It was very clean. About the right size. Shower was great. Bed comfy. Good facilities. I would stay again (but would take a hot water bottle)

The heating didnt respond to any adjustment and, although it wasnt really cold. I would have liked more warmth. The duvet was paper thin. I even put a second duvet over it, which was also paper thin. The oven was difficult to use

Clean, had everything we needed including tea and milk. Very quiet in basement room. Shower worked well. Check-in process was seamless. Good value for money.

Some small nitpicks: Could do with some washing up equipment. The towel policy seemed a bit extreme and unwelcoming. When turning the bathroom light and extractor on it was extremely noisy to start up. Bed is a bit short for taller people.

Location is excellent. Quiet yet accessible to services and tourist spots. Excellent shower; all appliances worked well. Electronic entry system was easy to use and worked flawlessly.

Excellent location, so much to do and see on foot. Tucked down a court it was quiet despite its proximity to Fleet Street

The flat is very clean and nicely designed. Even during hot days, it stays nice and chilly. There is tea and coffee available. Everything what you need like iron, iron board, fridge etc is there. It is great that you can leave the luggage. Neighbourhood is nice and calm. I think it's difficult to find such a nice flat in central London for such a price.

The only minus is that for 2 people there is only one small bed. I was there with my sister so we could share it but I wouldn't be comfortable to sleep in one small bed with my friends. The noise of the ventilator when the light in the bathroom is on, is a bit disturbing. It is okay for few nights with someone close to you but for longer stay or group of friends it is lacking privacy.

Very accessible staff, always on call for help. The studios 5 and 9 were compact, but had everything you could possibly need. Attention to every detail you might need for a multi-day stay, everything was also spotless clean. The location is ideal. They stored our luggage while we could go into the city. Safe neighbourhood. Would recommend!

The bed was very small for 2 adults (140cm wide) so we found that less comfortable. Also in the late evening/night, as our windows were oriented towards the inner courtyard, it was very noisy, a lot of shouting, slamming doors, emptying bottles and glassware into bins. I suspect this came from the restaurant in the courtyard. With single layer windows, the noise was really loud (and late at night!) One of the studios had trouble connecting to wifi and the TV.

Great location. Great customer service. First of all I was upgraded to the top floor, which was very nice. Then Alina helped me get an extra two nights at late notice and was able to organise an early check in. The room is spacious and has everything you need. On the last morning my shower wouldn't turn on. I rang the emergency line and within 15 mins Sanket had organised for me to access another apartment to take a shower. It was a great response to a maintenance problem. I've stayed before and I'll stay again. It's such a great find in the centre of London.

The beds are tiny. Great for one person. A squeeze for two.

The location can't be beat! Able to walk to most everything of interest including sights, restaurants and historical pubs! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially when I was an idiot and tried to enter the wrong front door! Room was ok - bed not super comfortable but couch was good to have, as was the available tea and coffee. Would definitely return for short business stay!

Found long black hair in the shower, everything else was clean. Unpleasant smell when I entered that was quickly taken care of by opening a window for a few minutes.

I had some issues with getting the code on the day of arrival as I was travelling from another country and the customer service reps for Crane Court were very kind to promptly reply with instructions and alternatives to my panicky emails. Once in London, getting the code worked as it should. The location of the apartment was perfect, there were multiple coffee shops within a short distance and we walked everywhere from there. There are multiple public transport stations very nearby as well. It was great to be able to do a wash of clothes in the apartment as we primarily walked and wake up to them being all dry (washer/dryer combo was a sweet surprise!)

The courtyard can get very loud at night and it's hard to ignore the noise while in the apartment. Some soundproofing maybe required in the apartment. Separately the bathroom has a bit of a mold issue, the exhaust fan doesn't seem to suck out the humidity very well, but this maybe a location issue in general (I come from a drier climate).

Wonderful cozy apartment supported by a fantastic team of dedicated professionals. The flat is specious, with lots of natural light, fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything one may need. Meticulously prepared for our stay, sparkling clean and stocked with all the consumables. The flat is right of Fleet Street, but because of the courtyard location it is very quiet. What really set this place apart was the team of most amazing people making sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to accommodate us. Mr. George in particular was so very helpful to us with storing our luggage before check in and after checkout. We really can’t say enough about how well the place is run, how responsive was the team at all hours. This feels like a world-class place and we will be back for sure. Thank you for having us.
