Great location, lovely cocktails

Lobby very busy with people working there on laptops so struggled a couple of times to get a seat. Maybe an idea to keep some seating for guests staying in the hotel

The location was perfect. Short walking distance to Soho and Covent Garden, and 2 minutes easy stroll to the Holborn Underground with the central and Piccadilly lines. The Biggy was a great room, big, comfortable bed, well decorated and with amazing water pressure - which we appreciated greatly. The lobby is beautiful and always lively with a great assortment of drinks and staff is very friendly.

There isn't anything I didn't like ...but..it was a little annoying that they control the room heating and you have to ask them each day to release it if you prefer a warmer temperature for the room.

Our stay at The Hoxton London was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The location was unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, blending comfort and modern aesthetics perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was flawless. The facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the food, which was a highlight of our experience. Overall, The Hoxton London met our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another amazing stay. Highly recommended!

The indoor temperature was slightly chilly, and the pillows in the room were uncomfortable. Additionally, slippers should be provided in every room. We would also appreciate the option to open the room window for fresh air during our stay.

Great location in the city, we came for a weekend to go to a west end show and could walk to that and other sights, but it wasn’t in the super busy center so was quiet and could sleep well - ideally situated. Staff super helpful. Hotel very clean, stylish, hip.

It was a little overpriced in my view but maybe that’s the nature of things on a Saturday night in central London ! Had the twin room for dad and a kid and it was pretty small, beds were short for a tall guy like me. So not perfect but as to be expected for a big city hip hotel

The location is just perfect. next to the metro and bus stops, but we just walked everywhere, bc the museums and the ballet we were visiting this weekend were walking distance. of course, London is a huge city and depends on your interest, but here you are right at the center, but in a cool area, so the location was big big plus. As always, the hoxton hotels are very charming and cool, Holborn was no different. I love the complimentary coffee and milk available in the rooms: it is a great way to start your morning while you get ready before you go out. Our room was the shoebox, indeed small (we were fully aware, so, not complaining), but super functional! we never felt crammed, we could keep the room tidy as there was enough space for all we had (we traveled with two carry-ons and one small backpack). The idea this time was to spend so much time out and about that it was the right size to just come back and sleep. great experience!

In general, I dont like that the hoxton doesn't include breakfast on the stay. even a simple menu, it would be a nice touch to have.

Comfortable bed and great shower. Beautifully decorated rooms and lobby. Nice breakfast area and good food there. Very friendly and attentive staff. After an initial problem of a misplaced luggage and a bit stuffy room, I got another room and a nice upgrade, because it was a larger room. The staff manager did all she could to make me forget the false start and succeeded. Thank you ! Location near Holborn Underground station gets your around London quickly.

The in-room coffee pads are a bit weak.

Service charge of £2.50 each time we had a drink. Reception bar area leads into one and is used by people not staying in the hotel so difficult at times to get a seat. Rooms and bathrooms are small.

The staff was really helpful and kind and helped with questions. One staff, named Sam helped us so much and were such a good and nice staff! The Rooms were so clean and the design was so clean and cozy! The hotel is located in a good area, near the ”City”, and it was so easy to take the tube or undergrund to diffrent locations.😊

I really liked this hotel, but if its something i would say the food. It didnt taste bad at all, i just dont think i would pay that much for the food. But we ate there a few times but we mostly ate outside, and it worked that too!😊

Buzzing

I had a few bags one particularly heavy and no one helped me to the room with them, no one offered. There two men on reception I just thought either of them would help me but they didn’t. The staff in the bar were lovely. They were run off their feet so service was a little slow & we had to ask a few times to be served which I can understand in busy times so maybe more staff or runners clearing tables, just an observation not a complaint. A positive! The beds were super comfy! Thank you!

I'm obsessed. The property is very well designed, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The lobby, bar, and restaurant were SO cute - full of lively music and buzzing with people. I loved the curated feel of it all - down to the soaps in the bathroom. (and the rain head shower head made for the best shower I've had in a long time) The location was perfect. We were less than a 5 minutes walk from the closets train station and within walking distance to Neal's Yard/Seven Dials Market, Covent Garden, The British Museum, and more (not to mention various pubs and coffee shops).

Honestly, it met all of my expectations. I will admit that we booked the smallest room they had available to keep the cost manageable and space was VERY limited. We didn't have space to open suitcases on the floor and also walk around them. The room didn't come equipped with an iron and ironing board, but when we asked the front desk, they quickly brought us up one to use. It was a bit pricey for how small the room was, but at the end of the day, I paid for the overall design aesthetic of the hotel, and I knew I was sacrificing space in the room. It did not disappoint!!
