Location was central which is amazing for the price! Room was enormous with tea and coffee facilities, tv and private bathroom & shower! I have stayed in budget rooms before and the bathroom is almost always shared so this was brilliant. Yes it’s outdated and not the most amazing furniture and a little old looking but seriously who cares for the price, location and privacy it was just what we were needing. Travel to London all the time to stay over for auditions with my son will be choosing this place every time!

Free Wifi good connection, not noisy did not hear any noise from outside, Easy to access the sights places, cafes places , restaurants and public transport... 💌

There were no mats in the bathroom, so had to use towels and it was quite cold at night heating did not work, If with a child who love to walk without socks cold may be❤️

Very close to the amenities and shopping areas and the tube station Reception staff very helpful and very grateful for what they did for us …..absolutely marvellous experience during our holiday because of very comfy beddings and amazing pillows , Very clean and hygienic family room!!!

Just a little thing that we were family of four and had two big and two small towels but we managed it ,

(1) Very polite staff, the lady allowed an early check-in which is always appreciated. (2) Outstanding location. It does not get better than this in Central London. You are within 5mins walk to covent garden, leceister square and tottenham court road stations. One of the best fish & chips shops in London is next door! (3) Spacious room with 2 single beds & a double bed. I was alone, so the single beds were used to layout my suitcase & shopping :) (4) A fridge was there which was very useful.

(1) The stairs are really narrow. I would not expect a lift in this area as properties tend to be very old. But the staircase was very narrow and I had to walk sideways when carrying suitcases up and down. (2) The bathroom is really small. I'm almost 6 feet and had to move around very slowly as it's a really cramped space. There is a wc, sink & shower area. All functional, but just within a very small space. Small bathrooms in central london are to be expected but this is the smallest I've ever seen. But this will not prevent me from staying here again. (3) The kettle was old and smelly so I could not use it at all.

Exceptional value for money. Clean, and, on the night we were there, quiet. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Great for theatres. Recommend Franx for great breakfast.

Quite a trek to the top floor! Could do with a sign on front door. Thin curtains. To be honest though, a real bargain.

Location is unbeatable. We were allowed to enter the rooms earlier. Staff very helpful.

Beds definitely on the small side. Fan in Room always on, when the main light is on. Bathroom on the small side with motion detector controlled light (timer)

The location was great, the room was small and basic but that was expected when I booked.

The bed was smaller than a standard double and a little creaky and uncomfortable. Otherwise we can't complain as the room provided us with a well priced base in a great central location.

the room was perfect for sleeping and as a base not fancy . clean had a fridge comfy bed perfect for me and my youngest daughter

the only problem I had was I was told o could leave my wheelchair down stairs . but this wasn’t possible so it made it difficult getting it up and down stairs for my poor daughter .

Perfect place just in covent garden you can check the keys when you want for arrivals and deoartures it s not a luxious place but it is clean

The bathroom is so small 🤗

There was no breakfast and the location was excellent. Although quite cramped for space beds were very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.
