Location! Absolutely best location & amazing price. Super friendly & helpful staff. Everything was easy & smooth from pre- check-in communication to luggage collection after check-out. Queen room, clever compact design. Was better than we expected based on previous reviews. Perfect for us & our stay. Brilliant shower & aircon worked perfectly.

First impressions were not brilliant as even for London was a bit pricey with very small room, however it was big enough, comfortable bed and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they had a free cheese and wine night for guests which was really very good and very generous. That was a definite plus 😊

This hotel is in an excellent location, about 8 minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube, in Soho. It's great value considering the location. We got a queen size room which was small but had everything we needed. I was worried that I'd be too hot but the AC was very efficient. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I asked.for extra pillows and housekeeping had none left, but the receptionist located some from another hotel. I was very impressed by this and slept well once I had the extra pillows. I would stay again and would recommend.
Pillows very soft which meant I didn't sleep well the first night, but was fine once I was provided with additional pillows. They should get new, hotel standard pillows. The room is very small, which was ok for my husband and I but as the bathroom is a glass cubicle in the room I would not advise staying there with someone you are not intimately acquainted with!

My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay at this exceptional hotel in Soho. The location couldn't be better - just steps away from London's most iconic attractions including Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the London Eye, and the British Museum. What truly made our stay special was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. The cleaning staff, especially on our floor, went above and beyond with their attention to detail - thank you for making our room feel fresh and comfortable all the time. The entire hotel staff was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London who wants a perfect combination of central location, cleanliness, and excellent service. A well-deserved 5 from us.

The staff were really helpful and nice when checking in/out, helped with storing our suitcases after check out, and there's even umbrellas which were offered to us to take while walking around London during a rainy day. The shower was quite nice, great pressure. The room felt quite modern which was a surprise for a 3 star
The first thing we noticed when arriving to the room was the smell. The room is extremely small and the bathroom takes up 1/3 of it and is right next to the bed so I could only pressure the smell was coming from the shower drain which made the whole room smell. It wasn't super strong and got used to it pretty quick as I'm not one to complain about something that can't be fixed during our stay (2 nights). Also want to mention the bed was extremely hard and couldn't sleep the 1st night, got used to it a bit afterwards.

The room was small but I was expecting that. But they catered for everything. The lights and blinds were operated by a panel right at your bedside with option like reading lighting, night time lighting and the bathroom light. The kettle area was fully stocked with everything you could need and was an arms length away from my bed. The bathroom was bright, clean and hot water was a plenty. The shower head was insane! The shower was a real surprise. I was in the 3rd floor room 310 and the it noise I could hear were other peoples doors closing and the occasional laughing etc.. travelling alone I didn’t mind this but I did bring some ear plugs incase. Situated in the heart of soho I had some great meals out on an evening and was always politely greeted by the staff when coming and going. It is tucked away down a very busy street, but I would definitely stay here again. Very pleasantly surprised. Thanks!
The tv didn’t work at all. The channels were glitchy as hell.

location was excellent. we were attending the London palladium and it was such a short walk.plus, after the show had finished, we were in an area where we had plenty of choices for a drink or for food. The staff we met on arrival were all friendly. Room was clean. loved the bottle of water along with the usual teas/ coffees. Also, on checkout, we were really close to public transport to wander into other areas of London before returning to Gatwick airport.
The room is very small..it suited us as we were only staying for one night and didn't have much luggage with us. I think for a couple of days it would be fine, but a longer stay might be a bit difficult with lack of storage space. The shower/ toilet is right next to the bed and has see through frosted glass sliding doors. again, I was with my long term other half and we found it hilarious at first.. perhaps if you were sharing with a newer partner you might find that a bit off putting.

Modern room, comfortable bed, nice sheets, great shower pressure, convenient power panel for lights/shade. Great staff in lobby and cafe. Bottled water for room always available. Wine & cheese night in cafe was wonderful and tasty. Apples and fresh fruit water nice in lobby. Best location. Very quiet room. Easy check-in & check-out. I would stay again and bring my own face towels.
No art in room, no face towels (big problem for me), only hand and body towels. Only one bar of soap to start. Not enough hangers. Need more hooks. Minimal shelving in room. Overall room storage was poor. Definitely need more shelving in shower. No bed reading light, only harsh overhead lighting. No ventilation in bathroom, causing lingering mildew smell. Need better furniture in lobby. Need benches on each floor at elevator. Loud worker conversations in hall outside of room daily, but never heard other guests. No way to ring from desk from room. Bloody Halloween decorations disturbing to children. No room safe and no security at entrance, nor elevator.

Location was excellent, and very reasonably priced for central London. The rooms have all the amenities you need. The bathroom pod feels more spacious than you expect! Bed was comfy. Perfect for a solo traveller just needing a place to sleep
Having seen the lowest priced option for "Double room without window", we had paid more to the next option up, "Double Room". We therefore expected both rooms to have windows, as it was not specified that they didn't, as it was with the lower category. However, my colleague's room did not have a window, which was disappointing. The rooms are very small, and would have been a struggle for a couple with any luggage.

The hotel is located off of a relatively quiet side street in SOHO, a really fun London neighborhood. The room was nice and quiet and the staff was super friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants, and clubs.
My wife and I have travelled quite a bit and are accustomed to small rooms. This Queen room, however, was so small that there was no room to unpack any luggage. This was because the room was nearly entirely devoted to the bed. During our 7 day stay we lived out of our suitcases, putting them on the bed every morning to pick out clothing and then closing them back up to stand on the limited floorspace. It was like living out of a small camper. Also, the local Tube station was quite a few blocks from the hotel. After a day or two we found using Uber much more convenient to get around to other areas of London.
