Elevator was not working. Difficult to get luggage up stairs. Could use luggage racks I. Bedrooms , water glasses in bathroom kitchen towels, better explanations for tv use too complicated to bother with

LOCATION is terrific! The interior design is great. Wonderful WiFi and TV. Fun lighting. Very good a/c. Tons of restaurants in the area, Tube stations quite close and lots of taxis.

The bed is a back breaker. Terrible! The bathroom is very, very small but usable. The shower is a challenge. Lovely appliances in the kitchen but not instructions how to use any of them. Thank goodness there is a lift/elevator, but it is tiny. A challenge with luggage.

Location was fantastic. Apartment was clean. Info to access the property was clear.

Apartment on second floor. The lift broken. The bed is a small double, not suitable for us being tall, we had restless sleep.

Fantastic location. There is a lift which was great for my husband, due to his disability he struggles with stairs and walks with a stick. We also have a one year old who came with us and upon request we were given a travel cot and high chair. We felt safe letting him in the lounge area. Good toilet/shower facilities. Lovely toiletries. Comfortable and very relaxing. Great space. Stylish decor. Safe for the little one.

Due to the nature of the building the lift is very small and could not accommodate our buggy so I carried it up the stairs. Which is understandable due to the location and age of the building, but good to know ahead of time. Could do with a little more cutlery and cups etc but otherwise grand. Trouble opening the door in between the lounge and the hall when we closed it for the little one. Could do with a handle.

The location is great. The apartment was clean. The living area was very spacious and included a dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer in the kitchen. The management agency did their utmost to attend to our needs. The living room and bedroom has skylights with adjustable electric blinds allowing plenty of light. There is plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe.

The bed. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked just sitting on it. Maintenance staff tried to adjust it after we complained but it was still noisy to even turn over in bed. It is clearly a very cheap bed and mattress and not in keeping with standards in other parts of the apartment This is a bit picky, but felt it was worth a mention. The shower was an adequate size but there was no soap /shampoo holder. The bathroom was very small with no space to put toiletries except on the floor. One last detail. Although there is a dishwasher, there was no tea towel or washing up liquid which was all we required.

Location was amazing. Property was lovely.

I had paid for the entire accommodation a week prior to arrival. Stayo advised that my booking would be cancelled because I had not provided a credit card holding payment on the day of arrival - though I explained I had only just arrived in London after travelling for 25 hours from Australia and had not been contactable. Also I was requested to download an app to open the apartment and had to find wifi before I could enter the premises. Once these issues were sorted the stay was fantastic!

The location was fantastic and the apartment was spacious, quiet, light and clean. The hosts responded to us quickly and all our access codes worked, allowing us to check in smoothly. Everything we needed for a comfortable couple of days stay in Convent Garden plus a Tesco Extra 2 min walk away. After a day walking pounding the pavements, squeezing into the tiny lift was both a relief and a terror in equal measures!

The heating didn't seem to be working while we were there - apparently an engineer came round but it didn't warm up above 18' until the morning we were checking out. There's nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries/toothbrushes in the bathroom - silly thing, but was a nuisance! Also, couldn't find any instructions regarding equipment in the apartment: hob, ovens, dishwasher, heating, velux blinds, etc. - worked it out for ourselves, but instructions would have saved us time.

We booked a studio apartment but upon arrival checked into a 2 bedroom apartment which was unexpected but lovely! High ceilings, a lot of light, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen which looked like no one had ever cooked in it. The location was FANTASTIC, in the heart of Covent Garden, very close to Covent Garden and Leicester Square tube stations.

The digital key was a bit “temperamental” at times. The downstairs bedroom mattress was too firm and noisy to get on and off of. We switched to the upstairs mattress which was much more comfortable, but no bedside table on one side due to bed up against the wall to accommodate slanted walls. The location was a bit difficult to find, use the address supplied in check-in email and for directions. Finally, the boiler was out so first two mornings were cold showers—the staff communicated with us regarding the boiler repair timeline though, which was nice.

Perfect location, many eateries around, Tesco express 2 min, apartment was cosy and decent.

So many long emails before check in, complicated check in proces without telephone support. I would also expect a kettle to make my tea. Small cups no kettle.

Apartment is in an excellent location. New, roomy and nicely styled.

The apartment could have an espresso machine, a Bluetooth speaker, and a table to work on. The luggage storage solution is not very good. If you need to store your luggage before checking or after checkout, you are referred to a third party company which directs you to a convenience store 500 meters away. You put your luggage in a food storage basement and pay by the hour (I was also over charged for 2 pieces instead of 1)
