Native Kings Wardrobe was great. Everything about the apartment was perfect. It was very clean, calm and relaxng. After staying in many apartments in Europe for the past month, NKW was a breath of fresh air. There were instructions how to work the appliances, and everything worked. The toiletries were nice. Supplies were provided for laundry and to keep the kitchen clean. The apartment was conveniently located to St. Paul's cathedral, the underground, Tower of London, London bridge, and Boroughs market, if you don't mind walking for the latter three. The bed was nice and the linens were soft.

We did not receive much housekeeping service. Clean towels were dropped off most days, but nothing else. No emptying of trash cans, etc.

We ended up staying for four days in total, and the room we had for the last two days was fantastic — really spacious. The location was great: super convenient for getting around, and the neighborhood felt very safe too.

The first room we got had really steep stairs, the hot water in the shower was unreliable, and even the lighting had two different color temperatures. I honestly didn’t think it lived up to the 9.0+ rating on Booking.com. After talking to the staff, we were moved to another room—and it was so much better. The location of the hotel was great overall. What I still don’t get is why there was only a £20 difference between the first room and the one we switched to. Given the huge gap in quality, it should have been at least £100!

Native Kings Wardrobe was a wonderful place to stay on our London trip. We arrived very early in the morning and they were able to store our bags, while we killed time until the apartment was ready. The staff was awesome. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was exactly like the pictures on the website. It was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. We ate at breakfast at Counter daily. They offered a nice variety of food and drink which was generous and tasty. I'll definitely be looking to book again with Native on our next trip.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like

Great location, beautiful, stylish and comfortable apartment on the first floor, isolated windows, very friendly staff. Washing machine and dish washer were very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with coffee cups, tea and water, which we thought was very attentive. We had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Room was a bit chilly, but we didnt take the effort to ask if they could turn on the heathing so maybe this could have been easily solved, this wasnt a big issue.

We were 2 couples and we stayed in a 2-roomed apartment for a week. The beds were very comfortable, the showers - were great, the towels were large and thick, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Two tube stations and the City Thameslink station are very close by. There is fast and free wifi. There is a Sainsbury and a Coop branch very close by. And there are loads of restaurants and fast food places very nearby. One morning, a false fire alarm in our room woke us up and stressed us out. You compensated us with a free breakfast, which was greatly appreciated.

We arrived late at night on the first evening, and the reception and the entrance to the hotel are not signposted and so are hard to find. Of course, this is a problem only for the first day.

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all the whole staff is wonderful: so smiling, friendly always Happy to help. Thank you guys for your amazing job, it really makes a difference. Then, the flat was super clean and very comfortable. We get coffee, tea even milk in the room AND someone is coming every day to change towels if we need to and to empty the bins. I found that perfect👍 I also really appreciated the bar at the hotel and the terrasse where you can smoke and relax away from the crowd. The neighborhood is really great, super central, full of shops + restaurant and very safe. And finally the price is really really interesting for London! What more could you ask for?!?

I was a little bit disappointed not to have the duplex appartement I originally booked. Of course I very much appreciated the upgrade to a bigger apartment, nevertheless, it wasn’t the kind of flat I had booked and I did not really enjoy staying at the ground floor. But that is just a small detail compared with the rest.

I had a wonderful stay at Native Kings Wardrobe. The location was truly perfect — just next to St. Paul’s Cathedral, which allowed me to walk by every day and enjoy it at different times of the day. The sound of the bells every 15 minutes could be considered distracting by some, but I found it charming. On my last day, I even toured inside the cathedral and climbed the tower for a stunning view of London. From the apartment, I could easily walk to London Bridge, the Tower of London, Millennium Bridge, Tate Modern, and other Thames-side landmarks. With both tube and bus access nearby, it was an excellent base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and approachable, and the apartment itself impressed me with its thoughtful design and eco-friendly policies. With a long journey and heavy luggage, I especially appreciated the help with storage and moving things — it gave me peace of mind. This experience has been so positive that I definitely plan to stay at another Native property in the future. Kings Wardrobe is such a symbolic and special location that I hope to return here again one day.

The TV doesn’t seem to be connected to the internet.

My daughter and I stayed in a one bedroom apartment - it was spacious and clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable king bed. The apartment even had an additional half bathroom that I wasn't expecting! We really enjoyed being able to prepare all breakfasts and a few dinners "at home". We also appreciated having a washing machine and large drying rack. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance (more dishwasher soap, coffee pods, etc.) they were very quick to respond and deliver the items to us. The location near St. Paul's Cathedral was excellent, within walking distance to so many sights including Tower of London, Parliament/Westminster Abbey, Borough Market, Shakespeare's Globe, West End. It was also very convenient to take the tube or bus from here.

We had a great stay, just a few minor issues... We were not able to get Netflix working on the tv. The staff tried to fix the problem but were not successful. The couch is quite uncomfortable and the dining room area could use more lighting.

The main reason for stay is a place to sleep in central London. Arrived at 10:30 pm and left at 7:30 am in the morning. What’s need was a pleasant room to sleep It’s very hot as there is no Airconditioner. Although they provided an old fan where front part came off on switching, we managed to fix it ourselves but it’s still very hot. Not worth in summer unless they add air conditioner Carpets look very old while the rest of the apartment is very clean No plugs on the side of bed. They arein the middle at the back of the bed and the bedside lamp on one side is not even connected For the price we paid, it’s not worth wasting time on these things especially when you want to sleep comfortably.

We had an amazing stay at King’s Wardrobe Hotel! The vibe is fantastic—modern design, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The location is unbeatable, right next to St. Paul’s Cathedral, making it incredibly convenient for exploring London. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with a full kitchen and all the necessary cooking utensils, which was a great bonus. The balcony in every room is a lovely touch, allowing for fresh air and city views. Breakfast was a highlight—freshly cooked and delicious, a perfect start to the day. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Tyresse and Zian were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage and helping my father, who uses a wheelchair. Their kindness and efficiency made a big difference. Andrea at the café was also wonderful—so friendly and considerate, especially towards our young toddler. The entire team had a warm, welcoming attitude and always greeted us with smiles.

The only minor downside was the parking situation. The on-site car park was too small for our 9-seater van, and nearby parking options had height restrictions. We ended up parking at CitiPark London Barbican, which worked out fin
