Great location in central London, welcoming friendly staff, exceptionally clean & very comfortable rooms. Fortunate enough to be offered an upgrade from Classic Chic to Urban Deluxe room & enjoyed a glass of Prosecco on arrival.

Stayed in central room, could hear the noise from what must be an outside Generator all night. We thought it was the usual hum from in room air con but when we turned this off we could still hear it all night. Needed the ear plugs that was part of complimentary pack. Breakfast for 2 which we chose an English Breakfast, tea for one and one espresso cost just over £60 incl service charge. Whilst the service and food were impeccable we felt paying just over £30 each for one breakfast plate and hot drink each was expensive. We should have had the full breakfast offer which included cereal,fruit, pastries for £33.50 each, although could not fault the a la carte breakfast.

The big problem I had was regarding the breakfast . They charged £35 minimum per person and it wasn’t even a buffet - just a price fixe . This was outrageous and after getting ripped off the first morning I went around the corner to Hotel Z who had a perfectly good breakfast buffet for £13. Very bad customer relations .

The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and professional on check in. Although I was a little early my was available, but I was also offered a free upgrade. The room was a good size, very comfortable with a lovely bed. Storage was great as was the bathroom, with robes and slippers.. The coffee machine was a nice extra with pods, but also coffee bags too. The crockery, and glasses were a nice touch, as was a small bottle of fresh milk in the mini bar. The reception staff rang within 15 minutes to check everything was satisfactory with the room. Excellent service. As we had made pre arrangements we didn't sample the bar or restaurant, but they looked worth a visit. We only stayed 1night, but would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

I love staying at this hotel. The reception team is welcoming and efficient during check-in. The room is very modern and comfortable. I especially love that they provide Christophe Robin shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The capsule coffee and amenities in the room are excellent. You also receive two room key cards. Glass bottles of water are provided, though they can be difficult to open. Luggage deposit services are available, which is convenient if you’re leaving London and plan to return to stay at this hotel again. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of choices.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is modern, tastefully designed, and comfortable. The room wasn't that big, but it was comfortable and had some nice light fixtures. Also, some nice touches with a perfume, and a fridge filled with drinks, no extra charge. The staff was inviting and pleasant.

Small things, most are in the bathroom. The temperature of the shower water wasn't consistent , and the door couldn't be completely closed. Also, the window by the bed could get open for a really tiny crack. The breakfast was o ly decent. The pastries were cold, and I was missing some fresh fruits and veggies, fresh bread, and some cheeses. But nothing serious, really.

Checked in with Charlie who was very polite, courteous and spoke so well, He informed us that we had been upgraded to the Rocks suite, this was very nice as it was my wife’s birthday, the suite was amazing. Ask for anything and it was at your room in 5 minutes. On checking out with Saq, who was very polite, warm and friendly, and made sure everything was okay. ( the suite was fit for a king, he’ll know what I mean) Left are luggage with the hotel, so we still had the day in London, when we returned Saq was there to greet us by name, had a little chat, he arranged for a taxi and even made us a drink while we waited. Every member of staff we met was a credit to the hotel. We will be returning to middle eight next year, our fortieth anniversary

The location is fabulous, just on the outskirts of Covent Gardens. Hailing a taxi is quite easy, and the hotel is close to the Underground and bus stops. Room were very clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms had excellent products - body wash, shampoo, condition, hand soap. The front desk staff and concierge were friendly, polite, and efficient. The bar area is inviting and convenient for a nightcap or mid day drink to sit outside and watch people go by.

Bathrooms are very compact. The air conditioning seems to be all or nothing. It was warm in London during our stay so we turned on the A.C. The A.C. works too well and the rooms were quite chilly. Breakfast options are good, but the restaurant seemed to be understaffed and the wait time was long. We cancelled breakfast service after Day 1 of our stay since there are so many restaurants and take-aways nearby.

Customer service excellent. Great breakfast. Brilliant location and little extras like a note and chocolates for our anniversary and a room upgrade were a lovely touch. Very clean hotel.

The room was quite small even though an upgrade, bed smaller than our one at home, En- suite lacked space and shelving for toiletries. There is no table in the room. Limited hangers in the wardrobe. Complicated light controls. Mini bar poor only a free bottle of coke first night and teabags rationed. Our room service return call for a meal was never returned, so we went out instead. Small picky things but should be easily rectified to make our 4 day stay better.

Breakfast was a big disappointment and a waste of money, the poached eggs were over cooked and everything came out cold and the ham on the eggs Benedict was far too thickly cut and also straight from the fridge adding another layer of cold to the dish. But the location of the hotel was superb, a 40 minute walk scenic walk either way to Borough Markets, Camden Markets or to Buckingham Palace, 45 minutes to Harrods, and there are plenty of breakfast options close by. Salisbury around the corner for snacks and stocking the minibar and a pub right across the road.

The room was modern and stylish. Reception and bar similar. Location was excellent. Staff were responsive and very attentive. Welcome drinks a nice touch.

The bathroom was very small. The bathroom was shedding its veneer and the opposite side was marked where the handle of the main door struck into it. We also experienced a delay in checking in and our room was only available at 3.15. That said, staff gave us drinks to sweeten our disappointment at the delay. Staff were very attentive. A spectacular hotel but at this price you expect near perfection.
