The personal is really friendly even if they don't seem to speak english. When we had problems to find the room that was supposed to be somewhere outside in some dark and dirty corner, they immediately changed us the room without even listening to the problem. The new room was dirty and full of mud.

I give it 5 stars as a joke, because it was an experience that i will tell my grandchildren and after being there i never complain about some uncomfortable place again

The hotel boasts a prime location with major attractions just a short walk away. The British Museum is only 3 minutes away, Oxford Street 7 minutes, Elizabeth Tower and the London Eye 15 minutes, Buckingham Palace 20 minutes, and Piccadilly 15 minutes. With everything within walking distance, there's no need for transportation if you enjoy exploring on foot. Overall, everything was fantastic. I managed to visit all the places I wanted, and the staff, especially the women working there, were incredibly kind and helpful. I’m confident that I'll choose the same hotel for my next visit.

I actually have a suggestion, invest more in inventory.

Location, location, location! Good value for money,very basic but for a one night stay to see a gig and have a night on the town perfect! Clean sheets, friendly staff a great place to crash out at the end of the night. Not bells and whistles but we always come back because it is so close to loads of venues and the service is good and the price is great for this part of town! 😊✨

Heating was a bit high but some people like it warm so would be good for them.

Property was clean and tidy, as well as the rooms being nice and warm on the night time. Location is nice and local to a variety of things to do including local shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely and polite ensuring we had everything we needed, and our stay was okay, even wishing my mother a happy birthday upon arrival, as well as this the staff also allowed up to leave our luggage the day of checkout so that we was able to continue our day out without taking luggage.

Liked everything about the hotel, but could do with an option to add Tea and Coffee station to room for extra cost?

the room is basic and needs a bit of updating but is perfectly nice, I was pleasantly surprised to find it has a huge sash window and even a balcony. For the price per night in that area I highly recommend if you are on a budget

No glasses or tea making equipment in the room. bathroom was a fair way away, but there is a sink in the bedroom.i recommend this place, do not be fooled by the bad reviews because if they upgraded it then you would pay twice the price at least.

The location is amazing, very close to restaurants so finding food and having meals was easy. The buildings were pretty and a nice view from the window. The staff were very nice and friendly.

I wasn’t expecting a small shower room, wasn’t to most comfortable but decent for the price.

Great location, also for tube lines (Holborn station). Walking distance to British Museum, Covent Garden, Theatre district - Soho. Food markets nearby. The room 21 was just perfect value for money. Instead of using in-room bathroom we used sharing bathroom which was clean and spacious. We were pleasant surprised, because WI-Fi was available free of charge. For such price you cannot expect Hilton, so you get what you pay for.

It could be more shelves in the room or small table.

Very nice location and easy check in. I was given a room with two beds but I am a solo traveler and I could see why people complained about the bed. One out of two was very creaky and noisy. The shared bathroom was very clean the whole time I was there.

The carpet could use some vacuum. My room was in the basement and it could use a fan for some circulation.

Location was perfect. Major tube stations nearby but also within a decent walking distance from Kings Cross Station and the West End. Facilities were very basic, but in line with expectations for price. I have previously stayed in this hotel for a similar short stay and would definitely do so again.

The room was extremely warm. Not the fault of the hotel as stay was in the middle of a heatwave but the heat in the room was quite stifling and no aircon etc.

I guess some.people may want more, for example there is no kettle and rooms and beds basic, no lift. However, I always stay here as there are great cafes, transportation links and late night restaurants, best value for money I have found in central London.
