.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we got upgraded to a Junior Suite which was a lovely surprise. Also a bottle of champagne and cake was placed in our room on arrival. Amazing! Alvyda in the restaurant and Ellie on reception were outstanding as were the rest of the team.

One little blip was we had lunch in the restaurant on the day we arrived and my food was cold and my husbands was nice and hot, they got the timings wrong in the kitchen. Having said this Alvyda at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and made our stay very special

The service is exceptional, as is the location and the beautiful rooms. The restaurant is always full of interesting people and the food is great. My kids were treated so well, as was my well behaved dog. I'm booking again very soon.

Location of the hotel was perfect, it was in Soho right next to all the bars minutes from almost everything. The room was amazing it was large comfortable clean the staff was super friendly and nice very helpful polite,excellent service. Though it’s in Soho which is by the nightlife it is super quiet

The only thing I didn’t like was trying to get into the Parking - it was super and I mean super super tight and narrow if you’ve got a sports car which is lowered like mine, you will find it very hard and struggle to get it in

The hotel is fantastic from all points of view - the location is perfect, the premises are well organized, excellent and renovated, and the interiors are attractive, original, comfortable and friendly. The personal is great! The room layout and the quality of materials are very nice. The room is quiet, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The reception, restaurant, and service teams are really incredible! I think I have found a new location for all my future trips to London. I definitely highly recommend the hotel.

Perfect location for walking everywhere from theaters, restaurants, shopping and more in London. The staff is very helpful in all aspects. The hotel has good coffee and great latte’s.

Being this close to the crowded part of Soho the streets are sometimes littered with rubbish and people sleep in the streets along the sidewalk to the hotel.

They upgraded our room and it was just fantastic. The bathroom was so large and the room was so well appointed. The hotel is finally decorated throughout. It’s quiet and set aside from the main streets in Soho so it felt really great at night to come back to this quiet hotel. The restaurant is excellent. They serve 24 hour room service.

Everything ! Perfectly located in vibrant Soho and close to all the major areas in central London. Clean, spacious and although in the middle of Soho, yet the rooms are quite and well insulated. Housekeeping is amazing and very friendly, and the reception is extremely helpful! Always checking on us if we need anything and providing us with cutlery when we order food. They also brought us Water Hose when requested.. they just go above and beyond to make us happy all the time.

Nothing! We loved this hotel and it has surely became our go to when visiting London. My room didn’t have a view, but considering the location I understand it.

Great staff , beautifully presented decor , lovely room . Breakfast actually cooked for you ….no disappointing breakfast buffet that most other hotels seem to do nowadays with those awful toast machines ( that never toast properly ) and dishes of watery scrambled eggs & bacon etc .

Apart from piped music in the bar ( I hate piped music anywhere ) , nothing to dislike

Everything. We stayed for our 42nd wedding anniversary so booked a really good room. We were given a free upgrade to a penthouse suite which was simply stunning. Additional chocolates on both nights too. Every single member of staff was attentive, interested and engaging. The customer service was outstanding. We’ll definitely return on a future trip. Thanks folks, you were amazing.
