The location of the Property is excellent. You have the Tube stations less than 2 mins walk which gives you access to London and the wider area like Heathrow. Rooms were really nice, staff were amazing there. You can see they take pride in their work. Maria the host during the Breakfast service was lovely.

One thing which I didn’t like was when I was checking out and I saw they had added a discretionary charge for cleaning of your room which was £25 per day. I was a little vexed about this. I questioned what it was and was told it’s to help the staff out. I said a room at £425+ a night there should be more than enough room to pay staff accordingly and shouldn’t again be passed onto guests. I felt I had paid enough for my four nights which was in excess of £2000. I asked for the charge to be removed as I didn’t agree with it. Having your room cleaned is part of the Hotel experience.

The staff was amazing. The facility was beautiful, clean and well managed. They staff was over accommodating and made recommendations for our stay to places to eat , visit and direction. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

There wasn't anything that I would recommend be changed regarding our stay. There was one small mishap where the room service didn't make it to our room and the manager immediately called upon notice and offered us a complimentary breakfast for the slight inconvenience. I must say that the breakfast was well worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Bloomsbury Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The second room we received was beautifully designed—cozy, with a classic British charm complemented by tasteful Egyptian-inspired accents. It felt elegant and thoughtfully curated. The Coral Room was a true highlight—stunning interiors, a lovely atmosphere, and a fantastic breakfast. We especially enjoyed sitting there with a cup of tea and soaking in the ambiance. Their selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails was creative and fun. We also had a wonderful dinner at Dalloway Terrace. The food was delicious, and our waitress went above and beyond to make the evening special—attentive, kind, and truly memorable service. The downstairs bar, The Bloomsbury Club Bar, was another favorite. Alex the bartender was amazing—friendly and skilled, crafting incredible cocktails with flair. Again, we appreciated the unique Egyptian theme woven into the drinks. The location was perfect—central, with the Tube and bus just steps away, and lots of restaurants and food halls nearby. Tucked behind a theater, the hotel felt like a hidden oasis. Climbing the front steps, it was as if we were entering a different world.

If there's one area that could be improved, it’s the late-night room service—the menu was quite limited to snacks, and they were frequently out of the main dishes. It also would have been lovely to have a spa or sauna on-site, especially for a hotel of this caliber. That said, these were small details, and we still thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location if you want to shop Oxford and Regent Street, attend the theatre or the entertainment district (all within walkable distance). The rooms are well appointed with very comfortable beds and lovely linens. The bathroom is very large and modern by Euroopean standards. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional in particular Ivan and Peter. We couldn't have asked for more. Turn down rarely happens and it was so nice to return to a cozy room with little treats left. One of the best.

Although the rooms are well appointed we found them to be very dark. We realize the hotel is eco-friendly and we support this initiative but that would be the one criticism.

Everything was Wonderfull.The staff was beyond helpful.I had a booking for another hotel in which the minute I checked in I had to leave due to the "style"of the hotel.It was terrible so within five minutes I had to find another hotel around the area to move.I booked it through booking and walked to it .The minute I walked in ,after describing my situation all of the staff were extremely helpful.They even offered welcome drinks for me and my daughter to help us relax after the shock we went through.The hotel's bar is amazing, the room great and our stay there was relaxed and enjoyable.I will stay there again.

Everything was lovely, great staff and good food. We got an upgrade so that was a pleasant surprise.

15% discretionary charge was added to our two rooms for the two nights. I had not been notified in advance but luckily saw it before paying the bill . Both myself and my friend had already tipped staff for service. The only other downside was a lot of noise in the middle of the night from works at the Dominion Theatre, which backs onto the hotel.

Everything in the hotel was extraordinary! When you arrive, the staff is super friendly and professional, the rooms are spacious modern and clean, the hotel is well decorated and even have amazing bars and dining in it! I have expected a great hotel but it exceeded it, one of the best hotels I stayed in. I have again to mention the staff which was amazing, professional, friendly and super helpful! The hotel is located in the center of the city and it is very easy to go from there to any place you choose without issues, you got the Oxford circus station nearby and by walk you can get to all main streets around such as Oxford st. The hotel offers a lot of really good bar and dining experience which elevate your stay and its awesome for who like to drink and eat as well. We will definitely come back when we visit London again!

Everything was amazing! I didn't encounter any issue during our stay. We were and still super happy and excited from our stay there.

There was really nothing not to like. Rooms were very comfortable, particularly having both tea and coffee facilities in the room, as well as plenty of water. Bathroom nicely equipped with large fluffy white towels versus the smaller, thin towels often found in hotels - good hairdryer too. Every member of staff encountered across every ‘department’ were friendly and welcoming. Fantastic decor and ambiance in the Coral Room - very large with a variety of comfortable seating. Fantastic place to start and end the evening after theatre. Staff serving there, despite being very busy, were very efficient and friendly. Overall gave the impression that the employees work as a team and enjoy what they are doing.

The room was lovely - very comfortable. The staff were amazing - warm, competent, everyone knew our names. Breakfasts were excellent and staff were wonderful. Historic building with modern touches. Hotel is elegant but not stuffy.

Next time, we might choose a quieter area of London. Hotel itself is quiet and on a side street but area around is very busy. It is convenient though to Chinatown, Covent Garden, Soho and the West End.

Location fab, decor lovely, staff great Food good

We asked for a quiet room, and were put in room 316. On our first night the restaurant/bar were moving furniture around til about 12.15am! Not a very restful start to our 2 night trip. We were informed the next day they had had an event! Surely rearranging should be done earlier or advise guests there could be an issue with noise. Next night there was some table moving up to about 10-10.30pm, but we hadn’t gone to bed at that time fortunately.
