This Hotel has an excellent location in the center of London with many convience, groceries stores and restaurants near by. The Hotel is 5 min walk to the British museum and 15-20 min walk from Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sqr. Very well connected by metro (Tube) with direct line to/from the Heathrow airport. The hotel facilities are really good, with front desk available 24/7 The room is very spacious, bright with natural light. We've got a room in the ground floor, with view to the back yard/garden The room was in a really good state, paint, etc. The room, matched the expectation offered in the pictures. The breakfast (Continental) was included and for 5 GBP was able to extended for more viarity. A bit of minus but nothing to complain on this, just would've prefered the full breakfast was included without paying extra for better choice.

It was a good location, not far from the West End for seeing shows, and the Holborn tube station was a close, easy walk away. The room was spacious, and we liked the little kitchenette with the plates and cutlery provided. We also appreciated the large fan provided in the room, as well as the extra pillows.

The lift was broken when we arrived, and no help was offered for carrying our suitcases up the stairs. Luckily, we managed, but if you're someone with mobility issues or unable to carry heavy items, then you should keep this in mind. We could see the carpet and other things were a bit worn out, but that really only matters for aesthetics, and we weren't too troubled by it. While there was warm water in the bath, it never got super hot. And the shower head wasn't ideal.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of London with areas like Camden and Covent Garden within easy walking distance. And value for money considering this location is outstanding. The staff are all friendly and approachable, and will help with anything they can. The room we had was amazing, much larger than we were expecting, it was also clean and comfortable. The hidden kitchen was a really nice touch, so much better than a kettle on the bedside table. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel & I'd definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the bed seemed so hard. However, it was comfortable enough for a night's sleep, so I guess that's more of a personal choice.

This is my second time coming to Grange Buckingham Hotel. The hotel is close to main attractions in London. It is situated in a very quiet location and inside the hotel it is very quiet too.

I would have preferred to have an air conditioner although we made use of the two fan provided. For a triple room I would have preferred it to be like last November when we were there having the third bed in a combined room not next to the double bed.

Very friendly gentleman at reception to check me in. All went smoothly. Loved the spacious room and bathroom. My absolute favourite is the kitchenette. Breakfast was very good. Very quiet for a London Hotel

My TV kept cutting out and rebooting after 3min watching TV. But it didn't bother me, enjoyed the quietness, and read a book instead. I didn't say anything to staff, only when I checked out. I'm sure they would have fixed it, if I brought it to their attention.

Great facility with very professional and accommodating staff. Location was perfect for the British Museum. Superior studio was oversize with very comfortable bed and lots of storage, seating, and open space as well as a large, bright, extremely clean bathroom. Continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, freshly prepared by attentive and pleasant serving staff. I can highly recommend the Grange Buckingham.

Great Location with very happy and helpful staff. It was no problem to store our luggage before check in and check out. It was an old property but was very clean. Lots of heating and hot water. Liked having a little kitchenette in the bedroom. There were plenty of hangers in the small wardrobe.

The bed settee in our room 104 was very uncomfortable the frame was solid but the metal mesh provided no support to the mattress.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb. The location was great and very accessible to the underground and buses And most importantly for me, it was a very quiet room and very cosy. I will recommend it to family and friends.

The rooms probably need a re-furb- especially the curtains and bath. Also in order to compete at 4* level it needs air-conditioning, just cooling.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was large especially for London. Loved the little kitchenette which was handy for making tea. The felt almost like a suite. It exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet was also very generous especially as it is only advertised as continental. The staff were also helpful and attentive. I would be very happy to return to this hotel.
