Great location was able to walk to most places planned for our trip. Quite a few places to eat and enjoy coffee nearby. Room was very comfortable and met all our expectations. Price is reasonable given location and quality

No issues - comfortable stay

Super central location. Easily accessible. Quiet, clean, good size (superior) room. Very helpful staff.

Airco functioned well but made too much noise. Mattress of the extra bed too soft (for use by an adolescent/adult).

We liked the rooms, how clean they were, comfort, all in all it was a lovely stay

The room bar prices, the treats in the basket were a bit expensive (i.e. one small bottle of water £5, one bag of chocolates £14)

Location was perfect! A stones throw from the cathedral and so easy to get to where we needed to go whether it be bus, tube or train. Recently renovated to a good spec. Previously was quite dreary, now a lovely modern, comfortable hotel for work or leisure trips

As travelling with a family, having the option of twin beds in the quadruple room would have been preferred rather than 2 doubles. The kids find it hard to share a bed!

The location is perfect with very convenient access to metro and buses. Breakfast is good, we like very much rasberries , good coffee at room, very convenient bed. I like very much cosmetics in bathroom. I appreciate pure water supply for drinking in corridors.

Improvement of aircondition activity, more careful work by women, who take care about rooms - sometimes they forget to supply somethings. The hotel need of improvement breakfast organization. Waiting in que for 4 stars hotel is annoying, and after this again waiting for elevators. I dont like also cuisine of restaurant. We used room service, but the food was not that I had expected.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Club Quarters St Paul. Location is great with there being a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and a few different tube stops within 10 mins walking distance nearby. The hotel is right next to the beautiful St Paul's Cathedral and there are many food places and supermarkets nearby. The staff were also lovely, and we sincerely appreciated that our room was ready early and the staff was very kind to allow us to check in early. There is good coffee at the cafe downstairs where you get benefits like GBP1 coffee for the first purchase and a free coffee after 5 cups. I also really appreciated the water station provided by the hotel together with the empty bottles that allowed guests to refill water. The room was large for London standards and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

We had an issue with our AC in the first room we were given, front desk immediately changed our room. The AC in the second room was not cooling too much the lowest it would go was 74-75 degeees but not sure if that’s the regular cooling temp on London. Our room had a great view but having so many windows allowed a lot of HEAT IN. The bathroom felt like a sauna from the heat that came in from the windows, would recommend shades in bathroom to help with that.

Room was small and only had a double bed which was too small for me and my wife.

Calm and clean area around, St Paul’s Cathedral is just a few steps away (I personally like the church bells). Breakfast is decent. The room was recently renovated and had enough sockets for chargers in the right places.

They are cleaning once in 2 days. In a 4* hotel. No, they can do it “in between” if you ask for it, but really? The bed is very narrow for 2 persons, and the AC is unbelievably loud. I am not sure if I have to blame the “self check in” in this hotel, but the card data were leaked and there were attempts to withdraw the money from it. Luckily I noticed and blocked the card before any significant damage has been done.

Beautiful room with comfy beds and pillows (changed from feather ones to standard one upon request) and good space (queen room with kitchenette), staff helpful and nice. Great breakfast, they changed from previous split to cold and hot - now you have all included (if breakfast included) and selection and quality of it exceeded what we expected. We ate there for 6days and even though it is same every day, we would not mind eating there even 7th day :). You get full english breakfast (so yummy!), prosciutto, ham, cheeses, cucumber, tomato, cereals, yogurt, several types of bread and pastry, jams and a lot of different fruit. Breakfast room is part of restaurant Cote at -1, it looks nice there. You can ask for glutenfree bread. Location is excellent, 5mins to 1 metro line and 8 mins to another metro line, buses (both regular and hopon-hopoff) stops right in front of hotel and you can also get to sone sights by walking.

Waiting time at breakfast to get a table especially during weekend when breakfast starts at 8 - but easily avoided if you come at 8, or if you just expect it and count with 5-10mins wait.
