Kindness of staff when registering me, specifically that they let me use their phones for personal calls because I don't carry a phone (over here, either). Also, location is just right.

I'm repeating myself, but I wish LSE HH would put on a cooked English breakfast (egg, sausage, grilled tomato ...). Two years ago (I think it was) I asked the head breakfast man about this, and he said space was the problem. I do think all those brilliant LSE economists' and time-motion study experts' brainwaves could send some inspiration so that you could work out something feasible. As far as I know, LSE HH is the only hall in the system that gives only a continental breakfast. Please try.

Without doubt, this room was perfect for the location - so easy to reach main attraction. The room was what you can expect from a student apartment. Bed was OK. The kitchen is shared between 5 rooms and I think we were the only guests using it. Breakfast was delicious! plenty of choice. I recommend it.

The shower! I don't mind about sharing. This one was private but the pressure of the water was very hard/strong + very difficult to not wash hair as the shower is very high and cannot be removed. It was OK for 4 days but I do feel the pain of students for whom this is their daily shower haha be aware that breakfast started at 8am, which is pretty late when you are a tourist, so there was always a long line starting at 7.45am.

LOCATION is unmatched, there was a 5 day tube strike but the location was so good i could go to most places walking or take a some bus if it was far away. I loved my stay there, and i was scared about the shared bathroom situation but honestly is so well planned, u share a bathroom between 4 o 5 rooms in your ''flat'' where only you and those people can enter with a key card, The room was SUPER comfy, and the view was nice. i would definitely go there again

i wish there was two toilets and two showers per flat but honestly i never had to wait for someone so i could use it, you should avoid being on a rush to shower just in case but in general is very good. Wifi isn't stable and it asks you to re-log every 10 minutes, that's annoying. I stayed 5 days and they didn't clean my room once, and i had to ask to get new towels on the 4th day. but other than that it was pretty good.

it's dorm stay, clean and for the price, don't expect hotel services but it's very worth for the location if want to stay in city centre. literally minutes of walk to many places. 5 mins walk to British museum, 10 mins to covent garden which then lead to leceister square etc. Oxford Street, Trafalgar square. many theatres are within walking distances (Shaftesbury theatre is right across the road). no ensuite bathrooms, shared toilet is very small so advised to bring less or a bag to hold clothes so can hang on the hook. no aircon and if you happen to go in a hot week like me, it's hard to stay in the room during daytime but usually we are out all day. at night, you can use a mini fan provided. there's a shared kitchen with good equipments - kettle, oven, microwave, fridge. the free breakfast is my favourite meal of the day with varieties of yogurts, fruits, jam, bread and pastries, ham and cheese, cereals, coffee and tea. they even have oat and almond milk options. accessible from Heathrow via Elizabeth line or Picaddily line. 5 mins walk to Tottenham Court Station and Holborn station.

I don't like the shared small toilets and no aircon but I will choose this place again in my next travel for the plus points.

LSE at Holborn was in a great location near to Covent Garden and the West End. Staff were superb and very efficient. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice - the croissants were superb, coffee too. It was handy to have the bags stored when arriving (before 3pm) and also on departure for a few hours before returning home.

Our room was quite small, especially for a double bed. There was one shower and one toilet on our "landing". The shower room was lacking in basics such as somewhere to sit and hang clothes. The toilet cubicle was small but OK. The bed was quite firm but we got used to that over the 3 nights.

Excellent value, super-friendly staff and fantastic location! Feels very secure, no frills but at this price I wasn't expecting any. Fans provided to address the high temperatures in rooms and corridors (early September) 2 generous wardrobes in the room, a good-sized sink. While the mattress springs may groan and pop when one lies down, the mattress was comfy enough to sleep on well. Continental breakfast is self-service with a friendly team working swiftly behind the scenes to keep everything replenished - try the dining hall downstairs if you prefer eating in a quieter environment with comfier seats. Reasonably well-equipped self-catering kitchens on each shared area with plenty of fridges/freezers, recycling system, and decent cooker. Close to music venues and a fantastic local gym with a heated outdoor pool.

Shower in my section (Mezzanine) dribbling continually so a little noisy and sauna-like on entry. Overhead showers on my floor so some flexibility required if you want to protect your blow-dry. Held doors on closing to prevent them banging shut late at night. These were all completely manageable aspects, nothing not to be expected in accommodation of this kind.

Location is very central and convenient. Breakfast is for 3 hours from 8-11am and the food selection was wide and varied. You can store your luggage ahead of check-in time. Staff was helpful whenever an issue came up during my stay.

I wish there wasn't any issue that I needed to raise to the staff. First issue was the digital lock was out of battery after check-in but they were able to get someone to change the battery right away. Second issue was the faucet inside the room did not have cold water. By the time the issue was reported it was already after hours. So I did not have cold water until the middle of the next day which made it very inconvenient to have to use the water from either the bathroom or the kitchen for washing up and such.

The location was great a short wailk to the theatres etc.the staff were lovely and the bed comfortable and clean.room was spacious.and enty sockets and storage etc.plua a large kitchen with everything you need

Wasn't keen on the shower door couldn't open or shut right and no control over the shower and the shower head is too high couldn't adjust to height.to suit.i didn't take breakfast as it was awful waiting in long que crammed up in a hallway I decided to go for breakfast to wutherspoons.

Wonderful location next to the West End at a reasonable price. Simple but sufficient breakfast with selection of toast, ham and cheese, fruit and cereals. Easy to reach from both Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations. Good-sized desk in the room.

The bed wasn't the most comfy: not entirely stable, and also a bit creaky. The only downside to the breakfast was having to queue for about 20 minutes around 8 o'clock. The sink in the shared toilet had far too much pressure on the hot water, so that the floor would get drenched. The water in automatic sink in the room did not get cold despite setting it to maximum cold.

Picked this LSE accomodation because of the location, I was going to see a show in Leicester Square and it was nearby. I arrived a bit later than expected but the check in was really quick and the room was everything I needed for 1 night. The breakfast has a great selection and is really tasty! There is a water machine to refill your bottle and the suitcase storage downstairs was great as I had a busy day planned after I checked out and didn't want to carry it around. Comfortable area downstairs to work or study which was handy for me

The only downside was that I had been told check out was 10:30 but the key to my room stopped working at 10am so a helpful and friendly janitor had to let me into my room after breakfast
