Loved our room (upgraded!), the location and breakfast. Only thing was a problem with the hot water that the hotel was not able to fix during our 3 night stay. Everything else fantastic but cold showers were not nice.

No hot water

Really beautiful hotel with premium finishes. The room was spacious was a comfy bed and lovely bathroom with a bathtub.

When checking in I was informed very casually that they had sold out of double rooms (the room I had selected, booked and paid for ahead of my visit) and that for the ‘very good deal’ of £30 I could pay to upgrade to a king room. I told the member of staff I wanted a room at the rate in which I had booked and paid for and would not be paying any more money. The staff member seemed taken aback by this which was bizarre - terrible customer service. I asked if I could have a twin room as this shared the same rate as a double and luckily one was available. It’s outrageous they expected me to pay for their error.

Loved location and room was very comfortable. I did find only two down lights were working in the room and meant to mention it to the staff. But forgot. The room was therefore a little dark but I enjoyed the stay. The gym was a bonus and the breakfast was good.

The room was a bit dark as not all lights were working. I meant to mention to the desk but forgot to do so. So assume they would have sorted. It would have been good to have a separate shower rather than over the bath as it was quite high to step in and out. But a non slip mat was provided for the bath which was good.

It was clean and comfortable, the bed pillows were lovely and soft.

The bathroom, the taps at the sink had hand soap and lotion screwed to the unit so could not be moved. This would not usually be a problem, however the tap water would either be cold or burning hot. The shower had two bottles of shampoo and one bottle of body wash. The bath had two bottles of conditioner and one bottle of body wash, you could not change the bottles. I did try and change the bottles around but they were fixed in place, I did try to release them. Other than that the room was clean and had the little extras that made a real difference.

The location was excellent, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. The room was quite small, but that’s typical for many hotels in London, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the quality was good for the price. I just wish it had been a bit cleaner — the room felt a little dusty. Other than that, it was a generally good experience.

There were a few things I wasn’t fully satisfied with. The room was a bit dusty, which made it feel less clean than expected. There’s also an issue with the elevator — with nearly 20 rooms on each floor, we had to wait quite a while for the elevator during busy times. Breakfast was okay, but I think it could have offered more variety. Overall, there’s definitely room for improvement.

The staff were incredibly helpful, we did encounter an issue with our booking, but that was not Radison’s fault, they quickly rectified it and sorted it out making sure that our day was exactly as we had hoped for. Breakfast was 10 out of 10, the room was clean and the bathroom very nice. Location was great just off Oxford Street and near the tube.

When you get to go to your hotel, just put the proper address in not just the name of the hotel, Oxford Street and Bond Street are very close to each other so it can be a bit confusing. So put the full address into your satnav or map app.

A clean bright reception with minimal Scandi furnishings & a pleasant smell of mown grass. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom tiny but clad in clean efficient marble. I awoke to sunshine and birdsong through the windows

A disposable shower cap would be useful since the shower rose is fixed to the ceiling so it is difficult to avoid getting wet hair. A daily newspaper in the reception or breakfast area would be a civilised ‘plus’. Perhaps bound on a stick to avoid it being removed? The street is generally quiet & leafy, but Saturday night revellers and tuk-tuk beat boxes are a bit of a noise nuisance if you are trying to sleep

The hotel is very well located for the Dominion Theatre, The British Museum and the central shopping area of London. The room was good value for money given London prices. The breakfast was superb with an excellent choice and plenty of fresh fruit. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The decor of the room was a little tired and perhaps this floor of the hotel is due for a refurb? However, everything was clean and functional and for a nights stop over it is absolutely fine.

As soon as we arrived we were waved over from the door by reception staff to proceed with check in being informed of a room upgrade straightaway. Very appreciative of this and then a member of the team went off to bring us all back a goody bag consisting of popcorn, a can of drink and some biscuits each. All smiles on all the receptionists faces. Smartly dressed too. All very professional looking and very efficient. I had booked 2 x twin rooms but were given family rooms. The rooms were lovely 4th and 5th floor. All beds made up. The bedding and pillows were lush. I slept on a cloud. Bathroom facilities very nice too. Exceptionally clean. Robes and slippers not used but a bonus and lovely large bath sheets and not bath towels. I do love a flannel too and hats what I got. Who doesn't need a flannel.

The room was very spacious and clean, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, it's near a Tottenham Court Road tube station, 2 supermarkets are located just 5 min from the hotel and it's in a very nice neighborhood. Covent Garden and Soho are in a walking distance from the hotel, which was perfect for us. There are a few small gardens located near the hotel which is perfect for a hot summers day.

There were no sockets near the bed, but there was a big row of sockets and usb plugs on a desk. The staff did not greet us during the day and instead looked at us to see if we had a keycard when we went up the lift.
