Excellent! Upon emailing the hotel they upgraded me to a wheelchair accessible room with no extra charge. This was a huge weight off my mind as travelling with my electric wheelchair is always a struggle. The room had a wetroom with red emergency cord and shower chair. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the restaurants attached to the hotel were very convenient too. I had concerns reading reviews about the lifts and lack of heating, but this wasn't my experience at all. There were plenty of lifts available on both sides of the lobby and the wait wasn't long. The room wasn't cold and had a heater/fan on the wall, as well as a large throw blanket provided if needed. My carer and I had a great stay in a very good central location.

The room was a tad small for a wheelchair room, a bit of a squeeze and some tight corners due to the room being an odd shape. There was also construction noise, but we were made aware of this at check in.

Fantastic location, the room was a little bit less "fancy" than we were expecting, but overall nothing to complain about except it was perhaps a little dated.

The wifi was very bad and almost unusable. As part of a work trip, 2 of our days was spent working within the hotel, however the wifi was so slow that it was difficult to even load up LinkedIn.

The location was excellent. The hotel was conveniently located near a major underground station and numerous bus stops. We only used public transport during our stay, and we had no problem getting anywhere we wanted. Three restaurants on site, and VQ operates 24 hours. We loved VQ, and the ladies working there were super friendly. We had breakfast once at Cuccina, but we felt the options were not optimal. I would suggest not booking with breakfast and instead try the different restaurants onsite or around the hotel. You always have the option to pay for breakfast at the hotel.

The room was tiny. The hotel is very busy, and you have to wait for the elevator.

Bed was firm and I had one of the best nights sleep in a long time, no noise complaints personally, it was a very peaceful Friday night. The 24 hour cafe attached directly next door do amazing breakfast, food is discounted for hotel guests, 11/10 food quality and service. Room itself was generally nice, perfect for a few nights

Lifts were slow, sometimes youre waiting a while as they become overcrowded very quickly Toilet in room is very close to the wall, not 100% comfortable Some of the lighting is confusing at first, took us a minute to figure out how to light up the main room. Housekeeping knocked on at 9 but check out is 11, we explained and they left politely, but I think they should be made aware of rooms either checking out that morning or wait for the sign on the door to clean. It wasnt terrible and they werent rude, but I am considering those who may still be asleep at that time, it wouldnt be nice to be woken up for that reason.

In a very good location to the City, felt clean and was nicely decorated

The room was a lot smaller than I thought, we knew it was small but there was barely room to move around the bed

Location, how new the rooms felt, that there was an option for two single beds and an aircondition

The AC was very loud. Sound isolating within the building itself left something to be desired. The elevator shaft would squeak constantly throughout the night, only really drowned out by the loud AC. We could also hear the people above us, like they were deliberately jumping around on the floor. Mugs in room clearly weren’t cleaned, just put back on their original spot, which is a bit risky in case one person has cold sores/herpes and could easily infect the other if not careful. The rooms could really benefit from having a small mini fridge, to keep refreshments, snacks and drinks throughout the stay. I am honestly surprised that there weren’t one in our room.

The location was PHENOMENAL! Right next to Tottenham Court Road station, right on Oxford street, within a short walk to Piccadilly Circus and the British Museum. The room that we stayed in (urban twin room) was quite large for central london, with two twin beds and a small couch, as well as a vanity and a small bathroom. It was small as all hotel rooms in central London are, so don’t expect a huge room, but it was comfortable enough for two people, and we had enough space for everything! The staff were so nice and helpful, the cleaners brought us extra stuff without us even asking, tidied the room and even folded our PJs and clothes for us! Everything was fairy clean and the renovated room was nice and modern. Our room had A/C which was great for the summer heat, and it was rather quiet on our floor. We used their concierge service after checking out and the staff were nice and quick. We didn’t take a deal that included breakfast so I would know about it, but the restaurants on site looked nice (: Will definitely stay again! And definitely would recommend to others.

The room was modern, clean (though under the beds could have done with a good sweep/mop) - Rm857, very functional with a great shower room, decent hanging space for clothes and tea/coffee facilities.

The size of the room was somewhat smaller than expected and the mirror to the dressing table area is placed too high; when you sit in the arm chair to dry your hair you can only just about see your head! One small item that would be beneficial is a couple of small baskets to place your underwear items in (which could be stored under the square poof).
