Great location in central London, welcoming friendly staff, exceptionally clean & very comfortable rooms. Fortunate enough to be offered an upgrade from Classic Chic to Urban Deluxe room & enjoyed a glass of Prosecco on arrival.

Stayed in central room, could hear the noise from what must be an outside Generator all night. We thought it was the usual hum from in room air con but when we turned this off we could still hear it all night. Needed the ear plugs that was part of complimentary pack. Breakfast for 2 which we chose an English Breakfast, tea for one and one espresso cost just over £60 incl service charge. Whilst the service and food were impeccable we felt paying just over £30 each for one breakfast plate and hot drink each was expensive. We should have had the full breakfast offer which included cereal,fruit, pastries for £33.50 each, although could not fault the a la carte breakfast.

The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and professional on check in. Although I was a little early my was available, but I was also offered a free upgrade. The room was a good size, very comfortable with a lovely bed. Storage was great as was the bathroom, with robes and slippers.. The coffee machine was a nice extra with pods, but also coffee bags too. The crockery, and glasses were a nice touch, as was a small bottle of fresh milk in the mini bar. The reception staff rang within 15 minutes to check everything was satisfactory with the room. Excellent service. As we had made pre arrangements we didn't sample the bar or restaurant, but they looked worth a visit. We only stayed 1night, but would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I love staying at this hotel. The reception team is welcoming and efficient during check-in. The room is very modern and comfortable. I especially love that they provide Christophe Robin shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The capsule coffee and amenities in the room are excellent. You also receive two room key cards. Glass bottles of water are provided, though they can be difficult to open. Luggage deposit services are available, which is convenient if you’re leaving London and plan to return to stay at this hotel again. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of choices.

Great location. The rooms were very clean and superb facilities overall. Complementary water and coffee/tea. We got upgraded upon our arrival!!

Although we got upgraded, the rooms were still small. Also, they do not provide liquid hand soap despite me telling them about it. Ended up buying myself one while I was there.

The room was modern and stylish. Reception and bar similar. Location was excellent. Staff were responsive and very attentive. Welcome drinks a nice touch.

The bathroom was very small. The bathroom was shedding its veneer and the opposite side was marked where the handle of the main door struck into it. We also experienced a delay in checking in and our room was only available at 3.15. That said, staff gave us drinks to sweeten our disappointment at the delay. Staff were very attentive. A spectacular hotel but at this price you expect near perfection.

I stayed one night to attend a function nearby and chose the Cosy Room, which was perfect for one. In fact it was quite spacious. I moved the 2 seats around as they were both stuck to the side of the room, making access to one side of the bed weird. The bed was very comfortable, the Nespresso coffee most welcome and bathroom had a great shower, with strong pressure and warmed up quickly. And considering the hotel was in the middle of a busy street, it was extremely quiet. Staff at reception were very welcoming, polite, helpful and most importantly, remembered to smile. I loved the quiet, luxe vibe of the reception area.

The window could do with a netting curtain or blind as with the blinds up, I could see the office workers in the building across the road and assume they can see me just as clearly. I pulled the blinds down when getting changed. The bathroom door opened outwards and kept closing, which was slightly irritating when getting ready. I used the bin to prop it open.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Kaan, who was particularly friendly and accommodating, as well as to the entire reception team for their excellent service. The rooms were spacious, impeccably maintained, and featured a modern design. Additionally, the hotel’s location is outstanding—just 150 meters from Holborn Station, which offers a direct connection to Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line.

The air conditioning unit produced a continuous noise, which was quite disruptive and unpleasant.

Room was spacious, comfortable, stylish & clean. Reception staff were attentive and friendly. Location perfect.

Bar & breakfast staff less attentive. Welcoming at first but then no checks after first drink. Left trying to get attention for another drink & bill. Breakfast staff again welcoming initially and explained set up. once breakfast served no checks to see if all ok or if needed another hot drink.Both eggs seemed undercooked, would’ve requested another to be cooked but couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Quality of breakfast wasn’t to high standard.

Great location, close and walking distance to theatre shows, fantastic markets, and interesting bars/restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and has a chilled vibe. On arrival at 1pm, earlier than check-in time; Saq, who was at the check-in desk was fantastic. He was friendly and welcoming, offered us a drink immediately, let us check in early, and even upgraded us to a superior room with a street view at no extra charge. The room and bed were comfortable, the blinds were one of the best black out blinds we've had in hotels and helped us to sleep in. Breakfast was good, service/staff great. Bar area was lovely too, with a good variety of cocktails. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I was immediately greeted warmly. Unfortunately, the upgraded room wasn't ideal because I could hear a loud music bass from somewhere. However, the reception called to check if everything was okay, and when I mentioned this, I was immediately moved to another room. That was truly great! The amenities are excellent 👍, including a Nespresso machine in the room, etc. Only the breakfast service today was a bit tedious – I asked for water three times and never received it. Dishes I ordered were only brought after I inquired about them. That's a real shame
