The location was amazing. The unit was secure and safe and a decent size for central London. The furniture was comfortable and it was a great size for a travelling family of 4. The host welcomed us and took us through the property and was flexible with our arrival which was delayed.

If I had to fault the property the kitchen wasn’t set up for cooking. Pots and pans were limited all with scratched teflon. We weren’t expecting to make gourmet meals, but basic kitchen items were missing making cooking difficult. Basic essentials were also not in the unit. Also, we were not given any cleaning essentials. With a 7 day stay we would have expected some cleaning essentials to make the stay comfortable.

A great place to stay in London. The location is perfect, almost everything is within walking distance and it is close to several underground stations. In the middle of the legal district next to the Courts of Justice. Many good coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and shops in the safe area. The accommodation is located in a quiet side street. We were warmly welcomed by Magdalena and she was always ready to help - an excellent host. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. There are two bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. Very well decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. The accommodation has an elevator and you get a number code to open the door. Due to a strike at the airport, we had to move our arrival. The staff was very flexible and allowed us to arrive later. Magdalena and all the stuff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful time! We are very impressed and would love to come back :-)

Everything was perfect there is nothing to complain about.

It is a very nice apartment, located not far from the city center with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped and in excellent condition. All the staff are very nice and ready to help. We are impressed with this accommodation.

If traveling by car, it might be inconvenient because there is no parking space in front of the entrance. You need to drop off your belongings and carry your bags inside. However, on our departure, the staff informed our driver to pick us and our bags up from another street on the other side. This might be a bit confusing for navigation, but it wasn't a problem for our departure day at all.

The location is great, it was incredibly clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Both Amelia and the building representatives were in constant contact from the minute I booked, making the booking and check-in seamless. Even better, is that we were greeted at the apartment and checked in by 7am- which was so incredibly appreciated after an overnight flight from the states. 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing that gave us trouble was the washer/dryer, given that it is a unit that we were unfamiliar with, we couldn't figure out how to get our clothes out of the dryer. But, that is nothing against the property or the owner. Still a great stay.

Magdalena met us to show us how to access the apartment. She was very welcoming and helpful. There are three lovely pubs right around the corner—two newer, hip pubs and one from early 1600s. The apartment is small but has bedrooms on the first level and kitchen, dining, office, and living on the second. Very quiet neighborhood but easy access to major sights and transportation. Walkable to restaurants and shows.

The apartment is excellent. Maria received us, and was very kind. We stayed in a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. The cleaness was very good. Location was also good (The Royal Court of Justce was in front). The cost/benefit was amazing, considerind that London is an expensive city. When I return to London in the future I certanly will try to stay there again!!

The location is great and the accommodations are ideal. Almost everything is within walking distance. Magdalena, who greeted us, was incredibly kind and friendly. Everything we needed to stay for a week was here.

To be honest, for this money, the mattress and pillows should be better.

Central location in the heart of London. Everything is within walking distance and pretty safe neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within a 5 minute walking distance. Cannot go wrong with this property. A bit smaller than I expected, but I guess that is normal in an expensive city like London.

Miriam was an excellent host and facilitated our leaving luggage with her on our final day which enabled us to make the most of our holiday. Property very clean, well finished and well equipped. Great location.

The property was on the ground floor / basement level and we would have preferred this to be made clear at the time of booking. We normally stay in higher floors.

Location easy access to everything . Easy check in and very clean . All the appliances worked well and it was quiet . Very convenient.

Bed in the 2nd bedroom was very small: The trash cans at the entrance were an eyesore .
