The only downside was that the room was overly bright during the night.

Fantastic location, and staff very welcoming and attentive. Loved the overall decoration. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise. Huge comfortable bed, fruit in the room, great walk in shower. Lighting and mirrors good for applying makeup (not always the case, even in super expensive hotels which should know better!). Breakfast options good.

Pillows were a bit too soft. There was probably the option to call to get different ones, but when you are already in bed and it's late you don't always want the hassle of calling down and then waiting for someone to bring alternatives. Bar bill was on the high side for four drinks (three alcoholic and one soft) but that's central London!

Being a small boutique hotel, the staff had plenty of time for you, from getting out of the taxi, we were greeted, cases removed. The guy at the front desk Yabor, was friendly, helpful actually made it feel like we were very welcome. The people at the bar were all very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and large enough with a powerful walk in rain shower.

The bar stools were not comfy, small backs to them. The alternative was to sit away from the bar in a little room. I prefer to be in the bar.

Liked the location, although available taxis were rare. Very nice decor, attentive staff. The breakfast room was nice. It is always nice to be served breakfast rather than having to fight your way around a buffet!

I felt that the room was a bit cramped for the price. The bathroom was a very strange configuration. The rainfall shower head was much too close to the door, which resulted in water running into the bathroom.

The staff made my girlfriend feel amazing on her 40th birthday. Every staff member from the moment we arrived until we left made us feel welcomed and looked after. This type of service is rare and it made the stay even better than imagined.

That we couldn’t have stayed longer due to other plans!

The staff are amazing, the hotel and rooms are very luxurious and opulent and the restaurant was absolutely excellent. It's a also a very central and well connected location. Overall is was a wonderful experience and we will more certainly be staying again.

The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The staff were lovely. They remembered little details about you which was a nice touch. The room service was excellent. The staff ensured we always had water and gave us some extra treats too.

Superb breakfast..waitress listened and got right the request and special requests.

Lovely welcome with a glass of champagne and more importantly we were able to check in though we were a little early. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent cocktails. Great breakfast!

The light switches were unnecessarily complicated !

Fabulous location and only a short walk to everything.

Derelict building next door - it was fine and hidden from the entrance but did take away from the prestige of the property
