The hotel was purely just amazing from every aspect. Staff were incredible and so helpful. I booked this hotel for my partners birthday and I used their add on service which was unreal! We had rose petals on the bed and across the room, my personalised message on the mirror, chocolate and a card. As you can imagine my partner was speechless (which is rare). The breakfast was top tier! The indoor and outdoor bars are beautiful with a lovely view on St Paul’s Cathedral.

Everything was perfect, nothing to dislike.

My stay was just as amazing this time as on my pervious trips. The hotel is a stone throw away from the heart of London with Fleet Steet on your doorstep. And the real highlight is the hotel staff - everyone at this hotel is super helpful from the front desk to the staff at Rena spa. Breakfast at Leo's is also a must try - it's an outstanding spread, including some nutritious and tasty options for the more health conscious.

There is really not much not to like. The hotel is fabulous and staff go out of their way to make sure their guests have a positive experience staying there. Leonardo's is now my go to hotel if I am in London.

Really high standard, clean, tidy, great service, lovely facilities. The happy birthday message and chocolates was an amazing touch. We would definitely stay here again. The view of the cathedral was epic from our room. The staff are all so good and polite and give a great service.

Ridiculously small things really- There’s a mini bar in the room but it’s not meant to double up a a fridge so they lock it the night before you check out- we couldn’t use our milk that we’d brought. We booked an executive room but wasn’t told about the lounge with free snacks and drinks until the night before we checked out. The wire to the hairdryer is a bit annoying (it gives you an arm workout if you stand up to dry your hair).

It was ideally located and had a brilliant rooftop bar. The room was comfortable and spacious enough, with all the amenities you’d expect. Breakfast was excellent: lots of choice including cooked and continental and allergy sufferers were well catered for.

The staff in the bar upstairs were not particularly attentive (it took 15 minutes and then having to ask someone if it was table service for someone to come over to us), even though it wasn’t particularly busy. There were plenty of tables available. Several of the wait staff seemed to be on their phones or just chatting with colleagues, rather than serving the customers. While I’m ok with that to a certain extent, I did think charging 12.5% service on top of the bill was a bit cheeky, especially when the service was mediocre at best.

The property was very well maintained and clean. Our room was always very well refreshed when we return from a long day. Housekeeper Oksana who cleaned the 7th floor rooms was outstanding. But Leonardo’s stand out is its location. Next to London’s St Paul’s Cathedral, it is well connected to the rest of London through taxis, buses, the tube and quaint walkways. Not to mention the river Thames!

The Executive Lounge, only because daily its offerings seemed limited compared to other lounges we are accustomed to elsewhere in the world. Maybe London is too costly and the hotel needs to keep a balance between cost and spread of food. However, the lounge was a welcome respite after a long day of exploring London.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is simply perfect – we could easily reach everything on foot, and after a long search focused mainly on location, we are absolutely sure we made the right choice. The hotel itself is beautiful and very pleasant. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade for £20 per night, which included a lovely view of St. Paul’s Cathedral as well as access to the lounge. I can definitely recommend this option – throughout the day they serve a variety of snacks, drinks, wine, water, and juices. We never regretted choosing it! The reception staff were extremely kind and welcoming, as was everyone in the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious (especially by London standards), with a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended – we would be happy to come back!

At check-in, we faced a small issue at the reception. When we were offered the upgrade, the staff forgot to remove us from the other room that had originally been reserved under our name. Because of this, our room was not cleaned for the first two days. We had to go down to reception to request cleaning and fresh towels. The reception team, however, was always very polite and friendly. Eventually, they realized the mistake themselves, and after that the problem never occurred again. Additionally, in our room there was one bathrobe with a hole in it, but after we asked at the reception, they quickly replaced it.

We had the King Size Room, which offered plenty of space for us and our luggage. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the nearest tube station, and the bus stop was right around the corner. Room service was great. The staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. There were also good gluten-free choices; I was able to order gluten-free toast every morning, which was very nice. Check-out was quick and easy—I received an email to confirm a few details, and afterwards we were able to simply drop off our key cards at the hotel exit.

This is our second stay. It is comfortable and well located. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

The only breakfast option is a buffet, including no room service breakfast. We requested rooms connecting or next to each other months ahead. They gave us rooms 10 rooms away, and said that was the best they could do, also saying connecting rooms required a different type of room but never notified us or gave us that option. They give you an ice bucket but charge for ice. Corridors are not air conditioned and quite hot.

The warm and welcoming front desk, the hotel team were fantastic. The atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms feel luxurious and are a great size for London. The robes and slippers are a lovely touch. The roof top bar is amazing and the location is superb. A real treat! This was my 2nd visit and I will definitely be back ❤

We were in the West Wing and there was a fair bit of rubbish in the hallway and an unpleasant smell of fried chicken as we got in the lift. Plastic bottles were lying on the ground outside the window by the lift. House keeping entering the room at about 9.30am. No idea why they would do this when checkout is 11am and the room has been paid for up to that time. Checking with the front desk would confirm we were still in situ. What if we were simply at breakfast at that time?

the facility is beautiful and very well kept, the room is roomy, well maintained and equipped, the bed is great. the spa and pool look and feel great

the neighborhood is easy to reach by any public transportation, but not much to do around the hotel. hot water was not always sufficient in temperature, mainly during morning time. when we checked in, the front desk person tried too much to 'hard-sell' stuff to us: beginning with a breakfast deal ("at a price that you can only take now at check-in") and then moved to try and sell us an upgrade for our room. it's legit, but felt too pushy, and when we didn't take the offering it seemed he became impatient. It is not much of a deal, but it is unnecessary
