The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were lovely on the day shift 😄

The air conditioning in the room did not work and it was unbearable to get any sleep. We called down to reception and they asked did we want someone to come up and check it? We said yes and no one turned up but also got the impression that the person on the reception didn’t speak good English and therefore did not understand us.

- Location was perfect. Lots of cute and cozy places to eat around, proximity to underground and bus stops was great. And you can even take a walk to Oxford street and many other places if the weather is good. Comfy but small bed for two.

The property was a bit worn out, the bed had some stains on the mattress and the bathroom was missing a hair dryer for example. For the price we paid, breakfast should have been included.

What a delightful stay! Everything was absolutely great and it was a pleasure to stay at the Club Quarters Covent Garden Holborn Hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially Yousef, who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived with his friendly personality. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Coffee, tea and water were always available in the lobby area, and the best part was having a water dispenser on the same floor as our room which allowed us to refill water in the reusable bottles provided. The hotel is located in a very central area, around 10 minutes walking distance to Covent garden and 20 minutes to Leicester Square and other central areas. Although very central, the street is a quiet one, away from all the hustle and bustle, and the hotel's terrace facing the Lincoln's Inn Field is wonderful. It's a brilliant location, especially if you want to be close to several theatres which are mostly walking distance. There is an underground station 5 minutes away from the hotel and several cafes and restaurants close by. Definitely choose this hotel if you are looking for comfort, style and being in the centre. We would definitely return and greatly recommend it to anyone visiting London 😊

For starters the great hospitality of the loveliest ladies at the front desk; Odette and Maria. Thank you both for your kindness. The hotel is located around the corner of an underground stop so making your way through London is very easy. Lots of shops around on Oxford street as well. We liked our room, I travelled with my son and to us it was perfect. We book a room to sleep in and not to spend much time in because we are outside most of the day. Our room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed slept great, and my son loved the Netflix connection in the evening so he could keep bingwatching his favorite shows. We would recommend the hotel to others!

We got a room on the 8th floor overlooking the garden. We stayed at the hotel for a week, which wasn't enough... We enjoyed waking up in the morning and seeing the view. The most important thing was the amazing service of Jhi, who helped us wholeheartedly with finding tickets to a show and anything else we asked for. ⁷ At the entrance, there are water bottles and a machine for hot chocolate/coffee/tea. It's really nice to come back at night and sit in the lobby. It's not luxurious, but it has a warm, homely feel. Holborn Station, which has direct connections hetrow the Tube, is only a 3-minute walk from the hotel. On Sundays, there's no express train, but the regular train is empty and takes about an hour. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the heart of Covent Garden. I've been to London many times, and this hotel has an unbeatable location. I'll definitely come back again.

I don't recommend the basement rooms—they are beautiful but have no windows. We stayed in one for a night

wat can I say, location was great very central plenty of shops, cafes restaurants in a short walkin distance, 20min walk from Euston station or £10 in a taxi or short walk from Holborn underground! staff were very friendly, 24 hour complimentary tea,coffee and refillable water bottles! perfect touch!! our room was a queen but wasn’t that big bit of a squeeze with bed, couch bed pulled out but is fine for short stays. it also had air conditioning, desk an chairs, wardrobe,tv, an kettle an complimentary shower gels shampoo and body cream, it was a clean hotel from top to bottom an had lovely view of the park, the courtyard at the front of the hotel is a lovely place to sit. there is a lovely little cafe in the park opposite that does a gorgeous breakfast! check out was early but not to worry as they have a room to store your belongings an Also have a shower room you can use after checkout before heading home!

could have done with a mini fridge an a couple of extra pillows!

Location superb close to everything. Arrived early in the morning and our room was ready which was a huge help. There's always a lovely smell by the reception area. Coffee and tea station is such a lovely touch as is the water stations. Keep it up!

The location of this hotel is second to none. 500m or so to the nearest tube station, 10 min walk to Oxford street and 10 mins to Trafalgar Square. The area the hotel is situated in is quiet and feels safe at night. A welcome return after a day of the hustle and bustle in London. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, and the refillable water bottles are a massive money and time saver. Would also recommend the breakfast as it saves having to find a place first thing for food, and another money saver in otherwise expensive London! You won't regret booking this one :)

We stayed in the queen room. It is near Holborn metro station and other places, opposite the park. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A coffee and tea station in the lobby is available for 24 hours. The breakfast was served in a restaurant, and the restaurant was spacious and cozy. The air conditioner in the room did not work right. We told reception, and they fixed it right away. You can leave your luggage in a room even if you checked out. We also had a chance to check in early because the rooms were ready.

The rooms are small, and there's no fridge in them. Housekeeping is every other day.

Great location, very helpful staff and well equipped rooms.
