In London to see a show in Leicester Square and stayed overnight Friday-Saturday. Perfect location to get where we wanted to be with very little hassle. Room was spotless with a nice outlook onto Bloomsbury Street. We had plans to meet our daughter and her boyfriend the next day and didn’t want to take our bags with us. For no additional charge we were able to leave these with the concierge for the entire day, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, and the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed and added to the overall positive atmosphere.

However, I was disappointed with the size of the room. It was extremely small, and we struggled to find space for our luggage. The room was definitely not the 16 m² as advertised on Booking.com. This was a significant drawback during our stay. Overall, while the hotel excels in several areas, the misleading room size description is something that needs to be addressed.

Location, Location, Location. The staff are friendly.

I have booked two single bed room. But on arrival, the hotel still gave me a double room. After I discussed with the desk, they gave me what I had booked. It was slightly annoying that either booking.com or Radisson mixed up on such details. It should be improved.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Breakfast good but felt the choice of hot food was limited. Maybe because we didn't go to breakfast until an hour before they finished. Iron and ironing board in the room. Bed very comfortable. Lovely big towels! Great location for theatres.

Room was quite small. Requested twin beds but they weren't available. No feminine hygiene bags.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, property clean and location was good. Accommodated an early check-in which was appreciated.

Booked a room for three people however, no duvet or sheet available for the sofa bed so had to go and ask. Only 2 towels and 2 gowns. I would have expected the room to be prepared for three people rather than two so this was disappointing. Whilst this isn’t the Hotels fault unfortunately my daughter was mugged about 100 yards away from the hotel, a motorbike mounted the pavement and she had her phoned snatched. I understand from the police that this is a real issue at the moment especially in The Bloomsbury Area, given this it would be helpful to make people aware.

Good location, good food and exceptional staff

Rooms a little dated but comfortable. I would have liked more tea bags . Dressing gowns as well as slippers would have been nice . Would certainly stay again.

The room was slightly smaller than I had imagined but it was well-appointed and comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered was pleasant, attentive and extremely courteous. The selection of food available at breakfast could not be bettered. Despite its busy location close to the British Museum the hotel is surprisingly tranquil.

A minor annoyance was the tap on the sink in the bathroom. It is lever-operated and a little stiff at first, so that the water emerges with such force that until you are used to it (ie after 2 or 3 attempts) you are likely to get splashed! Otherwise everything else was fine.

The staff was very accommodating, our first room was a problem as contractors were working on the floor above us and the HVAC unit was very dirty and needed cleaning. We had paid for a better room so they eventually moved us to a better room yet there were issues that needed attention and they took care of it. The staff was awesome and very accommodating and professional. Overall we had a nuce stay and appreciated all the attempts to rectify mechanical issues.

The noise on floor five and air conditioners that needed cleaning to improve air flow. All issues that they addressed and we moved to a room more suitable to what we had booked.

Excellent staff from front of house to restaurant staff to household staff. All requests were responded to immediately and with great efficiency. Very friendly staff in particular Front of House Manager and Concierge and also restaurant staff.

Had roomed a twin room but only double room available. We were accommodated by an upgrade to a king sized double room with two duvets which was acceptable. The Front of House Manager upgraded us and included breakfast in recognition of the issue. Thank you.

Staff were exceptional, lovely touch at check in giving us a free drink. The room was very nice, comfortable & clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location Ideal for tube station, theatres, chinatown etc. Would happily stay again.

There was work being carried out on the 4th floor. The workmen start very early so no chance of a lie in. They put dust sheets on the stairs essentially cutting off stair access and a fire escape so you had no choice but to use the lift. One lift was broke and the one that did work was small, so it is a nightmare getting up or down with cases and checking out when busy. We were charged a £50 deposit which was not disclosed when booking, and it takes 3-5;working days to get it back. That is a big No No for me.
