In London to see a show in Leicester Square and stayed overnight Friday-Saturday. Perfect location to get where we wanted to be with very little hassle. Room was spotless with a nice outlook onto Bloomsbury Street. We had plans to meet our daughter and her boyfriend the next day and didn’t want to take our bags with us. For no additional charge we were able to leave these with the concierge for the entire day, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, and the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed and added to the overall positive atmosphere.

However, I was disappointed with the size of the room. It was extremely small, and we struggled to find space for our luggage. The room was definitely not the 16 m² as advertised on Booking.com. This was a significant drawback during our stay. Overall, while the hotel excels in several areas, the misleading room size description is something that needs to be addressed.

Location, Location, Location. The staff are friendly.

I have booked two single bed room. But on arrival, the hotel still gave me a double room. After I discussed with the desk, they gave me what I had booked. It was slightly annoying that either booking.com or Radisson mixed up on such details. It should be improved.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Breakfast good but felt the choice of hot food was limited. Maybe because we didn't go to breakfast until an hour before they finished. Iron and ironing board in the room. Bed very comfortable. Lovely big towels! Great location for theatres.

Room was quite small. Requested twin beds but they weren't available. No feminine hygiene bags.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, property clean and location was good. Accommodated an early check-in which was appreciated.

Booked a room for three people however, no duvet or sheet available for the sofa bed so had to go and ask. Only 2 towels and 2 gowns. I would have expected the room to be prepared for three people rather than two so this was disappointing. Whilst this isn’t the Hotels fault unfortunately my daughter was mugged about 100 yards away from the hotel, a motorbike mounted the pavement and she had her phoned snatched. I understand from the police that this is a real issue at the moment especially in The Bloomsbury Area, given this it would be helpful to make people aware.

Good location, good food and exceptional staff

Rooms a little dated but comfortable. I would have liked more tea bags . Dressing gowns as well as slippers would have been nice . Would certainly stay again.

The hotel would have been better value if housekeeping had found the reading glasses I left in the room. I emailed and called in the next day to check if they had been found, but no.

The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive, proactive, and always ready to assist with any request, making the experience even more pleasant. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with the added bonus of daily refills of coffee and complimentary water. It was amazing to have a Nespresso machine in the room to enjoy a great coffee every morning. I also loved the connection to the exterior breakfast room and restaurant, where the food was delicious and the breakfasts were delightful in a charming setting.

The downside, however, was that the room interiors felt a bit dated. The floors were wavy and uneven, and the faucet was often tricky to close properly. The safe was inconveniently placed on the shelf above the fridge, which caused our electronic devices to become quite warm when stored. Lastly, the hairdryer was connected inside a drawer, making it difficult to use comfortably.

Location of hotel was great for Tube, local restaurants and British Museum. Appreciated being able to store our luggage before and after check in/out. Liked that we could help ourselves to fruit or biscuits in reception. The bed was very comfy. Had a meal in the restaurant - very tasty food.

The milk for in-house drinks was in sachets that were hard to open and not easy to squirt into your drink. had to mop up spillages several times. There were also too few of them. Reception kindly had more sent to our room. The coffee machine was a little tricky to use. I filled the reserve with water but had not properly clicked it into place so it did not work fully - being filled before occupation would have avoided this issue. Tap in wash basin was not easy to use - not logical how you get hot vs cold, easy to leave on and also easy to turn too high and get splashed. Basin and tap looked nice but impractical.

Beautiful spacious hotel lobby and friendly helpful staff. The rooms are kitted with an electric kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge and complimentary water. Bathroom had an amazing shower and plenty of clean towels and washing products. The property is located centrally to almost everywhere and nearest train station is Tottenham Court. Food is also to a good quality, especially the breakfast. Ice and water machines are located on every 2 floors outside the lift. Mattresses are very comfortable with crisp white sheets 😊

The hotel has a lovely basement gym however a sauna/steam room would have been ideal especially after a long day of walking.
