The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. There is a small courtyard to relax in. There is a lovely bar and restaurant. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and the beds are very comfortable. They are soft.

My only complaint is there were several stairs to get to the property. It is also not near the metro station.

Very luxurious hotel at the best location in London (very nice neighbourhood with many interesting places). All staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the young brown-haired trainee who sent us to the wrong elevator but immediately followed us in the next elevator and apologised kindly and sent us the correct way (the interaction was funny and sweet). The room was VERY clean, luxurious, and well equipped. Though the windows were not openable (which is of course the case in most hotels) and I am very sensitive to non-fresh air, I got accustomed to the AC quickly and had no problem sleeping (in fact, I slept very well). The cold breakfast buffet is well balanced (cheese, ham, fruits, sweets, yoghurt, cereal, etc.) and the à la carte hot breakfast meals (one per person per day, duh) are very tasty. The ordered enhancement of the room (rose petals) was very nicely executed. We thank every one of the staff for their great work.

We loved the quietness of our location, absolutely NO street noise or noise from other rooms. You wouldn't have known you were in London! We also discovered that we'd been upgraded free of charge to a Junior Suite when we arrived, which was lovely as it was my husband's birthday! We had a BIG, comfortable bed and enjoyed our coffee making facilities in our room, as well as our dressing gowns which were soft & fluffy.

The bath towels could have been a big bigger & fluffier (like the dressing gowns!). But I'm quibbling...they were good enough!

Loved the hotel, I would highly recommend it. Very clean with lots of little touches like robes & slippers, bathtub and walking shower. The restaurants were delicious. It is modern and old world at the same time. Also, the location in the middle of the west end puts us central to all the London action!

Keep in mind, we were there in summer & the building itself is old but still the air conditioning in the rooms is lacking. It becomes stuffy. We asked for a fan for the room and that made a world of difference. The main lobby is air is very good.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of London. Very comfy bed as well as a separate bath and shower.

As a solo female traveller, I was uncomfortable at being dropped by my Uber at a poorly lit entrance, with a brass plaque, showing that it was indeed the hotel. The plaque was virtually unreadable at night. I had two bags and had to carry them down some stairs into an ill-lit area to access the hotel. There is another entrance which is better lit, with only a couple of steps, but my Uber driver didn’t find it!

Located in the heart of London. Public transportation was a stone’s throw away in all directions. The dining service was excellent with a choice of indoor or outdoor patio locations. Food was first rate. The Staff was very helpful especially with lost bags. They were friendly and compassionate to our plight. The room was very nice and the staff went the extra mile to help us celebrate our anniversary with a complimentary surprise. Thank you!

You can’t see the hotel from Fleet Street until right in front of the entryway and this entry had a couple flight of stairs making it difficult with heavy luggage. However, the street prior to this entry provided an easier flatter entry. The patio had a mice problem that led us to move our dinner indoors. They were aware and planned to fix the problem shortly.

We had the most wonderful stay at Apex Temple Court Hotel. After a long trip straight from work, we were surprised with an upgrade to a stunning room with a free-standing bath and extra sitting space. It was the perfect start to our weekend escape. A huge thank-you to the lovely night manager for her warm welcome and kindness, which made our stay feel so special. The live musician in the evening was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace before heading to the theatre. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we will definitely be back!

The hotel was really nice and located in a really good area for travelling into central london. We were impressed with the look of the hotel inside and out. Very comfortable rooms which were spacious and had everything we needed.

The hotel room was let down by poor pressure in the walk-in shower. We also came back for a drink at the bar after being out all day and waited for 10 minutes, but nobody was at the bar to serve us. They did say that in reception, someone should be on the bar, but nobody was to be seen. We left and went for a drink at a local pub instead.which was a shame.

Absolutely fantastic location with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants in the vicinity. Area felt very safe. Nice easy walk to Farringdon on the Elizabeth line or Temple on the District/Circle line. Immaculately clean Great Staff, very friendly Large comfortable room, great beds, coffee/tea facilities and minifridge. Plenty of great facilities within the room (dressing gown, slippers etc.)

Air Conditioning was quite poor with the lowest setting only 19c, when its 32c outside the room needed to be much cooler. We did struggle to sleep on the first night as the room was so warm. We did complain twice about this. Minifridge was broken on arrival but replaced by maintenance
