Loved our room (upgraded!), the location and breakfast. Only thing was a problem with the hot water that the hotel was not able to fix during our 3 night stay. Everything else fantastic but cold showers were not nice.

No hot water

Room was quite spacious for 3 people and breakfast was good with many options plus an included 'a la carte' dish. Area was great with easy access to public transport and sites within walking distance.

We did have an issue with the air-conditioning in our room. We called the reception desk 3 times and finally after 1.5hrs a maintenance person came and cleaned the filter, saying it would now be fixed. This wasn't the case and an uncomfortable,sweaty night was had by us. I spoke to reception in the morning asking for a change of room. I was assured the issue would be fixed that day, so we were to remain in our allocated room. It was never fixed. Upon check-out I raised the issue again and we received a £50 per night refund, this was an acceptable resolution for us.

It felt safe and comfortable here. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean, no real complaints about the room or hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

We were at the front of the hotel so it was fun people watching, but it's a restless sleep if you're a light sleeper. Single glazing meant you could hear everything outside, including blaring police sirens that go by fairly often because of course, it's London. You can also hear people quite clearly going up and down the hallways, opening and closing doors. I would not have enjoyed my time here nearly as much if I hadn't brought my earplugs. Lights were also quite bright in the room, and the individual lights for each bed would beam down on you and give you a headache after a while.

I booked this as a gift for my mum and aunt and they've had nothing but good things to say about everything. They said the staff were so lovely and friendly, the breakfast was really tasty and good quality, the beds were super comfy and the overall quality was amazing. The location is perfect for covent garden, Leicester square, the theatres. I also spoke to the staff and said it was my mum's birthday and they put balloons, rose petals and chocolates as well as a chocolate mousse cake for their arrival, all complimentary. I'll definitely be looking at staying here the next time I come to London!

Loved location and room was very comfortable. I did find only two down lights were working in the room and meant to mention it to the staff. But forgot. The room was therefore a little dark but I enjoyed the stay. The gym was a bonus and the breakfast was good.

The room was a bit dark as not all lights were working. I meant to mention to the desk but forgot to do so. So assume they would have sorted. It would have been good to have a separate shower rather than over the bath as it was quite high to step in and out. But a non slip mat was provided for the bath which was good.

Fantastic location in London….. just a 5/10 minute walk to most places and a few minutes to the theatre we were visiting. The staff in the restaurant/bar were absolutely amazing-so friendly, professional and fun - they really made our stay so great for us. The lovely French lady on reception gave us such a warm welcome and got our stay off to a great start! Our rooms were perfect… spacious, clean and lovely bathrooms. And breakfast was fab!- again, great service with a wide choice of delicious food. Great service and great value for money - I highly recommended and would love to visit again.

It was clean and comfortable, the bed pillows were lovely and soft.

The bathroom, the taps at the sink had hand soap and lotion screwed to the unit so could not be moved. This would not usually be a problem, however the tap water would either be cold or burning hot. The shower had two bottles of shampoo and one bottle of body wash. The bath had two bottles of conditioner and one bottle of body wash, you could not change the bottles. I did try and change the bottles around but they were fixed in place, I did try to release them. Other than that the room was clean and had the little extras that made a real difference.

The staff were incredibly helpful, we did encounter an issue with our booking, but that was not Radison’s fault, they quickly rectified it and sorted it out making sure that our day was exactly as we had hoped for. Breakfast was 10 out of 10, the room was clean and the bathroom very nice. Location was great just off Oxford Street and near the tube.

When you get to go to your hotel, just put the proper address in not just the name of the hotel, Oxford Street and Bond Street are very close to each other so it can be a bit confusing. So put the full address into your satnav or map app.

The location was excellent, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. The room was quite small, but that’s typical for many hotels in London, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the quality was good for the price. I just wish it had been a bit cleaner — the room felt a little dusty. Other than that, it was a generally good experience.

There were a few things I wasn’t fully satisfied with. The room was a bit dusty, which made it feel less clean than expected. There’s also an issue with the elevator — with nearly 20 rooms on each floor, we had to wait quite a while for the elevator during busy times. Breakfast was okay, but I think it could have offered more variety. Overall, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Really beautiful hotel with premium finishes. The room was spacious was a comfy bed and lovely bathroom with a bathtub.

When checking in I was informed very casually that they had sold out of double rooms (the room I had selected, booked and paid for ahead of my visit) and that for the ‘very good deal’ of £30 I could pay to upgrade to a king room. I told the member of staff I wanted a room at the rate in which I had booked and paid for and would not be paying any more money. The staff member seemed taken aback by this which was bizarre - terrible customer service. I asked if I could have a twin room as this shared the same rate as a double and luckily one was available. It’s outrageous they expected me to pay for their error.
